room size was lowkey crazy but tv could use an upgrade location was a bit off centre but we chill service was cool
Love the location , perfect for short break! Breakfast simple with vegan options..!
Excellent location for Bristol City Centre. Good breakfast and extremely clean rooms. Helpful staff. Thanks
This place is very convenient for catching an early flight.
Amazing hotel - the only thing is it is in the middle of a little alley (part of which is inaccessible by car), so you may need to carry your luggage into the main reception area
perfect ambience Breakfast was an amazing selection of both hot and cold buffet, fresh pastries and a choice of juices. Although quite busy, there was no waiting for tables

The rooms are clean and very well equipped with hairdryer, iron and ironing board and coffee/tea making facilities. When visiting Bristol again we will not hesitate to stay here again
The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing and natural light
Superb in location, Carpark was juts nearby with promo code from hotel, very convenient access to city main attraction with numerous good restaurant nearby.
Location was about a 10-15 min walk into Bristol which was fine for us as we love walking. The hotel overlooks graffitied waste ground and the ring road runs right next to it so no lovely views sadly
We were greet by lovely young lady room was good size but no where to hanger our wet coats or drawers for underwear and socks Coffee at breakfast wasn’t very tasty it was very bitter Fridge was not a fridge it didn’t keep anything cool it was warm Stain on chair and when I stripped the bed when I was leave to stain
The service was professional and attentive; the concierge and front desk were quick to respond, and the attention to detail was impressive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and consistent quality

Very convenient location for not Bath and Bristol. We usually stay as a family and enjoy late breakfast and a swimming pool.
Very nice location with huge parking lot. Had good facilities like pool , sauna , steam room , gym . Very clean and ideal as it is close to motorway as well .
Breakfast is normally better at double tree hotels with jam in little canned glass which is better quality but this hotel lacked it. Other than that the location is definitely something to be kept in mind
Spa was amazing. Food was great. Staff very helpful, dog friendly would stay again.
Amazing staff room was amazing met a lovely gentleman who works there. Who does amazing things for underprivileged special needs children. Totally warmed my heart. Will definitely be returning
Really lovely, such comfy beds slept like a log... The young girl , I can't recall her name she is from South Africa was so helpful and a pleasure to meet .. Thank you, Nicola Kelly 🙏

Lovely hotel! The standard double bedroom is quite small but we knew that from other reviews. The bathroom was finished to a really high standard and in a great location.
We had our wedding registry in Bristol and it was the perfect place to get ready. The staff were amazing and so helpful to us! Stan in particular, he was an absolute star to us and all the other staff, you were exemplary
Our room was clean and there were plenty of towels. We were a bit worried before we visited as the hotel was under new management since we had booked it and there were some negative reviews online
We had an amazing stay at The Grand in Bristol. The hotel is comfortable and welcoming. The staff were all fantastic, without exception. The breakfast was very good, with an excellent choice
I called reception as the climate control didn't seem like it gave hot air - just A/C. The night staff man tried his best but in the end just gave me a heater
I will say however that some of the rooms were very cold - maybe due to old/original windows in the rooms - even though there were insulation screens too

Great location walking distance to town and station nice friendly staff and clean rooms.. very comfortable beds. Would stay again x
Nice hotel in a good location close to Bristol centre. Room was well designed with a king sized bed. However the bathroom was very compact but everything worked
An excellent budget hotel located 5 mins from the train station and 5 mins from the city centre. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed & a breakfast buffet that was better than expected
Brilliant customer service, clean room and convenient location
Excellent service at the front desk and a clean, comfortable room
Beautiful room , and fantastic service , when asked about late check out, was very easy and aloud us to spend more time in a good room bed was very comfortable, shower and bath clean and shower was good, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all included in shower that was nice 😀, and price was amazing too will definitely book with hilton again 😀

Very easy check in. Well located. Clean and comfortable.
The hotel is really well situated for access to bristol cathedral, park street and Baldwin and corn streets, all of which are home to a plethora of restaurants and pubs
Friendly and helpful staffs. convenient location
Great stay, lovely staff, good location. What more could you want?
Location is good for me. Area has several restaurants. Room is small. CS are good
The staff were welcoming and helpful, making us feel that nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, the mattress comfy and the tv was a decent size. We enjoyed our stay there and would gladly do so again

Excellent hotel, nice restaurant, good breakfast, quiet and pleasant atmosphere in hotel. Close to centre and restaurants. Would recommend a stay here if working or need a central point
However, the happy hour felt like a scam. They advertised any beer for £5 before 18:00, but I ordered one and a half beers and was charged the full price (order was made at17:40)
Very clean and friendly nafe to feel welcome perfect location
I pointed out the mistake, but my concern was ignored
The heating is non-existent and the hot water is in limited supply. The service from the staff was excellent and the location is superb. It's just that this is a hotel desperately in need of love and refurbishment
location with its own underground carpark and shops/pubs t mins walk away, decent sized hotel in quite good clean condition

