Whilst this hotel is in a busy location, it has discounted NCP parking, excellent facilities and great rooms. Service was excellent and the Executive Lounge and breakfasts were excellent
Overall, it was a great experience. We were given a room on the 9th floor, offering a different perspective of Bristol. The stay was comfortable, the environment was nice, and the facilities were decent
Great location - we walked everywhere. Comfortable beds - we slept peacefully. Fabulous breakfast - filled us up for the day. This is one of the best hotels in Bristol without a doubt.
Marriott's hardware rarely disappoints, though the TV couldn't connect to the internet or my phone. The service was a bit surly, nothing special
Lovely room, it is a shame about having to pay so much for the parking next door but the hotel is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.
Good location / it can easy to walk to anywhere of the town. Nice pub to get some drinks

Lovely stay. Room a good size, very clean and quiet even though at ground level next to the pavement. All staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast well worth the price paid. We shall definitely stay again.
Really enjoyed staying at the Marriott Royal hotel. Whilst the decor is a bit dated, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff have perfected good customer service
We were lucky enough to have one of the refurbished rooms and they are very nice. The shower is big enough for 3 people. The breakfast is buffet style with everything you may need
we have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights , and I must say what a delight it has been. The staff can not do enough for you going out of the way to help
The app is a great addition to the experience
Very well welcome. The breakfast was very good. They offer huge variety of different food for breakfast. The rooms are very good but the bathroom was a little bit dirty.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed
And I have to mention, their cookies are just amazing — freshly baked, perfectly sweet, and absolutely irresistible which you get at the reception when you check in! The location was perfect — close to the city center and train station, making it easy to explore the city
The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved waking up to the stunning views from my window. The breakfast was fantastic — a great selection of fresh, delicious options to start the day right
Room is good, hotel reception is friendly. Love the warm cookie that Hilton Doubletree gives when one checks in! Such a nice touch.
⭐ Amazing Stay at Double Tree by Hilton Bristol City Centre ⭐ I had an incredible experience staying at Double Tree by Hilton

Very nice location with huge parking lot. Had good facilities like pool , sauna , steam room , gym . Very clean and ideal as it is close to motorway as well .
Very convenient location for not Bath and Bristol. We usually stay as a family and enjoy late breakfast and a swimming pool.
Service is excellent but towel get a bit of life.  Stain on hand towel. Big thumbs up for the staff arrange for bath tub, pool staff and reception.
Fantastic hotel convenient for what I needed. What a treat to have a pool - well maintained and while it was popular it never felt crowded and always space in the sauna
I didnt try the pool or the gym but they looked good i must say. What i also found a bit annoying is that i got my room at exactly 3pm. it wasn’t ready before but it’s a luck issue
Amazing staff room was amazing met a lovely gentleman who works there. Who does amazing things for underprivileged special needs children. Totally warmed my heart. Will definitely be returning

Our room was clean and there were plenty of towels. We were a bit worried before we visited as the hotel was under new management since we had booked it and there were some negative reviews online
We had our wedding registry in Bristol and it was the perfect place to get ready. The staff were amazing and so helpful to us! Stan in particular, he was an absolute star to us and all the other staff, you were exemplary
We had an amazing stay at The Grand in Bristol. The hotel is comfortable and welcoming. The staff were all fantastic, without exception. The breakfast was very good, with an excellent choice
Lovely hotel! The standard double bedroom is quite small but we knew that from other reviews. The bathroom was finished to a really high standard and in a great location.
I called reception as the climate control didn't seem like it gave hot air - just A/C. The night staff man tried his best but in the end just gave me a heater
I will say however that some of the rooms were very cold - maybe due to old/original windows in the rooms - even though there were insulation screens too

Breakfast is good, our room was clean and big. The gym is lovely. The only thing I was not happy with was the shower - the water took a long time to warm up, and did not stay warm. The water pressure was also weak.
I liked everything, minimal furniture in the bedroom so its spacious , quality tv speakers, mini fridge in the room
, nice bathtub that is quickly filled with water, reasonable price, you can also have some brita water, express check out,
When we went to the sauna at 5pm (the time they state it’s open from) and it had not been switched on so had to call reception and by the time the sauna was beginning to get warm we had to leave as we had a booking (about 45 minutes later)
The heating is non-existent and the hot water is in limited supply. The service from the staff was excellent and the location is superb. It's just that this is a hotel desperately in need of love and refurbishment
My room had a knocking noise coming from pipes in the bathroom wall, but they did offer to move me. There is a gym on the 4th floor but my room card wouldn't allow access to it for some reason

