Brilliant check in.
Staff were excellent, friendly and wanting the best for us all. Joy was exemplary at check in.
Rooms are a little dated but perfectly functional and do the job.
Good value.

Good location; in the Merchant Quarter with a handy car park round the back in Virginia Lane (£15 for 24hrs).
Reception staff were excellent. Room was small and pretty tired looking, and also a bit too warm. On the plus side, our room had tea/coffee making facilities and nice fluffy towels.
Breakfast was decent. Overall, it was good value for money for what we paid.

Location was good as was very close to Queen Street Station. Breakfast was good and service was great.

The bedroom needs updating and there is no fridge either.

Overall the hotel is ok and the breakfast was the highlight for my stay.

The room didn’t even look like it had been cleaned in months unbelievable amount of dust and broken furniture also only like 2 Chanel’s work on the massively outdated tellys

Friendly staff, moved us to a disabled room when I advised that my husband would not be able to use the over bath shower. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good, and everything was prepared fresh.

Could be better..we wish that the receiptionist have more knowledge on assisting customer regarding Glasgow activities and transport. Other than that everything better than our London stay..affordable stay but complete..just amenities we need to request

Easy access to shops and train station. Car park available, staff were prompt in emailing to let me know how to enter it before arrival. Nice breakfast, helpful staff.

Staffs very friendly and accomodating. They were also smiling and had made sure we got everything we need during stay. Location is very convenient and safe.

Went along, service was excellent, pasta a tad dry. Difficult thing to serve to high quality precooked pasta. Observations noted. Will try something different next time.

If you are a meat Eater order the steak. Amazing! Staff very friendly and even though they was packed i was served in a timely fashion!

Food is okay. It was a lot better a few years ago. Seems like the standards have dropped. Menu used to be more interesting ang varied.

On our first visit to Jamie's Italian although the meal in general was good, I was disappointed with my pasta dish of the day, I found it to be too dry, however I was contacted by one of the managers via TripAdvisor asking me to contact him. We were invited to visit the restaurant again as he was sorry the pasta wasn't up to scratch, we duly revisited Jamie's Italian and were not disappointed at all 2nd time round everything was perfect especially the pasta dish of the day, the staff were amazing as was the antipasti and main meals, well done for great customer service and after care, we will return.

I had a fantiastic time at Jamie's Italian. I took my two best friend's for lunch and the food was incredible. One of my friends who is vegetarian was pleased that there were so many dishes he could have. The food, the atmosphere and the service were all amazing, I highly recommend it.

Great restaurant with views of the city, and you don't need to stay at the hotel to eat here. I liked the food very much. And you can relax as nobody will rush you.

Had afternoon tea with my mum. Were seated straight away. . Great window seat. Staff were pleasant and food great. Lovely afternoon

A lovely restaurant with good old fashioned standards, manners and service. Genuinely friendly, no gimmicks or pretentious foodie nonsense. Great food and a well-considered menu. Overall, a great oasis of calm atop the hustle and bustle of the city. We were looked after by Carol throughout who was just fab. We'll be back again next time we're in Glasgow.
