Walking distance to the city centre,off road parking, clean rooms and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this B&B.

Me and my colleague Lewis stayed for one night. Very clean and the beds where amazing. Had a great night's sleep and would recommend it to anyone staying in this part of the country.

Friendly reception, clean room

Clean, friendly, comfortable and affordable - this is an option that ticks all the boxes! All stages of booking and arrival were straightforward. The accommodation was unfussy but absolutely fine for the reasonable price. Everything worked well and was comfortable. Excellent sleep quality, which had not been the cace in other, pricier stops on my trip! The breakfast was fine, though "snack" would be a fairer description than "continental" as had meen mentioned. In summary, I would not hesitate to request a future stay here - the guest house is located in a pleasant and interesting area. For the record, I found it a very convenient distance from the railway station and also from central Cambridge.

Really nice guest house. My room was spacious, clean with modern furniture and a really comfy bed with good pillows as well. I liked the mini fridge in the room as well as an iron and ironing board. The guest house is allegedly a 20 minute walk from Cambridge Train Station and that it is easily walkable. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND TAKE A CAB FOR AROUND £9.00. WORTH EVERY PENNY. No. 2 bus stops at the end of the road into the city centre but this finishes much earlier in the evening that i didn't bank on so had to pay for another cab to get home. Friendly hosts made this a good experience and i highly recommend it.

Great peaceful location close to the city centre, bus stop 10mins away along with numerous cafes & pubs. Room was lovely, very comfortable, warm & quiet. Added bonus of free parking on site & free wifi

Spent a night here prior to my daughter's graduation. Single room was small but comfortable and very well equipped with mini-fridge, kettle, iron, even a fan which unfortunately I did not find until the next morning! Generally very clean but could use a bit of hoovering under the bed. The only thing I didn't come across which I could have used would be something to chain my bicycle to outside.
