Everything was beyond my expectations but there were some construction noises.

I booked a triple room. The hotel's location was great, the facilities were a bit old, but the space was very large. They even gave us a small duplex. I think it was quite worth it for 3000 yuan a night.

We had a wonderful experience. The room was very large and spacious. It's very easy to get to anywhere from the airport by bus. We paid 20 pounds for a round-trip ticket for two adults and one child with the bus company 100 Airlink. We got off at the stop within walking distance of the hotel. All the restaurants and tourist attractions are within walking distance.

The location was great, the room itself was excellent, but only one of the four windows could be opened, and the air quality was accordingly poor. There are certainly ways to modify the windows so that all of them could be opened without creating a risk of falling.

It's not bad. The room is in a formal English style. The facilities are very good and the towels are new. The triple bed is the last bed which is narrow, only 80 cm, and it is easy to roll down when sleeping at night.

The Edinburgh International Festival was held during the peak season, and the hotel prices were not cheap.
The hotel is located near the main road, Prince Street. I arrived at night, checked in at the front desk, and entered the room.
The room is not small, with a double bed and a single bed, and the space is suitable.
The bath water is large and it is very comfortable to wash.
I am very satisfied with the hygiene of the room.

The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by many restaurants and very quiet. The facilities are a bit old, but it does not hinder the use

An Edinburgh institution. I went for a late lunch from the self service counter and there was a great choice of mains and salads. Delicious desserts including gluten free and vegan options.

Absolutely delicious vegan and veggie food. The vegetarian haggis was to die for .... not the cheapest veggie place I've been, but obviously a long standing Edinburgh thing. The service was good and the atmosphere was lovely, with live music as well

Whenever I am in Edinburgh I head to Henderson's for lunch be that on my own or with my husband or friends. Utterly delicious non pretentious great quality food in a lovely relaxed environment. The staff are always delightful and it has such a great family business feel.

If you are a tourist craving fresh vegetables (or anything that isn't pub food), this will fit the bill. I was so happy to get a salad I almost cried. Very tasty and healthy. Two scoops filled me up, but limited my options; I'll definitely go back if I have the opportunity to try some of the other salads.

Really lovely homemade food, well presented and varied. Staff were helpful. Very quaint place - though can be a tad small for space! Came to £19 for two meals (hot main and one side) and a coffee. Perhaps a tad expensive for £2.50 per scoop of salad! Lots of customers testament to good food.

Grumpy waiter, of course messed orders up! Took cutlery from table (used?) and put this back in for distribution to next customers! All in all, a better more attentive service with a smile would have been better. Think it is only time we have had soup and not been offered bread. Felt for the poor couple at the table outside the toilets. I won't be back for sure.

Even though we ordered separate to the Christmas menu our service and meals were excellent generous in portion. Staff as always friendly and helpful. Quite a favourite restaurant for Italian food

Generous serving sizes and prices! Friendly, speedy and attentive staff. The kitchen is so tiny, we were lucky to be seated next to it and watch them prepare meal after meal! They worked with such grace.

Great food but very poor customer service. We changed tables as we were seated in a poor place with people walking back and fourth past us. We moved tables after sitting there for 5 seconds and a staff member was extremely rude to us, all because we didn’t ask permission to move tables. Ruined our evening but food was lovely.

Really disappointing. Been to multiple Italian restaurants, been to Italy and this pizza lacks it all. Lacking in flavour, over cooked to the point of being burnt. Garlic Pizza that has not even a hint of garlic on it despite being advertised as "with lots and lots of Garlic" Want good Italian food go elsewhere.

Ordered a "Bye Felicia" and got it for half price during their promotion offers

The drinks were fine, but lacked of taste as the ice cubes took up half of the drinks...

The staff was on the other hand seriously poor, as we spend 20 minutes paying the bill...

The only positive thing to mention was that they didn't check our age:-)

Prices are far too high. Two double vodkas cost £20.40! There also weren't any seats for the two of us or space to stand inside so we decided to sit outside. Other than that, good atmosphere and music.

Came here for my 20th birthday and can honestly say I have never been more humiliated or embarrassed in my whole life. This was the first place that myself and my friends went too and the bartender refused to serve us because my friend didn't look like her ID. Now I could understand that, being a bartender myself I know the risk serving someone potentially underage. However, what ruined the night was the scene he was making and being incredibly rude. We had done nothing wrong to deserve that kind of disrespect which made us walk out with our faces bright red, scratching our heads questioning what it was that we had done to deserve that kind of treatment. It's safe to say that we will not be returning.
