Pros: Delicious food, coffee, tea, and wine (lunch and dinner), swimming pools, an entertainment program for children and adults, plenty of space to stroll and explore the resort, shaded playgrounds, a café and bar on the grounds overlooking the beach, and even a small shop on site

There are some minor shortcomings: the pool is not cleaned every day, and when it is, it is until 11 am; the room was not cleaned, although we have been living in the apartment for four days

The resort is magnificent, with beautiful landscaping, beautiful cabins, pools for every swimmer, slides for kids, umbrellas, and sun loungers—it's all fantastic

The beach has wooden walkways leading directly to the sea, and lifeguards are present. Cons: Prices in the bar, cafe, and shop are grossly inflated. There's no drinking water on site (you have to buy it)

The beach has plenty of shelter, exercise equipment, and a children's slide. A nice car will pick you up from the parking lot and take you back to your room when you check out—a great idea, in my opinion

This is a great family-friendly resort, with everything for kids, as they say. There are playgrounds and a play center. Seven swimming pools (two for tiny tots, two for slightly older children, two for adults (1

The hotel is impeccable despite the situation. Rooms are comfortable, very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety. The hotel is centrally located close to many good restaurants

The view from the window is simply breathtaking — the city unfolds in all its beauty! I must also highlight the staff — professional, polite, always ready to help. The atmosphere is very welcoming

I was hoping for a hotel with the old world charm and certainly was not disappointed. Beautiful hotel that from the time past and had excellent service and food

People are as honest and friendly as anywhere else. It is also challenging to find a warmer and more sophisticated atmosphere than at the Bristol 5* hotel. I fell in love with Odesa, thanks to Bristol!

The hotel is just a few minutes from the sea, a big shopping mall, and cafes, which made it easy to unwind after work. One minor downside — soundproofing could be better

Nice clean rooms, helpful staff and delicious breakfast. It's a nice hotel and reasonably priced (for a foreigner). The only minor annoyance was that the elevator could take a while to arrive during busy hours

Didn't stay at the hotel so can't tell you about the rooms and the service. The atmosphere is good, the corridors are clean. We had an IELTS exam with about 100 people in the 3rd floor

The only disadvantage is the car parking it is packed. Though, first two hours are free of charge you may knot be able to find a place to park within the parking area. )) Otherwise it is fine!) I enjoyed the visit

The interior Design is even very stylish and even in a seamless design flow to all parts of the hotel, well done! The access to the sea is limited, at the evening there are many fishers in the front of the hotel

The architecture with view on the sea was just amazing. I would strongly recommend to book a room with sea-view, unfortunately for me all sea-view rooms were already booked. (no negative rating for this)

An excellent hotel with wonderful breakfasts, impeccable cleanliness, and very attentive and responsive staff! The hotel has a great children's play area, which is essential when vacationing with children

Nice hotel in a relatively secluded place of the beach. The pool was awesome, the beachfront is very close and beautiful. But the price is a little too high for what it has to offer.

Prime see-front position with nice restaurant on beach. Very very friendly staff with receptionist fully fluent in English. Bathroom could have been cleaned better and a mould spot removed from the ceiling

Polite personnel. Small territory with almost no trees. Poor infrastructure. Rooms are ok, but plumbing quite old. Sandy beach is right near the hotel. Many motor boats are too close to the swimming area.

Cracks in the wall, kitchen stove works not so good, bath robes only XS, or S sizes, no drink water available, no mosquitoes control at all, shower cabinets sliding doors are not adjusted allowing leak

The territory is well maintained, the pool is not enough! The beach is guarded, the merchants not empty, the sand clean, designated Smoking area separated, but cattle smoke on the sunbeds! Prices in restaurants and bars high in my opinion

Well established hotel in sea side in Zatoka. 1st ans 2nd lines blocks. Well developed infrastructure includes kids entertainment area, sports grounds and workout place. Rooms are small but clean.

Hot water in the room is always. The wardrobe is built-in, there is a trempel and a brush for shoes and clothes (these are different brushes))) There are rooms with single beds and there are rooms with double beds

All sovdep-sovdep, but clean and new. The pallet where the feet are is clean and new without chips. Clean and new toilet and sink. The heated towel rail is always warm, everything can be dried without problems

There is also a refrigerator, 2 bedside tables and a table in the room. There is a balcony overlooking the nearest Silpo. In general, if you understand what 2 stars are, then this is them

Today we visited the Romantic spa hotel for the first time and decided to use the swimming pool. And reality overwhelmed our thoughts

First of all: very sensitive, friendly and qualified staff ❤️ In another way: everything was on a high level: very nice large swimming pools with warm water and bleach without chlorine😁

We've had a pleasant weekend stay in the hotel room with terrace. The view from the terrace is fantastic. Although the terrace was too hot before noon we've enjoyed sunrise and evening time there.

Hotel had a bomb shelter which was nice given the circumstances. Good location and very walkable to site. Great breakfast and staff were very accommodating including arranging transportation

Great sea and the beach, nice lodging and food. But not that fun with kids (150+ stairs to the beach) and a road to the place (last 40km takes an hour to cover)

Pros: tasty food, lodging, beach sand is really smooth. Cons: way to get there is terrible, beach is 155 stairs far from the hotel, no elevator.

A great place for a good rest: wonderful staff, green lawns and lots of coniferous trees, a beautiful view of the Samara River, delicious cuisine, water activities, a tennis court and of course an evening wood-burning fireplace! Of the disadvantages - 1 bathroom for 3 rooms combined with a bathroom, in general I recommend!

A very cozy place with a stunning view of the Samara Bay! Very tasty breakfasts, perfect serving, professional, friendly and, most importantly, not pretentious waiters! Raf coffee is probably the best I've ever tried! Well done!

The food in the restaurant is incredibly delicious, I recommend trying the dorado in salt. The service is at a very high level. It's nice to come and relax. Good Spa, the Samara River is nearby