We were given towels, slippers and cozy robes and there were healthy snacks, smoothies, hot drinks, coffees and even suki tea in the large relaxation room. We had a tasty 2 course lunch from a set menu
This centrally located hotel is excellent. It is clean and modern with plenty of options for eating. We had the superior double which had a sofa seating area and this was designed to feel separated from the bed area
Highlight was 50min back massage and facial with Lauren, she listened carefully in the consultation, it was so relaxing and I felt like a new person after
Thank you! Spa facilities were good with a pool, jacuzzi which runs every 10 minutes, sauna and steam room
I enjoyed the French onion soup and fish finger sandwich and chips. Everything was nearby and you could go to lunch at the bar in your gowns and slippers
Also, the heating was not working in our room and they could not move us to another one because the hotel was full. The pool and jacuzzi were nice too

Radisson Blu Hotel Bristol, Bristol1 / 30

Bristol, Broad Quay (in the centre) 🧭 Map

Stayed with work and got upgraded (possibly because I stayed in a London Radisson Blu the week before). Very large room, big bed, with great views overlooking the city. Had dressing gown, slippers, Nespresso machine etc
Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body / hand wash. Breakfast was good (hot food buffet, yoghurt, fresh fruit, smoothies, pastries and cakes, cookies, cereals etc
Parking was easy once you knew where the entrance was. I also didn't realised there was a charge for parking when I read the booking info. The bed was huge and very comfortable. There are no power sockets near the bed
Tea tray was ok, but there were no decaf drinks. I went to reception to get a hot chocolate. They have toiletries in case you forget anything. There was a great fruit bowl and flavoured water in the reception area
Please note that its also £9 per day if your vehicle travels within the new CAZ restrictions. Either pay beforehand or up to 6 days later or face a fine! Or park out of city and park and ride in or train
The river walk was lovely at this time of year and It's also easily within walking distance to the xmas market. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere throughout

Front Desk Staff was Excellent - I raised a concern when a member of Miller & Carter Restaurant said the main restaurant was closing this was at 2045 and she tried and confined us to a table not of our choice we advised if that was the only table she could offer then we would not dine there - there was 3 of us
I like the Grand Marriott it’s one of my Favourite Hotel the point above is not a negative review it’s to reiterate the Hotel Staff look after there Guests and are good listeners
Overnight stay at the hotel. Perfect location, very reasonable price for parking and very convenient. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again!
Gorgeous hotel in a central location .Offers comfortable rooms and all the amenities. An excellent restaurant is the main attraction.
I informed the young lady at the front desk and she was understood and said she will speak as the restaurant was not closed
The good things about the hotel were its location. Close to restaurants, a famous Banksy or two, lots of shops and theatres. Is a beautiful hotel with nice places to sit and meet if you are in a group

The only issue was the heating but we were provided a small heater. We used the swimming pool sauna and gym all included in price of room. We didn't have food there this time but will be back soon to try it
We stayed in a king room and It is amazing. The room was lovely and the bed very comfy.
It looked good and the kitchen dining area is all open plan which I love
I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately the experience did not match what was advertised. One of the main reasons I booked was the photo of a charming Manor House shown in the listing
The discrepancy between the advertisement and reality was disappointing, as I expected the style, setting, and overall atmosphere shown in the photos
However, upon arrival, the actual accommodation looked completely different from the images provided

Good price for the location, bedroom was clean. Bathroom was like some sort of pod, similar to a train bathroom but it was still functional, not necessarily disabled friendly but that didn’t affect us. Would stay again.
Great location near the station and very clean. Would have been even better with a face towel.
Located next to office, quiet in night. Convinced to get the train but not the city centre. Staff are nice and you could store luggage before check in and after check out.
Clean room, has everything we needed (tea station, hair dryer, toiletries). Bed was comfortable and the stay was a great price. 15/20 min walk to Cabot Circus area.
Easy walk from the station with suitcase. Room was clean and large. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely.
Excellent stay, clean and service was nice and polite, good price too for the location.