Great staff, good location, good value for money for the area. Make sure you book car in the car park to avoid being fined
The room is clean and their breakfast quality is up to standard. It location is close to the University of West of England, an ideal accommodation for the parents of the students who is fresh to the UK.
Mostly clean, corner of shower on the outside was slightly dirty but not a huge deal. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Location wasn’t great but for the price it was fine. 8/10 stay :)
The rooms are modern and very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The parking is also available for £5 per night, where you need to register your plate number in the kiosk after check-in process.
Excellent stay. Bed is comfortable and room size is good for couple. Parking charge is 5 pounds for 1 car 24hrs.
When we did highlight the issue to reception, they gave us a different room which was great. There was no phone in the bedroom, so we had to walk to reception with any queries etc

We were given towels, slippers and cozy robes and there were healthy snacks, smoothies, hot drinks, coffees and even suki tea in the large relaxation room. We had a tasty 2 course lunch from a set menu
This centrally located hotel is excellent. It is clean and modern with plenty of options for eating. We had the superior double which had a sofa seating area and this was designed to feel separated from the bed area
Highlight was 50min back massage and facial with Lauren, she listened carefully in the consultation, it was so relaxing and I felt like a new person after
All the staff were friendly and welcoming; nothing was too much trouble. I would say that my only frustration is that parking is extra (it's not like we have an option of parking anywhere else!)
I enjoyed the French onion soup and fish finger sandwich and chips. Everything was nearby and you could go to lunch at the bar in your gowns and slippers
More of a business hotel. Good location if you are in the area but not much nearby. Not very good service with regard to indirect booking and price not reflective of the value offered. Comfy room and nice bar area.

The location is absolutely perfect being central (the airport bus drops you off beside it) with everything you need close by, from pubs, restaurants to takeaways and shops making it easy to get around and enjoy the area
The rooms are good, a decent size. We had a superior room I think. Clean and had everything we needed. Nice big windows too to see the city. Location was perfect for us, exactly where we wanted to be
Hotel is well located, very clean, people very polite close to everywhere, room very comfortable, excellent, thanks
Parking was easy once you knew where the entrance was. I also didn't realised there was a charge for parking when I read the booking info. The bed was huge and very comfortable. There are no power sockets near the bed
Veey good location and friendly staff. Definitely recommend.
Stayed with work and got upgraded (possibly because I stayed in a London Radisson Blu the week before). Very large room, big bed, with great views overlooking the city. Had dressing gown, slippers, Nespresso machine etc

Overnight stay at the hotel. Perfect location, very reasonable price for parking and very convenient. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again!
Gorgeous hotel in a central location .Offers comfortable rooms and all the amenities. An excellent restaurant is the main attraction.
Front Desk Staff was Excellent - I raised a concern when a member of Miller & Carter Restaurant said the main restaurant was closing this was at 2045 and she tried and confined us to a table not of our choice we advised if that was the only table she could offer then we would not dine there - there was 3 of us
I like the Grand Marriott it’s one of my Favourite Hotel the point above is not a negative review it’s to reiterate the Hotel Staff look after there Guests and are good listeners
I informed the young lady at the front desk and she was understood and said she will speak as the restaurant was not closed
The good things about the hotel were its location. Close to restaurants, a famous Banksy or two, lots of shops and theatres. Is a beautiful hotel with nice places to sit and meet if you are in a group

Good price for the location, bedroom was clean. Bathroom was like some sort of pod, similar to a train bathroom but it was still functional, not necessarily disabled friendly but that didn’t affect us. Would stay again.
Located next to office, quiet in night. Convinced to get the train but not the city centre. Staff are nice and you could store luggage before check in and after check out.
Excellent stay, clean and service was nice and polite, good price too for the location.
Great location near the station and very clean. Would have been even better with a face towel.
Clean room, has everything we needed (tea station, hair dryer, toiletries). Bed was comfortable and the stay was a great price. 15/20 min walk to Cabot Circus area.
Easy walk from the station with suitcase. Room was clean and large. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely.

