Absolutely lovely building , cosy and fresh . The breakfast is continental but you can have a hot breakfast on request at an extra charge .
The owners are very pleasant nothing is to much trouble for them and there is ample parking. The room that we stayed in was very comfortable clean and warm and the bed was to die for . Nice view of the countryside and would thoroughly recommend .

The room had two single beds (old) and a WC/shower room (this unheated and remained wet during the 4-day stay. Continental breakfast which included a variety of items (sliced cheese packet mould green). Parking available and good WIFI reception. Road noise not an issue. Depending on weather, would be more appreciative if not a winter stay. Hosts very nice and welcoming.

Very disappointed in our stay , strong musty smell in room which was cold on arrival had to ask for heating to be put on bearing in mind it's December, heating went off at 11pm which left us very cold , no where to hang clothes as wardrobe smelt of mould , bed extremely uncomfortable with springs sticking in and the whole bed creaked and moved with every move I didn't get any sleep . The bathroom was not clean , tap to sink was so dirty we didn't run water to brush our teeth , and didn't take shower due to same reason , we left early without breakfast, did message owner after we left and sent photos as she seemed to busy to talk as we left , we were told never had any other complaints though after reading other reviews about same room was difficult to believe, was offered a free night but afraid we will not return

Second stay here since September and so disappointed we given a twin so called deluxe room ( we had the king room on 1st visit ) and it was far from deluxe , from walking in the smell of damp hit us the room was extremely cold , we spoke to owners who put heating on bearing in mind it's December though this went off at 11 pm and I was forced to wear a cardigan in bed , no sleep at all due to bed being so uncomfortable ( springs sticking in as you moved and whole bed felt like would callaspe as moved so much with every motion Didn't use bathroom apart from toilet as tap in sink and shower head was extremely dirty and unhygienic, left early without breakfast owner was there but didn't ask about our stay even though knew there were issues, it's a shame as with some care it could be a lovely place but I'm afraid we would not go back , our room was definitely not worth the money we paid

I felt at home in the b&b and liked that you could get your own breakfast and there were facilities such as a microwave should you need it. It was very convenient that it was so close to Glenside university as well. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

Wonderful location in a very beautiful surroundings. Good value for money and on site EV charger is a bonus.

I stayed here for 3 nights for a work trip to Bristol. It’s easy to get to and the room was very clean. Breakfast is basically help yourself from the fridge, toast, cereals and yoghurts, which was perfect for me. I stupidly left all my chargers plugged in and she very kindly sent them back to me. I left on a Friday and they were back by Monday, which was a very kind gesture.

Run by a lovely couple who gave plenty of information on arrival. The place was clean and well looked after with a selection of food and drinks for breakfast. The beds were very comfortable especially the duvets.
