You can experience the old English style stay. The rooms are neat, well ventilated and good kitchen. Few points to consider: 1) Elevator not available in Morrison Street apartments. 2)Their reception is 10 minutes walk from the Morrison Street apartments. 3) Suggest to avoid complementary breakfast, since they will be keeping the Continental breakfast items in refrigerator on the previous day.

Their are lot of breakfast options available in the nearby area.

The apartment had all the appliances which made it very convenient to prepare food and air out any laundry. The apartment was also very clean (the service team would clean the apartment every morning), had wifi access and a TV. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was for the apartment not being very sound proof. I could hear people laughing and talking outside on the street and also in the neighbouring apartment whilst trying to sleep. The floor of my apartment was also quite creaky.

Really nice apartment, would have been perfect if it wasn't for the noise of trains underneath, I was in the bottom flat though.

Very noisy due to the tram stations. Sounds like staying in the tunnel. Will used to it after two days. But not favourable.

Great service, good price, good location and good size space. Appliances are a bit outdated and the place isn't as looked after as a hotel room, but overall it offers great value.

I stayed in a single bedroom apartment, which is just big enough for 1 person, but not more. There is no lift in the 3 storey building and also there is no reception. Reception for these apartments are 5-7 mins walk from this place. So I wouldn't suggest it for someone who might have a lot of luggage. Apart from this, everything is fine about this place. It is situated nearby to the haymarket bus/tram stop and has quite a lot of eating places around. Everything that you could require on daily basis e.g. hair dryer, iron, microwave, washing machine etc is provided.

Well presented one bedroom apartment near the city centre. Well equipped kitchen with hot plates, microwave, mini refrigerator, oven, dish washer, washing machine cum dryer and cutlery. Room also has TV, iron, Sofa, table and free high speed wi fi. House keeping is responsive and keep room clean. Many good eating places in close proximity. All the city attractions are walkable. Good public transport connections. Only glitch is there is no elevator so if you happen to be on 3rd floor with heavy luggage it can be quite a task. Also Morrison street apartment does not have reception. You need to go to groove street for that.

Very spacious, luxurios apartments that are still affordable. Completely equipped, working wifi. Lack of breakfast is the only reason why one would prefer a standad hotel (not much a problem as there are plenty of coffee shops around).

Went here for a work Christmas dinner and the food was brilliant. Loads of different types of dumplings which were gorgeous!

A great place to visit for a real taste of Chinese dumplings. If you haven't been before don't be afraid to say so to the staff who will then ensure you get the best out of your visit.

I would never come again. The food arrived 1 hour and 10 mins later than the confirmed time. When I called the restaurant, they always said only 10 mins, it would arrive. But never arrived. They said if you order more than £30, you will get a small box of dumplings, but we didn’t get it. The food quality is not good either. Very expensive, service is extremely bad! Don’t recommend to anyone.

Nice food, particularly the dumplings and the aubergine dish but service was quite poor. Very slow service by waiting staff and seemingly no communication between them. We had the banquet which had a lot of tasty dishes but we did not receive one of everything, again I think related to poor communication between staff.

Really good quality food at reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and attentive. The dumplings are amazing!!! Don't expect anything fancy when you walk in, it's basic and all about the food!

Good food. Pleasant staff. They have a menu in Chinese which has items on it which are not on the English menu. It usually has a regular stream of Chinese customers which is the best recommendation.

We ordered food from this restaurant through hungry house...Food arrived quickly, it seemed like it's reasonably priced, and I managed to eat the spring rolls...this is as good as it gets I'm afraid!
The rest of the food was terrible! Chicken was dry, old and the sauce with it was way too sweet but like loads of sugar was added! The hot and sour soup smelt like vinegar, tasted like metal and all the ingredients were over cooked! Maybe we are used to good food but this, I wouldn't even give it to my dog! Ah and the beef curry... the beef was chewy and fatty! The beef had a consistency of old,dry meat! The curry sauce with rice... I had to spit it out it was so bad! Sorry for the long winded review but unless you want to waste your money go somewhere else! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Ordered food via hungryhouse. Food arrived on time - that was the only good thing - on time!. The food was horrific - worst Chinese food we have ever tasted. Curry sauce far too salty. Crispy shredded chicken with chili sauce was disgustingly sweet/as if tablespoons of sugar were added! The food looked old/ dry/ reheated and inconsistent. Hot and sour soup - tasted shockingly bad and the smell alone was indication enough not to taste it. Food went straight in the bin and I contacted hungry house who then contacted restaurant who told them it was of their normal standard. I cannot advise enough that ordering here is a complete waste of money and that the food is inedible. I never leave reviews but felt if restaurant won't take feedback via hungry house then google review is the only way to get the message across. Restaurant refused to refund the bill and again stated that the food was of their normal standard. Had to add one star so I could post review - no option to just give review with 0 stars.

Food was good but to many waiters and we felt like they were pushing us out!! They started clearing the table before we even left and only gave us approx 20 seconds before asking if the bill was ready!!! Wouldn't recommend if you want to cherish your food!! If you go here chew quickly or they will take your plate away!!
