The next door is so noisy. And the room is pretty small.

Great location and very helpful staff! They offered free wine and cheese in the evening the night we arrived, which was a lovely and welcome surprise after a long journey. The room is small and the bathroom has glass walls. It was a tight stay with a friend. Provide tea, coffee, an hot chocolate in the room with kettle.

Clean and tidy. Location is very good, very close to train station and bus station. Have some tea bags free to use.

Fantastic place in the centre of Glasgow . Staff were very friendly and helpful . They let me have a late check out and also upgraded my room on arrival . It was so reasonably priced too !
Loved the downstairs cafe it was always busy and had a great atmosphere .
I’d recommend it for couples or single travelers.

Went along, service was excellent, pasta a tad dry. Difficult thing to serve to high quality precooked pasta. Observations noted. Will try something different next time.

If you are a meat Eater order the steak. Amazing! Staff very friendly and even though they was packed i was served in a timely fashion!

Food is okay. It was a lot better a few years ago. Seems like the standards have dropped. Menu used to be more interesting ang varied.

On our first visit to Jamie's Italian although the meal in general was good, I was disappointed with my pasta dish of the day, I found it to be too dry, however I was contacted by one of the managers via TripAdvisor asking me to contact him. We were invited to visit the restaurant again as he was sorry the pasta wasn't up to scratch, we duly revisited Jamie's Italian and were not disappointed at all 2nd time round everything was perfect especially the pasta dish of the day, the staff were amazing as was the antipasti and main meals, well done for great customer service and after care, we will return.

I had a fantiastic time at Jamie's Italian. I took my two best friend's for lunch and the food was incredible. One of my friends who is vegetarian was pleased that there were so many dishes he could have. The food, the atmosphere and the service were all amazing, I highly recommend it.

Yuppie place with all the period features removed. Okay atmosphere but the food was meh. Veggie options suck. Better places in Glasgow unless you want a glass of white after work then move somewhere else for food

Great place to eat and drink. Interior design is lovely. Service is really good, staff very friendly and helpful. Food is good, "Market Menu is really good value. Price of drinks can be a little expensive. Recommend booking a table, can get quite busy.

Great restaurant with views of the city, and you don't need to stay at the hotel to eat here. I liked the food very much. And you can relax as nobody will rush you.

A lovely restaurant with good old fashioned standards, manners and service. Genuinely friendly, no gimmicks or pretentious foodie nonsense. Great food and a well-considered menu. Overall, a great oasis of calm atop the hustle and bustle of the city. We were looked after by Carol throughout who was just fab. We'll be back again next time we're in Glasgow.
