Great location - we walked everywhere. Comfortable beds - we slept peacefully. Fabulous breakfast - filled us up for the day. This is one of the best hotels in Bristol without a doubt.
Location⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cleanliness⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Friendly Staff⭐⭐⭐⭐ Check-in and Check-out⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Would definitely visit again!
Whilst this hotel is in a busy location, it has discounted NCP parking, excellent facilities and great rooms. Service was excellent and the Executive Lounge and breakfasts were excellent. Clean, modern and well maintained. Great price too.
Good location with a nice gym in the hotel, this is my second time staying in here:))
Good location / it can easy to walk to anywhere of the town. Nice pub to get some drinks
Overall, it was a great experience. We were given a room on the 9th floor, offering a different perspective of Bristol. The stay was comfortable, the environment was nice, and the facilities were decent. Definitely better than the Holiday Inn in the city center.

Bristol, College Green (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The renovated room was of a good standard. Very comfortable bed. Bill offered on tv but not available. Need to ask for decaff tea bags in room. Nice swimming pool. 3 of 4 lifts out of action due to renovation work. No advance notice of this. No discounts or offers due to works. Normally a nice hotel. Good location. Quite expensive. Don't mind paying for special trips when all facilities available.
Very well welcome. The breakfast was very good. They offer huge variety of different food for breakfast. The rooms are very good but the bathroom was a little bit dirty.
Lovely stay. Room a good size, very clean and quiet even though at ground level next to the pavement. All staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast well worth the price paid. We shall definitely stay again.
Really enjoyed staying at the Marriott Royal hotel. Whilst the decor is a bit dated, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff have perfected good customer service. The app is a great addition to the experience.
Excellent hotel......we have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights , and I must say what a delight it has been. The staff can not do enough for you going out of the way to help. We were lucky enough to have one of the refurbished rooms and they are very nice. The shower is big enough for 3 people. The breakfast is buffet style with everything you may need. I will not hesitate to stay at the Marriott Royal...
Very good hotel with very good conference space/facility. Very adequate for what we needed for our conference. Only down side is the parking is firstly not very noticeable as far as an entrance is concerned and secondly gives you the feel of being in a rabbits warren once you're in there. Breakfast was good though and conference room was very good quality.

This place is very convenient for catching an early flight.
A lovely little place in the heart of it all. Not a single complaint to be had.
Amazing hotel - the only thing is it is in the middle of a little alley (part of which is inaccessible by car), so you may need to carry your luggage into the main reception area. That being said, amazing service and rooms. Loved the time spent!

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing and natural light. The service was professional and attentive; the concierge and front desk were quick to respond, and the attention to detail was impressive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and consistent quality. The rooftop terrace had a superb view, making it a great spot to enjoy the city and...
We stayed for two nights recently. Everything about the hotel was right but we particularly liked the room. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. The decor was modern but not too minimalist. All fittings were in good condition and the heating and air-conditioning worked. We did not eat at the hotel as there are nice cafes etc very close by and a proper pub just up to road. The hotel is not in...
Beautiful hotel with clean comfy beds , great breakfast and fabulous staff we had a lovely stay … love Bristol
Superb in location, Carpark was juts nearby with promo code from hotel, very convenient access to city main attraction with numerous good restaurant nearby.
The place is so nice, cool , clean and the service is amazing. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to visit it to and experience the place.

Very convenient location for not Bath and Bristol. We usually stay as a family and enjoy late breakfast and a swimming pool.
Service is excellent but towel get a bit of life.  Stain on hand towel. Big thumbs up for the staff arrange for bath tub, pool staff and reception.
Spa was amazing. Food was great. Staff very helpful, dog friendly would stay again.
Great stay , great place, friendly stuff. Had a good nights sleep
Okay the room wasn’t the best cleaned i must say. Because there was a contact lens trash on the bathroom floor. But overall it was a good hotel for its price. Breakfast is normally better at double tree hotels with jam in little canned glass which is better quality but this hotel lacked it. Other than that the location is definitely something to be kept in mind. It takes approximately 50 minutes to...
Fantastic hotel convenient for what I needed. What a treat to have a pool - well maintained and while it was popular it never felt crowded and always space in the sauna. Very friendly front of house staff and house keepers. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Kids meals are great too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Moxy Bristol, everything felt clean and fresh throughout the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It's just a shame there's no free on-site parking!!
Friendly helpful staff, clean spacious and modern rooms Comfy beds, good showers, nice lobby area
The hotel was very central so parking wasn't great. We had to park in a multi-storey car park which wasn't ideal. The main good points was that the staff were exceptional. Always friendly, always smiling. Congratulations to all the staff on this. I felt the hotel had a friendly, hostel feel, with a pool table in the lobby/bar area. Would definitely recommend to people on Leisure trips. I was on a business...

