The room we stayed in was clean and had a great view. The gym and swimming pool were also fantastic.

Many times I preferred to book my trips at the Holiday Inn hotel because of its luxury, reasonable prices, cleanliness, and other benefits related to free entertainment places for guests such as the swimming pool, sauna, massage, and also the free parking, but unfortunately this time my expectations were disappointed and I was shocked that this Holiday Inn branch in Bristol does not have its own parking...

Lovely 1 night stay as son had football commitments in Bristol. Hotel has beautiful grounds, the walk around the lake was a bonus and saw lots of wildlife including a Jack Heron. The hotel staff were very accommodating

A key recommendation is to move away from the current approach of not regularly changing towels and bedsheets or cleaning washrooms under the guise of 'saving water

Room was clean, bed was huge and comfy, shower great, coffee machine and kettle. Even got a free warm cookie on arrival and were allowed to check in early.

Enjoyed our stay! Loved how comfortable the bed was and how accomodating ths staff were. Hotel was v clean and lovely.

Visited this hotel yesterday for a conference and it was a very nice place, plenty of parking spaces and very spacious inside. The toilets were very clean and tidy and the food we ate for lunch was very nice

We had our wedding registry in Bristol and it was the perfect place to get ready. The staff were amazing and so helpful to us! Stan in particular, he was an absolute star to us and all the other staff, you were exemplary

Lovely hotel! The standard double bedroom is quite small but we knew that from other reviews. The bathroom was finished to a really high standard and in a great location.

I called reception as the climate control didn't seem like it gave hot air - just A/C. The night staff man tried his best but in the end just gave me a heater

I will say however that some of the rooms were very cold - maybe due to old/original windows in the rooms - even though there were insulation screens too

The conference rooms were decent enough. The lounge was quite cosy and bar staff decent

It’s nice to have sparkling wine when we check in. The staff very nice to introduce the facility and breakfast arrangements

The hotel is good with a small swimming pool and the beds are comfortable. Getting to Cardiff is easy from Patchway Rail Station

From the reception staff, who greeted us with warm chocolate cookies (amazingly tasty !) to the spa attendants and the restaurant staff, everyone was nice, attentive and smiling

I work in transport , where I work near the area or around I always stay here as such a brilliant hotel.

Very good and I would recommend to anyone to stay as it is a good option
