The staff at the hotel are absolutely lovely and really helpful ..I felt really welcomed and especially Fraser, Louise and David always acknowledged me and we're very personable, asking how my stay was. They made my stay comfortable and I appreciated their care.

However, I didn't have breakfast at the hotel and I found it so disappointing that there was no kettle, tea or coffee making facilities in the room. For me, this is a minimum comfort requirement if staying in a hotel along with towels, etc. I also found my room slightly clinical with no carpet and no chair, apart from a fold up stool. It felt very basic and the heater was loud and didn't always come on.

I think if a kettle was available, with tea and coffee making and at least a rug on the floor, I would have given a better review.

Very welcoming staff from the second I walked in, friendly and cheerful. The room was very clean along with the bedding, towels and bathroom.

Very useful for business - good Wi-Fi and set up facilities, with plenty of space eother in the room or the lounge area.

Great connections with local restaurants too and provided great recommendations!

After this visit I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else 😁

This hotel's location was one of its strongest points. It's acceptably central and well-positioned for accessing all the key attractions, restaurants, and transport options without needing long trips or taxis everywhere. For a short stay, it was exactly what I needed—convenient, practical, and saved a lot of time wandering around. No major complaints; it made the visit smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone on a quick getaway!

The air conditioning was a bit tricky; it kept blowing cold air at first. It took a while following the instructions to finally get it to blow hot air. I guess most three-star hotels are similar. There were hairs on the sheets, and the room was small because it had no window. However, the location is excellent, very close to the train station, bus stop, and city center. It's fine for a night or two.

Good customer care but lacks number of workers cuz i have seen few tables had leftover but nobody was there to clean the mess and staff was very busy to serve the new customers

Ordered tea and an almond croissant, teabag burst in the teapot and almond croissant was stale. Cafe area cold, not very clean and definitely needed a refurb. Toilets clean, flush plate broken and soap despensor fell off when I pushed it! All together very disappointed.

The food and drink where great the service was fast and the baristas where very pilot and they are clean and very organised. I was very pleased with my busy and I am very satisfied

This store is always quite busy but the staff are well trained and always manage to keep it moving. The food is lovely hands down.
What I have noticed is that when the staff are moving quickly to get all the customers in time they do tend to drop alot more stuff (which you can hear ever do often)
I will definitely be coming back as it's a useral place for me.

Had afternoon tea with my mum. Were seated straight away. . Great window seat. Staff were pleasant and food great. Lovely afternoon

A lovely restaurant with good old fashioned standards, manners and service. Genuinely friendly, no gimmicks or pretentious foodie nonsense. Great food and a well-considered menu. Overall, a great oasis of calm atop the hustle and bustle of the city. We were looked after by Carol throughout who was just fab. We'll be back again next time we're in Glasgow.
