Bristol, 2 Lower Castle Street, Old Market (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I recently stayed at Delta Hotel during my trip to the UK, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The location was absolutely perfect, situated within walking distance of major attractions and surrounded by charming cafes and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the...
We have spent some efforts to find the way to the hotel as the area outside the Bristol coach station was in construction and roads around were blocked so we needed to find other ways to go to the hotel.
The room was new and the condition was good since it was renovated just few years ago. There was a large mall just few minutes next to the hotel and you could find a variety of food easily no matter...
Good stay! Location is close to shopping centre so it’s really easy to go anywhere !
The room was nice and clean, the bed and pillows is really comfy as well! Was a good rest after a long day !
Excellent location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable hotel. Will definitely be returning soon.
The room was a great size, and the location was really convenient. However, if you have any kind of respiratory issues, DO NOT book this hotel! None of the windows open, and the air smells musty. We had slightly blocked noses due to spring allergies, but breathing in the room felt extremely difficult. The air was also very dry, and we both woke up with NOSEBLEEDS—something neither of us usually experiences...
The room is spacious and clean. Location is convenient no matter from the railway station or to the city centre in about 15 mins walk. Overall it’s with good value and will choose to stay here again if coming to Bristol next time.

Well situated, convenient for travelers to reach every facility in the city center. Clean and comfortable rooms made we've fantastic vacation during our visit.
Hotel is centrally located, rooms are clean, beds comfy, baths sheets small but good quality and white. There are ‘this works’ range toiletries. Breakfast was really good and worth adding on.
Very good hotel and lovely rooms. Staff professional and friendly. There is a nice Miller and Carter restaurant on site which is worth a visit.
All was okay.. could do with better gym facilities...also could do with better food and beverages.
Everything is okay, the Bradford is good. The bed is comfortable, the room is normal, the toilet is not very clean. But the door cannot be closed softly, which causes a little bit danger
The review needs to highlight:
First, that crucial location advantage - 3 minutes walking distance is a huge selling point for graduation attendees. Should emphasize convenience since graduation days are hectic.
Second, the staff's genuine friendliness stood out to them - "always smiling" and "home away from home" feeling are phrases worth preserving.
Third, the physical comforts: "spacious" accommodation...

Well, this was an odd stay. Check in was confusing; apparently we should have received a text message and email with codes to access the hotel and room. The lady at the reception desk was able to provide us with the codes but this process was a bit of palaver and involved having my phone’s text message inbox scrutinised, which I have to admit made me feel a little uncomfortable.
When we arrived in...
No lift. No food provided. The location is a bit far from temple mead station but close to the university. The room is small and quite old.
Staffs are friendly and the hotel provided free breakfast, but the hot water and milk would be not enough if the customers have breakfast late
The first thing I really appreciate is the friendliness of the staff. They offer help even though you have not ask! Very considerate.
They offer grab and go breakfast which has many items: Yogurt, apple/banana, muffin, energy bar and drink!
They also have a little drinking bar that you can serve yourself! So I add some marks on amenities part.
Yet there are something you can take a reference if you...
I found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant I would be happy to stay their again
It is close to the University of Bristol, and there are many train stations in the nearby area and many buses in the city center. very quiet. The room is not soundproof, small, no elevator.

Environment: The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to walk, take the bus, go to the supermarket, and eat
Facilities: The room is relatively large, the bathroom is spacious, and two bottles of water are provided every day, as well as tea and coffee
You must stay in a high-rise room when staying here, definitely. We were given the 5th floor at first, and the room was small and dark...
Overall a good sized room. Howerver the aircon was not adequate to cool the room and felt a little too warm for the hot summer's day. However the beds were comfy and the room overall well styled.
The bathroom was very spacious with fantastic lighting!
Other than the unattractive view out the window and the aircon, I would highly recomend!
Veey good location and friendly staff. Definitely recommend.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and it was a comfortable nights sleep and the room was warm
The hotel is perfectly situated in Bristol and everything in walking distance or scooter if you wish.
Rooms very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a harbour view room which has fab views. I would imagine there isn't a bad view from the Radisson. The hotel will validate your parking if using Nelson St ncp which gives £5 off. Please note that its also £9 per day if your vehicle travels within the...
Location is good. The place has lighting which makes it feel like it is an old run down hotel. Service was okay. I asked for ice and was told to go to ground floor. Don’t expect this from Radisson hotel chain. Carpets feel old. Lighting needs a bit of work to make it modern.

Great location, clean. But the laundry was not ironed. Nice. The restaurant and reception have friendly staff.
Future Inn Bristol Bond Street: Exceptional Value and Quality
My recent stay at the Future Inn on Bond Street in Bristol exceeded all expectations. I can confidently say it was the cleanest, quietest, and most affordable hotel I've had the pleasure of staying in.

Overall experience was poor. For family of 4, extra bed was not made up. I feel training in all departments is required. Leisure facilities was the best thing about our stay.
Trip was quite memorable. Had a nice time with friends in the swimming pool
Lovely 1 night stay as son had football commitments in Bristol. Hotel has beautiful grounds, the walk around the lake was a bonus and saw lots of wildlife including a Jack Heron. The hotel staff were very accommodating. Unexpected room upgrade with was very welcome. Room service excellent and good breakfast. Kids enjoyed the pool.
Excellent hotel, excellent service, excellent staff. But location is out in the sticks a bit and is about 6 miles away from Bristol city centre.
The property itself is well-situated. However, the room service needs significant improvement; we couldn't get through to room service by phone and had to visit reception for additional tea sachets. A key recommendation is to move away from the current approach of not regularly changing towels and bedsheets or cleaning washrooms under the guise of 'saving water.' These 'ESG initiatives' come across...