Lovely night Catching up with family in Bristol Great cocktail bar to start the evening Fantastic breakfast Warm well equipment bedroom and bathroom
Room not ready when we arrived at around fifteen hundred hours asked to wait would have been nice to be offered tea or coffee
We cannot comment on breakfast as we didn't have. Loved our room with a nice view, good decor and really comfortable large bed. Nice supply of tea and coffee bags and pods towels, slippers and dressing gowns provided
Lovely plush hotel, with a nice chilled out vibe, in a great location. The staff were truly amazing! and the vegan breakfast was great, especially the sausages and black pudding, doggy breakfast was much appreciated too!
Staff and facilities are great at this hotel. The view sitting outside having drink is breathtaking. I have only given 4/5 for property conditions as rooms are looking a little tired

We stayed for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious and clean, which made our stay comfortable. The restaurant service was good, and the breakfast was excellent
I really appreciate the room size because it was big and was very clean and comfortable. The service was excellent at all. The only issue was the TV because we can’t used it and there was not a YouTube
The bus stop to the station was only a few minutes walk which we thought was good. Had plently of room in the room for our bags and coats. Very quiet, no issue with the busy street at night
Arrived about 10pm due to a delayed flight. The young man on reception was courteous and polite. After hearing my tale of woe about my day, he immediately upgraded my room, something which I thoroughly appreciated
We stayed for one night but we thought the hotel and all the staff was lovely. We had no issues, great location, clean, really spacious room and all the normal things were all working
The hotel is really in a great place, very close to the shopping centre, food places etc small businesses aswell! Loads of bus stops near by

Great food with gluten free iptions - available all day. Lovely spacious room and bathroom and staff were most welcoming and helpful. The only downside was road noise - our room was roadside and we stayed saturday night
Amazing room, very well decorated and everything thought of, comfortable stay and will return and recommend. Not far from Bristol airport so an ideal stopover if planning a trip from the airport
Ideal place before flying from Bristol airport. Room was excellent and the staff superb. Would certainly use again.
Nice en-suite, tv, tea coffee facilities, radio and very comfy bed
Maybe it would be quieter mid week tho i dont know
Rooms 3 and 4 at the front of the building are extremely loud - lorries passing all through the night. Bathrooms in need of maintenance with smelly drains, poor shower and broken plug

Great little stopover for the evening before our flight to Malta. Great accommodation, great location only 10 minutes from Bristol airport and great food. Also had a little walk about the area during the evening.
The room was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. Good breakfast too. Felt safe and secure on my own. I would return.
Great accommodation with fantastic food and service
We ate in the bar that evening and had breakfast there the next day. I thought the food was rather expensive and a bit underwhelming, but my husband enjoyed the food
Lovely Stay Lovely room, spacious, light and modern. It was very clean with a comfortable king size bed and en suite shower. Check-in at the bar was quick and easy

we personally had a lovely stay, the room was basic but clean and had everything needed for a cozy stay, radiators were lovely and Hot which was appreciated as its December, bed comfy, every member of staff we interacted with were all lovely, helpful and friendly, breakfast was fantasic, only downside was the evening meal could of been a little better, we both ordered sirloin steak, it arrived on our...
Lovely experience at the Channings. Food was delicious and staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially after catering for such a big group. Phone calls before hand to make sure everything was correct and happy
The room we were in had no hot water, and the tv didn’t work, but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful- they moved us to a new room the next morning, refunded some of the cost and gave us a complimentary breakfast
We were a big party, 25+ of adults and kids age 4 to 10 and the team at Channings could not have been more helpdul. Great service and a really good place to have a big meet up. Thank you!
Lovely staff at hotel and bar and restaurant . We loved the food and the stay. The staff could not do enough for you! So lovely and polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

POSITIVES: Perfect location, friendly staff, rooms were clean and modern with biscuits, tea/coffee and mini bar. NEGATIVES: Both the room and bed were quite small and cramped and fan in the bathroom wasn’t very powerful
Well situated for restaurants in the evening. Bus stop to and from Temple meads outside the hotel. Older property well maintained, friendly helpful staff. Visited 2 weekends in a row for rugby
A convenient, clean, friendly hotel. Room was a little small but was only in it to sleep. Would recommend
A lovely 30 mins walk to and from Ashton Gate. And about 30 min walk to the Amphitheatre area
Clean room and very welcoming staff. Breakfast available at extra cost.

I stayed here for 1 night as 1 adult with a shared bathroom. I don't understand these nasty reviews that people have left. All I expect is clean and comfortable. Some people just enjoy trying to ruin someones business
Everything was clean, yes maybe not so modern but what do people really expect? If you want a grand hotel then go elsewhere!?! They don't do breakfast but they do have a shared kitchen where you can cook your own meals and that was perfect for me
I was greeted with a smile and I had a nice little room to myself, filled with a kettle, mini fridge, tea, coffee, little plastic milks and biscuits, iron and board, mini fan, heater, TV etc
The bed itself was fine, there was a mattress protector on it so the owner has obviously taken on board all of these comments which is great
I think the 1 and only fault was the smell of smoke upstairs, I personally don't mind if people smoke but I know others would hate that
Apart from that I will be giving this a 5 star rating and will be returning in the future. Thank you for a pleasant stay
