Prime see-front position with nice restaurant on beach. Very very friendly staff with receptionist fully fluent in English. Bathroom could have been cleaned better and a mould spot removed from the ceiling

Shower limited hot water capacity in the evening. For the high price of the room very bad breakfast using cheapest products and one-fits all catering (worse than food on airplanes)

Polite personnel. Small territory with almost no trees. Poor infrastructure. Rooms are ok, but plumbing quite old. Sandy beach is right near the hotel. Many motor boats are too close to the swimming area.

Cracks in the wall, kitchen stove works not so good, bath robes only XS, or S sizes, no drink water available, no mosquitoes control at all, shower cabinets sliding doors are not adjusted allowing leak

The only negative is poor sound insulation, when you live on the first floor, you can hear everything that happens on the second floor well, but this is more an appeal to the guests so that they do not forget that they are not alone there and there are also vacationers with small children!

We rested from 06/05/21 to 06/12/21 in the Standard room. I really enjoyed my stay at the base. Upon check-in, you must leave a 1000 UAH deposit. I usually don’t see this, but for us it wasn’t a problem

There are set breakfasts, lunches and dinners at affordable prices, or you can simply order your favorite dish from the menu. We mainly used set lunches and dinners. The portions are large and quite tasty

This is a nice safe and quiet place to stay and it has all the amenities one would need.

Lunch It was great but the main thing i appreciated i had a bus to catch at 630am so i checked out at 5am and they had the most epic lunch box prepared for me with maybe the best sandwich ive ever had

Spent few days at the cottage with family. Was great!!! The room service starts working around 10am and you can grill your food. The rooms are not bad at all, a bed with tv and fridge

I liked everything very much! Just super! But ... the prices for living in new houses (no meals) are more expensive than a vacation in Turkey.

We stopped in and ate at the restaurant on the way back from Lake Synevyr. It seemed like a nice place, but the restaurant sucked, even by Ukrainian standards. Was served a piece of pork that was nearly all fat and bone

All three stars comes from the view itself. The hotel itself was below average. A bed with a lot of noise, looks like from 1980s. Really poor breakfast, inexperienced waitresses, low quality desserts

The waitress acted as if she could care less about working. The view was nice, but obscured by smog and pollution. Best to pack a picnic for Ukie road trips

Well, and for the rest "some" I wish to rest and remember that you are not alone there, but there are still people who are not pleased that they smoke and "eat" a ram next to them, and then go to the pool

We rested with my husband for 5 days. The room is cozy, everything you need to relax (only weak Wi-Fi). Great pool and jacuzzi (in which children splash and it is almost impossible to get into it)

Very beautiful area, delicious food in a cafe, prices are not overpriced. Great shisha and lots of cocktails. We got into the period of mosquitoes and the jellyfish pool helped us out

It is not yet clear why there are so many children (small) in the large pool, if there is a pool for children. Many thanks to the owners for creating such a good recreation center

The only thing I didn't like was the behavior of the tourists. The rules for using the pool indicate: no smoking near the pool and "it seems like not eating"

There was no pool at that time. Rooms are good, food is delicious. It is clear that people value their work

There is a free barbecue area. For such conditions a very good price. This year I see the pool was completed, my sister and I will go here again in June, I think this year it will be even better🤗❤

The best place in Kirillovka! I was on holiday with my mother and son. The area is beautiful, clean, a lot of greenery. Two playgrounds, two swimming pools (in which there are NO JELLOWS))

There is everything you need in the room (4 persons, 2nd floor) - dishes, cutlery, refrigerator, microwave oven, air conditioning. Excellent swimming pools for children and adults
