We had an enjoyable stay in the Ferguson Apartment. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Pretty views from windows but still convenient for the city. Brian was very helpful and friendly.

The property seriously needs an upgrade.

It does the job. But the low reviews are accurate. Beds aren’t the best. Poor quality pillows. Thin mattresses with stains on them. Noisy beds. No privacy. No place to securely leave your belongings. Definitely take an eye mask and good ear plugs.

Couldn't stay because of reasons out of any range but unfortunately couldn't get any refund, re-booking, discount or anything useful. Didn't get any help at all.

The staff were nice, the bed and the toilet was clean. However, the bathroom was dirty. The sleeping experience depends on the people in the room.
Mine was bad because people in the room with me was loud even at 11PM. There was a bar on the ground floor. There was also a kitchen for people to use which was nice. Do I recommend this? If you're saving money, yes. But i recommend bringing slippers to be more comfortable and a lock for your bag for safety.