Nice hotel clean comfortable does the job nicely, my go to place wherever i stay
Enjoyed our stay! Loved how comfortable the bed was and how accomodating ths staff were. Hotel was v clean and lovely.
Room was clean, bed was huge and comfy, shower great, coffee machine and kettle. Even got a free warm cookie on arrival and were allowed to check in early.
Same as before. Will continue to use this hotel. Ideal location.
Starting with the check in process, everything was very smooth and hassle free. We were given a room on the higher floor as requested. The view from the room was decent I would say. You could see a part of the city and the faraway hills. We managed to catch glimpse of wonderful sunrise so that's a plus. We did not try the food there so can not comment. The check-out process was also seamless.

This the best hotel thank you I really love it
The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy. It's very conveniently located, being extremely close to the train station. The front desk staff – the ladies and one gentleman – were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was also good, and they offer luggage storage. Highly recommended for your stay!
A great hotel, fab location and the staff were very helpful and friendly 😃 I did however find the curry portion a little too small
Good amenities & clean hotel. Excellent selection for breakfast buffet. Parking available close by from other providers.
It's but comfortable there were basic bathroom amentities but lack of something like in room slippers and one thing to be addressed is that there was no doorlock for bathroom
An exceptionally clean room with a very comfortable bed. There was plenty of room and a courtyard view. It was a very short and pleasant walk to the train station. There’s a Starbucks nearby and nice walks in a modern section of the city. A very good stay and reasonably priced I would definitely book again.

Nice comfortable hotel with very friendly reception staff and the rooms are also very clean. Bed was super comfortable, I really liked the setup of this hotel. Everything was perfect
Excellent location- near the waterfront and attractions (for me, the Arnolfini and Watershed, where the film festival was held), and restaurants, cafes, etc. I had a room on the 6th floor, away from the waterfront, and it was great- roomy and quiet. Will definitely book again!

Lovely hotel! The standard double bedroom is quite small but we knew that from other reviews. The bathroom was finished to a really high standard and in a great location.
We had our wedding registry in Bristol and it was the perfect place to get ready. The staff were amazing and so helpful to us! Stan in particular, he was an absolute star to us and all the other staff, you were exemplary. I am so sorry if I didn't know your names but all the staff we encountered were amazing, approachable and helpful. I can't fault the staff.
The conference rooms were decent enough. The lounge was quite cosy and bar staff decent. I will say however that some of the rooms were very cold - maybe due to old/original windows in the rooms - even though there were insulation screens too. I called reception as the climate control didn't seem like it gave hot air - just A/C. The night staff man tried his best but in the end just gave me a heater...
Modern remodel of an old hotel mixes the best and worst parts of an old hotel with an injection of life. Lots of modern amenities with a little old charm of you look hard. Room service was spectacular. Huge variation in the rooms, one had an incredible bathroom and the other had an old bathroom with a dirty peeling facelift. Excellent location cannot be beaten, parking makes this hotel a must for a...
The room was very comfortable, although the heating was a little temperamental and didn't always work when we wanted it to. The robes provided were soft and warm. Didn't try the spa, however. The hotel bar was very good. It uses honey, produced by its own bees, in various dishes and I tried their Keepers cocktail which uses this honey and it was delicious - I would highly recommend it. I got a great deal on this stay but it was marred by a long wait checking in with staff confused that I hadn't fully paid and wanting to charge me full price. Great site, Great food and great service.
Would definitely recommend and the location is ideal.
Very good and I would recommend to anyone to stay as it is a good option
I and my husband had a really awesome experience staying at Double Tree. Staff greeted us warmly at the reception check-in counter. After checking-in, we even each got a really tasty chocolate chip cookies. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The gym is well equipped. The parking needs to be paid for though, it's 8 pound which cover 24 hours of parking and they will ask you to pay at check in.
The front desk staff had a great attitude. They first gave me a room, but after checking in, I noticed that only the bed had been cleaned—the bathroom and toilet were still dirty (as shown in the picture). The front desk then helped me switch to another room, which was properly cleaned, but it didn’t have a hairdryer, which is quite unexpected for a four-star hotel.

Very friendly staff and nice hotel
The bed is collapsed and not supportive anymore due to long years usage. Finally I chose to sleep on floor rather than on the bed. It is the worse hotel experience I have ever lived in. Haven’t sleep for whole night.

The room also wasn’t cleaned properly- I had a two night stay and the rubbish bag was taken out of the bin and then left on the side, not very hygienic.

After a stressful time in the bus and getting wrong directions from the hire car GPS being out of date, arriving at this place made everything worthwhile.

Great location. Friendly staff and good value for money. Let down by the cleanliness.
No AC makes the room really hot during the summer, a fan was provided but made little difference and was really noisy. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything from the hallways. Bed rather uncomfortable and hard, not really hotel standards on pillows either. Shame because the location is good.
Would come back
Lovely hotel, our room had been refurbished and was lovely, it did get quite stuffy in there but there was a fan which helped
Wonderful stay my go to hotel when in Bristol wonderful location and fantastic rooms.
I have stayed here many times over the last 5 years and staff have always been helpful and friendly.
The waiter was very nice, the room was small, the location was very good, very close to the University of Bristol, and the warm thing was that you could see fruits on the table as soon as you entered the room.
