The hotel is amazing. The team is incredibly welcoming and professional, and they truly made my stay enjoyable. The most impressive part was the breakfast — it was absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent helpful staff lovely people help with anything on request very good nights sleep breakfast is great also I would recommend staying at this hotel as the prices are well worth paying for. Also free wi-fi plenty of flier’s if looking for things to full your day up

Arrived at this hotel and was inside for about 15 minutes and could not stay. Whatever they used for cleaning was causing my eyes to water and sneezing. I could feel it in my throat. I explained this to the front desk, and said I'd have to find somewhere else to stay. They didn't seem to care at all. They still charged me for the 3 nights, refusing to refund any of it. When the taxi picked me up, the driver said it used to be a homeless shelter. Not surprising. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Booked for friends for a weekend, the place was spotlessly clean, and comfy beds, what more do you want? Only down side, en suite was rather small but did not spoil their visit, very central and close to plenty of amenities Will use again!

Not a place you want to stay. Small rooms, not secure, tiny shower room with rusted fittings. Noisy area and not the best part of town. Dirty walls, curtains that didn’t meet. More like an old style bed and breakfast, unpleasant to say the least.

Noise of mw just below. No reading light or switch near bed. Poor evacuation of water in sink. Pictures deceitful

Very comforting experience. Felt like home.I am an introvert person so settling in new place is kind of hard for me but I settled in pretty well. The thing I liked the most was hygiene and cleanliness. Also very quick service.

Excellent service and staff was amazing. Good value for money although the breakfast was good and had alots of variety. The cleanliness was really good, beds were comfortable and totally hygienic all over the hotel environment.

In a great location which is very close to the main shopping and socializing area of Glasgow, the room I stayed in was very spacious and included a large tv which would be useful for people staying , the staff were very helpful and polite and the check-in and check-out system was very easy.

Very basic, but exceptionally clean, helpful and friendly staff, amazingly comfy bed, fantastic breakfast selection, near the city centre and all the amenities, restaurants and bars. Probably the best value hotel I've enjoyed. Highly recommend on its price.

Not sure if it`s because I look like a clueless tourist but I`ve been short changed here a couple of times...

I am often gravely disappointed with the service in this branch; however, as it is close to my work I continue to go for convenience. The staff are severely lacking training, manners and personal hygiene. Not once have I given an order and received it correctly.

I would like to stress though that one member of staff who is there all the time, Irene, could not be more attentive or helpful. I believe she may be the only person trusted to operate the til as sadly she does not carry out my order (I believe she would get it right every time).

Disappointing
