This hotel is filthy do not stay here. Room was damp, carpet had stains, bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned. Kettle was in serious need of descaling. Nightmare.

Windows wouldn’t close and the radiator didn’t work so room was freezing. Hot water ran out during a shower as though it was the 1980s. Carpets were filthy and stained. Mattress and pillows really uncomfortable. There were bags of litter and used takeaway trays on the landings. Staff non-existent. And we were charged £10 per night for parking. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

nice and quiet location, the staff Komal and Alex manage efficiently with the given resources and respond patiently to all the guests irrespective of their queries...good eateries nearby...self check-in being a concern for many guests, the staff respond accordingly helping with creating room codes etc...

Hotel looks nothing like the pictures, wouldn't recommend staying at this place at all. Its cheap for a reason. I brought from Groupon

Absolutely awful rooms. I get some times basic is basic. But that should still be clean and comfortable. Don't be foold by the clean online pictures. The room smelt damp and musty. The floor was wet and as you can see from the photos so old and stained and dirty. The junction between the wall and roof had paint flaking off, damp and the joist below felt spongy. Im sure there must be a policy where a room is in disrepair you cant let it out. I was here on business so stuck here for the night unfortunately. I asked to be moved rooms but was informed they were full. I showed the staff picture of the crumbling wall and there was very little empathy. AVOID this PLACE 91£ it cost. So definitely not worth the value. Its criminal they can get away with such poor standards. This room was not en suite either to add to the woes.

When I arrived at the hotel my booking was delayed as I had not been sent the booking email which I was supposed to complete. There's another guest there who was experiencing the same problem. I had paid for a deluxe twin room but was given a double room. I had to boil the kettle on the floor because it was too far away from a socket .The bathroom door was hanging on one hinge and the carpet was filthy and stained with blood. When I woke up in the morning I was greeted by bed bugs which I've taken a photograph of. I have recently sent an email and messages to the hotel who are ignoring them.

Well, this was an odd stay. Check in was confusing; apparently we should have received a text message and email with codes to access the hotel and room. The lady at the reception desk was able to provide us with the codes but this process was a bit of palaver and involved having my phone’s text message inbox scrutinised, which I have to admit made me feel a little uncomfortable.

When we arrived in the room the toilet had been dismantled; the lid of the cistern was on the floor and the cistern itself was empty. When my friend went downstairs to enquire about this it transpired that a handyman had already been called (Mike, who was absolutely fantastic and fixed the problem quickly and with a smile) but it would have been better to have been told about the issue at check in.

The room itself was comfortable and mainly clean, other than a few stains on the carpet which weren’t a deal-breaker. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room were a bonus.
We chose the hotel over others at a similar price point because it advertised breakfast included in the price; it looks like they have stopped providing this service however, and again we were only told this when we enquired.

All in all, the OYO idea (self check in with a minimum of faff) could work, but it needs to be executed with much more care and attention to detail than it currently is at the Regency to be worth the £116 we paid for the night.

No lift. No food provided. The location is a bit far from temple mead station but close to the university. The room is small and quite old.

Nice and clean single room. Hot water 24x7. equipped with TV, fan and hairdryer. Overall a great experience. Special thanks to udit at reception for passing me information on good restaurants in bristol.

Staffs are friendly and the hotel provided free breakfast, but the hot water and milk would be not enough if the customers have breakfast late

My family and I have just enjoyed the most wonderful evening together at Cosmo Bristol. The staff were so friendly and helpful, suggesting dishes to try and telling us what was in each dish. Love this place! Fantastic all you can eat buffet in a great location.
The prices are very reasonable and the restaurant itself is very well laid out, exceptionally clean and the staff are great.
Will definitely keep coming back.

Eat as much as you want & all you like for the price of £8 for lunch. Reasonable price. There's a huge selection of vegetables dishes but very limited on meat selections. Japanese dishes & Live cooking stations were closed for lunch. It's better than McDonald's if you prefer big lunch with various selections. Food quality & dish selections are so so compare to before. £15 for all you can eat dinner will be included additional eight live cooking stations & more dish selections.