We had an amazing stay at The Grand in Bristol. The hotel is comfortable and welcoming. The staff were all fantastic, without exception. The breakfast was very good, with an excellent choice. Our room was clean and there were plenty of towels. We were a bit worried before we visited as the hotel was under new management since we had booked it and there were some negative reviews online. However, our...
Lovely hotel! The standard double bedroom is quite small but we knew that from other reviews. The bathroom was finished to a really high standard and in a great location.
We had our wedding registry in Bristol and it was the perfect place to get ready. The staff were amazing and so helpful to us! Stan in particular, he was an absolute star to us and all the other staff, you were exemplary. I am so sorry if I didn't know your names but all the staff we encountered were amazing, approachable and helpful. I can't fault the staff.
The conference rooms were decent enough. The lounge was quite cosy and bar staff decent. I will say however that some of the rooms were very cold - maybe due to old/original windows in the rooms - even though there were insulation screens too. I called reception as the climate control didn't seem like it gave hot air - just A/C. The night staff man tried his best but in the end just gave me a heater...
Modern remodel of an old hotel mixes the best and worst parts of an old hotel with an injection of life. Lots of modern amenities with a little old charm of you look hard. Room service was spectacular. Huge variation in the rooms, one had an incredible bathroom and the other had an old bathroom with a dirty peeling facelift. Excellent location cannot be beaten, parking makes this hotel a must for a...
The room was very comfortable, although the heating was a little temperamental and didn't always work when we wanted it to. The robes provided were soft and warm. Didn't try the spa, however. The hotel bar was very good. It uses honey, produced by its own bees, in various dishes and I tried their Keepers cocktail which uses this honey and it was delicious - I would highly recommend it. The breakfast...

Excellent service at the front desk and a clean, comfortable room. The TV was struggling to find signal and maintenance wasn't available as it was late at night, but the staff worked hard to compensate for the inconvenience and ensure I had a great stay.

Modern and well-located hotel. The bed and mattress were very comfortable, and we slept perfectly. Everything looks new, modern, and clean. Lovely stay overall. However, the happy hour felt like a scam. They advertised any beer for £5 before 18:00, but I ordered one and a half beers and was charged the full price (order was made at17:40). I pointed out the mistake, but my concern was ignored.
All fine except for a few things: there was only one breakfast tea bag left each day so had to ask for more. The fridge didn’t work. When we went to the sauna at 5pm (the time they state it’s open from) and it had not been switched on so had to call reception and by the time the sauna was beginning to get warm we had to leave as we had a booking (about 45 minutes later). It was shut when we returned...
Good.location with its own underground carpark and shops/pubs t mins walk away, decent sized hotel in quite good clean condition. My room had a knocking noise coming from pipes in the bathroom wall, but they did offer to move me. There is a gym on the 4th floor but my room card wouldn't allow access to it for some reason..
I liked everything, minimal furniture in the bedroom so its spacious , quality tv speakers, mini fridge in the room., nice bathtub that is quickly filled with water, reasonable price, you can also have some brita water, express check out,
Breakfast is good, our room was clean and big. The gym is lovely. The only thing I was not happy with was the shower - the water took a long time to warm up, and did not stay warm. The water pressure was also weak.
If you manage to get a good deal on this at around 110 lb per night then the hotel is not too bad at the full price in excess of $150 160 lb a night. This represents really bad value. The hotel is very tired. The heating is non-existent and the hot water is in limited supply. The service from the staff was excellent and the location is superb. It's just that this is a hotel desperately in need of love...

The rooms are modern and very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The parking is also available for £5 per night, where you need to register your plate number in the kiosk after check-in process.
Overall it's good, but the sofa bed is a bit too soft and not very comfortable; that could be improved.

Had a great spa day today. Highlight was 50min back massage and facial with Lauren, she listened carefully in the consultation, it was so relaxing and I felt like a new person after. Thank you! The hotel was lovely. We loved the dining room where we had a yummy breakfast the next day. The room was really nice though they gave us 2 singles instead of a king bed which is what I had requested. More of a business hotel. Good location if you are in the area but not much nearby. Not very good service with regard to indirect booking and price not reflective of the value offered. Comfy room and nice bar area.
First night was terrible, staff didn't seem interested at all, told me it was what I paid for! If it was then the descriptions on the choices were not all that clear. The next day we felt heard, we changed rooms, our experience was so much better. Just a shame about the first night.

Stayed with work and got upgraded (possibly because I stayed in a London Radisson Blu the week before). Very large room, big bed, with great views overlooking the city. Breakfast was good (hot food buffet, yoghurt, fresh fruit, smoothies, pastries and cakes, cookies, cereals etc.). Good location
I stayed at the Radisson Blu for a long weekend when visiting friends and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Very spacious room with everything I needed. But I needed to make a video call during the afternoon and the room lighting wan't very bright. The room was nice and quiet, no external noise. Overall a good sized room. Howerver the aircon was not adequate to cool the room and felt a little too warm for the hot summer's day. However the beds were comfy and the room overall well styled. The bathroom was very spacious with fantastic lighting! Other than the unattractive view out the window and the aircon, I would highly recomend!

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately the experience did not match what was advertised. One of the main reasons I booked was the photo of a charming Manor House shown in the listing.
