Nice and clean room, very friendly staff, especially the housekeeper. Located not far from tube station. Very quiet. Will visit again.

Clean warm comfortable ensuite room with a handy little kitchen - we didn't use all the facilities but it was very useful to have a fridge and breakfast bar and the shower was great . Considering it was just off a main road and so close to the Thameslink it was a nice quiet street and we slept very well . Great selection of cafes / restaurants / shops very close and great transport links to everywhere in London and beyond . Slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom on arrival but I would definitely stay again . The staff were also helpful and it was reasonably priced for the area we were in.

Charlotte guest house was an excellent place to stay for our 4 nights exploring London. I loved being in West Hampstead with 3 train line options. We could get anywhere we needed. The room had what we needed, although a fridge would have been a nice extra. It’s neat and tidy.

Everything was clean (ie, room, towels, bed sheets and shared bathroom). Room is comfortable. House location is also very good.

Our stay was very pleasant. We liked the location - just a few blocks from the Tube and train. There were good places to eat breakfast nearby and restaurants in the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable compared to other places I have stayed in London. Recommended.

On arrival we were told our room was 3 minutes walk from the actual address of the Charlotte Hotel. Our other family members were in a 3rd property altogether.
The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little aged but clean and tidy with drink making facilities. Be sure to book separate parking!

The reception staff were great, so friendly and helpful. Booked the triple room and it was spacious and clean. No aircon, which was inconvenient during the summer heatwave.

I have not been Costa Coffee for a while. I have to say that I was quite disappointed. The staff does not seem to care much. They gave me a dirty glass. They do not seem to want to let me change to a clean one when I asked. The place was a bit dirty as tables not get clean often. The worst was the Wi-Fi. You have to give you date of birth, address, phone number and email to use the Wi-Fi. It is completely unnecessary.

Guys, if you "haven't had a delivery of the cream" the manager should go buy some in Tesco across the road. You forgot the marshmellows and you did not slice the panini into two. Final issue was there is no tissue on the sugar stand thingy. Simple errors.

This place is going downhill. Its more like a club sometimes, and its so cold.

I was here at 9:30am, and they were blasting cher "do you believe in love" SO loud that i couldnt even make a call, and had to ask the manager to put the volume down.

Gone are the days when coffee shops used to be relaxing, warm environments.

Now they just want to get customers out as quick as possible by making it cold and loud.

Well done Costa!!!

For some reason you have to go to the barista and ask him to unlock the bathroom door before you can use the toilet. I was a paying customer so using it legitimately, but seriously Starbucks...are you so stingy that you can't share your precious bathroom and need to inconvenience your paying customers?

It's fine, staff are better than in Costa next door and drinks more often match specific preferences. The inside is OK, usually a row of students on laptops. Seats on other side near the front are nicer.

Ordered a pizza yesterday (+sides and drink) It was horrible, the food took ages to arrive, even it was not busy hours. When it came it was cold and clearly had been warmed up after baked. The pizza was tinny (shrieked because it was obviously prepared either much earlier or the day before). On the top they didn't have the drink we ordered so instead of calling and asking, we received just a smaller bottle (no discount was applied - considering we paid for the big bottle). Horrible experience! My advice: DO NOT ORDER FROM WEST HAMPSTEAD branch

Great service, good pizza ( although it is the "American style" dough, if someone prefer "Italian style" it is a wrong address) the manager may sound sometimes a bit harsh- but is very efficient and precise!
People should remember that is "take away" service - not a "eat in"restaurant... therefore the service is deferent! The person answering the phone is an order taker - not a waiter!
Let's be reasonable!

They messed up the order twice in a row. The second time they offered me a free pizza for my next order which they then refused to fulfil on the phone. Very proud manager who apparently remembered the phone conversation exactly from 1 month ago (more likely he forgot to note this down on the account). Ridiculous, will not order from this branch again.
