Security staff of President hotel prior my visit checked my identity, and before check-in bags were also checked. So during my stay I was confident in other guests and in my own safety

I put a very high rating for the restaurant, here it's really good. The rooms cleaned and clean, there is Wi-Fi. Conference hall with modern looks. Left a good impression.

Helpful staff, central location, lots of history. I had an excellent stay recently at Premier Palace Hotel. Likely the oldest on the city. The concierge will help with Chernobyl Tours. I will return to this great hotel

Well established hotel in sea side in Zatoka. 1st ans 2nd lines blocks. Well developed infrastructure includes kids entertainment area, sports grounds and workout place. Rooms are small but clean.

For this price it is better than expected. Not too accurate and luxury as you might expect, but clean and probably best in this area.

Walking distance to Zhulyani airport. Big rooms, good wifi, air conditioning and hot water. Comfortable bed, all you need)

Overall the stay was eventful and if you are looking for the best time of your life I recommend the hotel. The 5min walk from airport to hotel was not pleasant as every taxi driver almost forced us to get into their car

However later on there was a loud sound from few rooms below of a couple having a "good time" p. s at least the women did from the screams, that was going for a long time. Fair play to the lad he lasted long time :)

However the best part was when I tried to sleep, first of all the cleaner just walked in to the room without knocking (what if I was butt naked?) and said something in Ukrainian

My stay here was another good experience while visiting Ukraine. Good food comfortable rooms and nice staff. Also close to the Railroad station with plenty places within walking distance for most everything you need

Reception staff was friendly, efficient, and spoke English (that's quite a thing for Ukraine, as a simple comparison, none of the staff at the biggest KFC knew even a single word) Restaurant waitress did not speak English, but did her best to help us, and her efforts were appreciated

The hotel is old-style but in a pleasant way, and while not very modern, we found it to be impeccably clean, rooms were quiet, beds were good, bathroom appropriately stocked. All in all, a nice experience

Everything for our stay was excellent from the cleanliness of the room to the fantastic breakfast buffet. The staff spoke English and made it very easy to communicate as I do not speak Russian

Comparing with Lugansk, the price is not small enough(700r. For this price could be even better by the services, namely:there was no shampoo, and even disposable(on the sink there was a bottle of liquid soap and all)

Was one pair of towels, although I stopped 2 people in the room. Air conditioning was not working-"remote"(but a request to find the remote, we were offered a space heater, which we desperately agreed)

I have to be honest this is my favorite hotel in Kharkiv/Kharkov because of their amazing location and there wonderful room service and everything is clean and tidy and new ! The view from the rooms is so amazing ! The employees at the hotel are always willing to help you and there restaurant is amazing !!

The heating system is awesome and the AC is great also. You can also visit the botanical gardens near by the hotel if you want to do some meditation!
