Spent few days at the cottage with family. Was great!!! The room service starts working around 10am and you can grill your food. The rooms are not bad at all, a bed with tv and fridge. The shower has hot water and they give stuff like in hotel rooms. You have 2 kids playground which is great a secure.

The view is perfect. All three stars comes from the view itself. The hotel itself was below average. A bed with a lot of noise, looks like from 1980s. Really poor breakfast, inexperienced waitresses, low quality desserts. Imagine this place as a viewpoint. Do not expect much from the hotel itself.

2 stars for the view. We stopped in and ate at the restaurant on the way back from Lake Synevyr. It seemed like a nice place, but the restaurant sucked, even by Ukrainian standards. Was served a piece of pork that was nearly all fat and bone. The waitress acted as if she could care less about working. The view was nice, but obscured by smog and pollution. Now we are resting with my wife and three children at the hotel. The place is excellent, quiet, large territory, beautiful alleys, lots of greenery, parking for cars. Nice place to stay, comfortable rooms with kitchen and aircon. Good restaurant food and good entertainment such as ping-pong, russian billiards, swimming pool.

A quiet place, in the heart of nature.

We rested with our family from 04.07 to 13.07, the location is excellent, everything is within walking distance, the market, shops, fairs, markets, etc. playgrounds and swings, a sports ground only a walkway (can be used as a horizontal bar) there are no bars and this is a minus, you can walk 100m from your pier with access to the sea or with children on a public beach, there are not enough mattresses...

It is a good place, but it is really expensive.

Beautiful sea almost near our house. We have one room and toilet. Of course there are not plenty of place but you came here to see the sea and not to set inside, so... For little kids here are many entertainment. My little sister have what to do all day, kids play with teacher and can't go outside (outwards territory of this place) so it's safe!

Located 5 minutes walk from the bus station and the central market. The staff is polite, unobtrusive. We settled quickly, at our request they gave us an electric kettle. The room for three is large, cozy, clean, the beds are comfortable and there is an additional sofa bed. Feather pillows, clean bedding, two towels per person. We rested with my husband for 5 days. I liked almost everything. The room is cozy, everything you need to relax (only weak Wi-Fi). Great pool and jacuzzi (in which children splash and it is almost impossible to get into it). Very beautiful area, delicious food in a cafe, prices are not overpriced.
