Rest and treatments are at the good level. They have all doctors and they do all tests very fast and you will get answers straight away,that was super good. They return HEALTH and there is nothing more important than that

The rooms were cleaned every day (we didn't have time to use the towels), and the maid was very polite and friendly (she helped us with an extra bed for our child)

The food served in the complex's dining room is delicious. They offer both regular and dietary options, which is very convenient when you're vacationing with children. The dining room staff is friendly and polite

The receptionists are very friendly and always ready to help with procedures and schedule them accordingly. There is a children's playroom, and very interesting master classes are held daily for children

The medical staff was friendly and the facilities were very clean (the rooms were disinfected repeatedly while we were there, and the bathrooms were treated with disinfectant before each treatment)

Pros: Clean resort, friendly staff, wonderful rooms. Cons: Small pool, overpriced restaurant, poor quality food, majority of staff only speaks Ukrainian.

Good resort with a lot of SPA and medical services. There are doctors onsite, who can create a treatment plan. Their menu of procedures is super big. Starting from massages and finishes with local mineral treatment

The rooms are clean and spacious, cleaned daily, robes (there was also a children's one) and bed linen changed every three days, and towels changed daily. The buffet has a good variety, but we only ate breakfast

After talking with a family—a mother, grandmother, and two five-year-old twins—who rented a room for 1,450 UAH, we found out that the beds are the same (a double bed and a fold-out sofa), and the spa and buffet breakfast are all included

However, it turns out these rooms must be booked in advance, possibly for 10 days (it's best to check with the receptionist). I'd like to mention a few details. There's a water pump on each floor

We had two Comfort rooms, and there was a special offer waiving the extra bed fee for the 5-year-old child. The final price was 2,000 UAH, and 2,500 UAH with a 12-year-old child

Parents went on vacation in October 2025. Everything is fine, no problems. The room is more/less clean (a lot of dust under the bed). Linen and towels are changed every 5 days

I would like to separately note the massage - simply wonderful, a true professional in his field. The doctor is excellent: attentive, competent, explains everything in detail and sincerely cares about the result

The food is dietary, tasty and balanced - you can feel that everything is thought out with care for health. We left with a feeling of complete recovery and a great desire to return again

The TV is probably for decoration (no sense without cable, it's scary to pick up the remote control, how dirty it is). It's convenient that everything is in one building. Not super, but you won't die of hunger

Not a bad place! The territory is large in comparison to other agencies in Shayan! A quiet place in the valley with good food and various kinds of treatments and massages

We lived mostly in a residential basement that was being renovated, but it was entirely ours! The food was great. Big pieces of fried fish (which was never here either at school or in pion/l, probably horse mackerel))

"Perlyna Podillya" is a wonderful place for relaxation, treatment and filling with positive emotions, which we visited again with great pleasure with my husband and granddaughter in August this year

Lovely room on 7th floor overlooking Maidan, staff were amazing! Huge bed with a delightful sitting room, fridge, bathroom was large with a deep bath. Staff were delightful and reception spoke English very well

I stayed for 5 nights and had a very comfortable, single room on the eight floor. The style may seem dated but that's part of its charm - all was in fine shape, well maintained and very functional

If it's your first time to Kyiv, I highly recommend the Hotel Ukraine. It's an iconic, Soviet-era hotel with an outstanding view of the Independence Monument and Maidan Square - the heart of Kyiv

The restaurant served a very good dinner and breakfast, but the hotel is very close to many fine restaurants, cafes and even brewpubs. The room had most everything but no tea kettle

But the bar in the lobby is happy to make you tea or coffee. There are few things more elegant than drinking fine tea from your lobby table while appreciating the terrific view

I did have to go to the onsite bomb shelter, which was surprisingly comfortable with chairs to sit in, or like me, found a place to lie down

There are lots of activities, skiing, snowboarding and many more, so you don't get bored. Also, it is a great place to visit during summer time. The nature is very beautiful and there is a lake were you can sunbath

The location is perfect - you can get out of your room and start skiing on a trail immediately, or walk a short distance to a slope. The staff are professional and friendly. The room has everything one needs

Probably the best hotel in Lviv. Although the outside looks like a Soviet era hotel. Opposite the hotel is a Park which is very big and green and from the Park and the centre is not far away

I travel to Odessa regularly and discovered the Hotel Bristol about a year ago. Since then, I have stayed at the Bristol about six times, almost always selecting a suite

I was hoping for a hotel with the old world charm and certainly was not disappointed. Beautiful hotel that from the time past and had excellent service and food

People are as honest and friendly as anywhere else. It is also challenging to find a warmer and more sophisticated atmosphere than at the Bristol 5* hotel. I fell in love with Odesa, thanks to Bristol!

Suite decorated in soviet Era Victorian design, very pleasant atmosphere. Staff very accommodating and I was able to communicate in English well. Cleaned room everyday with much professionalism

Third, the hotel is historic, it has old style architecture and classic furniture, I believe it was built during Soviet times but definitely one of the gems of this era

I booked this hotel for 9 days. I changed room from small room on 1st day to suite because first room too small, but suite was very large with beautiful view

Second, it's the best location as it's central to maidan and shops, but facing the river so it's more peaceful than some of the other locations

It's also right next to a beautiful park so you get closeness of city restaurants and shops and nature all in one spot

I was on the 12th floor with a great view. In America this would have been a 3-star and everything was clean and adequate. Maybe here it's more of a 4-star
