Good. It has a large parking lot. But it will charge 5 pound per day. Offers good breakfast

The service was superb as well as the staff. The food was really great and I enjoyed my stay.

The rooms are modern and very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The parking is also available for £5 per night, where you need to register your plate number in the kiosk after check-in process.

Overall it's good, but the sofa bed is a bit too soft and not very comfortable; that could be improved.

A very pleasant stay with Marriott, as always. Sizable room for a group of 4. The breakfast is exceptionally good. Central location allows us to travel between U of Bristol and Watershed easily.

Gorgeous hotel in a central location .Offers comfortable rooms and all the amenities. An excellent restaurant is the main attraction.

Easy walk from the station with suitcase. Room was clean and large. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely.

Clean room, has everything we needed (tea station, hair dryer, toiletries). Bed was comfortable and the stay was a great price. 15/20 min walk to Cabot Circus area.

Excellent stay, clean and service was nice and polite, good price too for the location.

Good price for the location, bedroom was clean. Bathroom was like some sort of pod, similar to a train bathroom but it was still functional, not necessarily disabled friendly but that didn’t affect us. Would stay again.

Stayed here as was working a few minutes walk away. Basic but was great for what was needed (A bed and close proximity to work).

The first time we stayed it was lovely . The second time was not pleasant sadly .

This hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop from which the University of Bristol, the Bristol Bus and Coach Station, and Temple Meads station are easily accessible. I appreciated the detox water with lemon slices that they offer in the lobby. The room is quite small, and the lights are dim. However, it is comfy enough for a few days in the city.

It was noisy and we could hear even someone walked

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and tidy. However we arrived for breakfast which was included and why we booked this hotel to find that the chef had called in sick so there was only a basic continental breakfast . The staff were unhelpful and slow at breakfast . My husband had an orange for breakfast and I had a piece of toast !! Not what we paid for .

Lovely experience at the Channings. Food was delicious and staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially after catering for such a big group. Atmosphere was great. Stayed here with friends after a night out in Bristol. Dan and the whole team were great. So accommodating to everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and breakfast in the morning was excellent. Really lovely staff. Perfect location.

POSITIVES: Perfect location, friendly staff, rooms were clean and modern with biscuits, tea/coffee and mini bar. Very comfortable soft bed. NEGATIVES: Both the room and bed were quite small and cramped and fan in the bathroom wasn’t very powerful

Parking needs to advertised as limited and street parking. as we found priority was given to people visiting the hotel and not guests staying.

Clean room and very welcoming staff. Breakfast available at extra cost.

Perfectly acceptable well maintained property for a relatively inexpensive night in the Bristol area

Well, this was an odd stay. Check in was confusing; apparently we should have received a text message and email with codes to access the hotel and room. The lady at the reception desk was able to provide us with the codes but this process was a bit of palaver and involved having my phone’s text message inbox scrutinised, which I have to admit made me feel a little uncomfortable. No lift. No food provided. The location is a bit far from temple mead station but close to the university. The room is small and quite old.

Staffs are friendly and the hotel provided free breakfast, but the hot water and milk would be not enough if the customers have breakfast late

The room had two single beds (old) and a WC/shower room (this unheated and remained wet during the 4-day stay. Continental breakfast which included a variety of items (sliced cheese packet mould green). Parking available and good WIFI reception. Road noise not an issue. Depending on weather, would be more appreciative if not a winter stay. Hosts very nice and welcoming.

Absolutely lovely building , cosy and fresh . The breakfast is continental but you can have a hot breakfast on request at an extra charge . The owners are very pleasant nothing is to much trouble for them and there is ample parking. The room that we stayed in was very comfortable clean and warm and the bed was to die for . Nice view of the countryside and would thoroughly recommend .

I felt at home in the b&b and liked that you could get your own breakfast and there were facilities such as a microwave should you need it. It was very convenient that it was so close to Glenside university as well. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

Wonderful location in a very beautiful surroundings. Good value for money and on site EV charger is a bonus.

I stayed here for 3 nights for a work trip to Bristol. It’s easy to get to and the room was very clean. Breakfast is basically help yourself from the fridge, toast, cereals and yoghurts, which was perfect for me. I stupidly left all my chargers plugged in and she very kindly sent them back to me. I left on a Friday and they were back by Monday, which was a very kind gesture.

We were welcomed by a very friendly, helpful and smiley Italian lady. Location is great, room nice and clean, but a bit small. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but we had a pleasant stay. In short a pleasant stay!

Staff was kind, location was great. I had a room in their smaller secondary building and I didn't know the hotel didn’t have a lift so carrying all my bags up flights of stairs wasn't much fun... but everything else was great!

Attention to detail excellent. Very clean and spacious for a small double. Staff friendly and helpful. Hairdryer needs updating!

Stayed at short notice after being left in the lurch. Clara on reception was excellent and went the extra mile to look after us.

Great location but a few issues with early check in and our room was unfortunately very noisy due to its location within the building. We will definitely return sometime but will request a quiet room.

The staff were friendly. The room was functional, quiet, light and airy and the bed was very large and comfortable. The on-site parking is very convenient.