Lovely plush hotel, with a nice chilled out vibe, in a great location. The staff were truly amazing! and the vegan breakfast was great, especially the sausages and black pudding, doggy breakfast was much appreciated too!
Excellent location from our Bristol office. Very clean, nice breakfast Clearly recommend.
Lovely night stay before a flight from Bristol . Great room although could do with a bit better lighting. Everything was spotless the staff were great and a really nice breakfast
Marvellous views across the Avon gorge and lovely hotel. Very comfortable, superb breakfast and good staff. Highly recommended

We stayed for one night but we thought the hotel and all the staff was lovely. We had no issues, great location, clean, really spacious room and all the normal things were all working
I'm a fairly hardy solo traveller, so speaking for myself, the location was fine, a five minutes walk from Bristol Bus Station. All in all, a pleasant stay, no complaints
Hotel has provided adequate service, with great location, satisfied room spac and good environment, which was beyond expectations.
The bus stop to the station was only a few minutes walk which we thought was good. Had plently of room in the room for our bags and coats. Very quiet, no issue with the busy street at night
The hotel is really in a great place, very close to the shopping centre, food places etc small businesses aswell! Loads of bus stops near by
The staff at check-in were especially helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome

Bristol, Old Gloucester Road (11 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is quite remote and quiet, and the surroundings are not convenient. It is best to drive there. The restaurant is OK, and the service is average.
Firstly the place is incredibly classy and stylish, both inside and out. The place resembles a mansion. Much larger than any I'd stayed in the UK up to that point and with fantastic central heating, couch and bay window
Wow! Where do I even start? After a stressful time in the bus and getting wrong directions from the hire car GPS being out of date, arriving at this place made everything worthwhile
Then there are the many lovely lounge areas all through the facility as well as bar open long hours with Alfie providing first class help and service
Other staff worth highlighting are Alicia with her excellent attentive breakfast help. Lily and Shae at the front desk were both very helpful
Although it's a little out of the way, the extra effort in terms of car rental or Uber costs are more than worth it

Grubby carpet, squeaky cheap bed, poor pillows, bad shower water pressure. ******* room lighting design that only allows all lights on or off, no reading lights. Refused late checkout despite requesting at booking time.
Really comfy bed, nice set of cosmetics including moisturizer provided, robe and slippers, hairdryer and iron at the room
Extremely helpful staff very clean and comfortable ideally situated will definitely stay again
Excellent location and value for money. Game changer is free parking up to 1pm on day of departure in multi storey car park next to hotel
Close to all the shops and restaurants. Great location. Walking distance to park and high street. Good and modern.

Excellent hotel with nice decor that's a mix of traditional and modern. Fantastic restaurant and a nice casual bar. Decent location in the centre of Bristol, but very close to a busy road
It was a great experience and very relaxing for my wife and my self,The staff were so friendly and helpful and welcoming,I would say here a gain
Everything is nice, but big inconvenience to fix The bathroom needs more thinking: couldn't get to the shampoo/conditioner whilst having bath (had to get out of the bath tub naked and walk around to get some shampoo and repeat!)
The receptionist was very helpful and check-in was easy. We were in the Beringer room which is large with a great bathroom. Unfortunately the air-con/heating unit was broken and not heating the room
The location was great and the room decor was cool, but the building is older and so there’s not really any soundproofing between floors or from the hallway/outside
It was cold in the room and I had spoken to reception to turn the heating on but it was still cold. None of the radiators worked but the room was large and I assumed it will take some time to heat up

This hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop from which the University of Bristol, the Bristol Bus and Coach Station, and Temple Meads station are easily accessible
I appreciated the detox water with lemon slices that they offer in the lobby. The room is quite small, and the lights are dim. However, it is comfy enough for a few days in the city
The Arnos Manor hotel was easy to find. Staff are helpful and polite. Rooms are all en-suit and a good size. Beds are comfortable and large. Good range of beers and wines. Have stopped here before and will stay again.
Stayed here as was working a few minutes walk away. Basic but was great for what was needed (A bed and close proximity to work).
Lovely place to stay. Spacious room.

Opposite Temple meads station on the main ain road, there is parking but be careful as the entrance is immediately at the end of the building and is not obvious. Night staff were very accommodating and helped with bags
Location was great for what we were doing, close to the station. Room was adequate, no issues for a HI Express. Breakfast area is a bit small, but overall it worked. All staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel was perfectly situated across the road from the train station and within easy walking distance of the town centre. We were checked in by Amber, who was so friendly and welcoming
The location is near the train station, and 25 minutes walking distance from the city centre. Staff are nice and helpful. Just the room itself is a bit old.
The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and the buffet provided was plentiful
Room very clean tea and coffee amenities the bed fabulous couldn't fault it very clean and comfortable as was the room air con was great due to traveling and being tired we felt very cold that was soon corrected with the heating of the air con traveling early meant we were too early for breakfast although we were offered breakfast to take away with us staff cheerful and friendly

Rooms are comfortable and staff very friendly! Very good breakfast, they have english breakfast available plus regular choices.
Overall I would recommend the Washington to anyone planning a short stay in Bristol
The staff was really helpful and it was a really nice place to stay for some days.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. However we arrived for breakfast which was included and why we booked this hotel to find that the chef had called in sick so there was only a basic continental breakfast
