Room was alright, but you could hear the traffic noise from the window if you faced the C Street area. Basic cable channels, no movie channels like HBO in other hotels. Breakfast area was a little small so it was crowded and food could've been a little warmer in the holder. Not fun to eat semi-cold eggs. Other than that, night staff was great and morning staff was okay.

Few healthy choices. Cereal, yogurt and jam had corn syrup and/or preservatives. It was impossible to heat the croissants (which were cold and seemed old). A toaster would be nice. The hotel staff at the front desk let children put their boots on the breakfast table, didn't say anything. Putting street shoes on the table should not be allowed, this is unsanitary. The breakfast area is near the front entrance with cold air coming in all the time, not a nice location.

Room was very clean, bed was a bit soft. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was not like European, but typical US. Pool was good (saltwater) and price was reasonable for area\timing.

My car was broken into on their property about 30 feet away from the door . Area is not safe. When I reported it to the staff, the staff said the break-in’s happen. Which leads me to believe that this is an occurrence that happens quite frequently at this location. If the property is unsafe , they should have on site security or at least at best security cameras. They don’t make any effort to protect guest personal property like vehicles. Also, there walls are very paper thin. I could hear the guest above me walking and stopping at all hours of the night. Unattended children running up and down the hallways.

The pool room had needed to be
swept and there was grime on the top of the pool that needed cleaned up. I let the front desk know that let maintenance know and got right on it.

The room was clean and comfortable. Did not try the breakfast. The hotel had an overall air of cleanliness.

Our stay at Embassy Suites was short but wonderful. The rooms were perfect. Spacious and comfy. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. My favorite part was the continental breakfast. The food was wonderful. I would stay here again and again.

I needed a comfortable, clean space to spend a day in Anchorage while traveling tbrough to Bethel. Found food nearby, the room was spotless, I used the gym and saw others in the pool. Most satisfied with the room condition and will definitely return.

The room felt dirty and the carpet felt dirty as well. Cleaning staff were friendly and nice. The last night we were there we tried using the pool and hot tub, but it looked like a huge group of 20 or more military people took over the whole pool and hot tub and made it nasty. We tried returning to the pool the next morning and the pool looked so disgusting and dirty same with the hot tub, it was filled with dirty nasty looking bubbles and the water was not even clear, it was white, like you couldn't even see through it. Gross!

The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities that one might expect in a suite. The staff was wonderful & helpful - going out of their way both at checkin as well as during the stay. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to major roads and attractions. I would strongly recommend. And will stay again when next in Anchorage.

The only place that was open on christmas. Happy hour between 4-7pm gives you appetizers for half price, which is an awesome deal

Dinner was fantastic! Despite coming in close to closing for dinner food options, we were served with happy faces, and speed. Only downside to the meal was the portion size of the Bourbon Barrel Chicken, because a $13 meal should fill you to the brim. Cute waitress Briana 10/10 would eat there again if she served me!

Typical chain bar and restaurant. Food is okay, limited selection of beers on tap. Prices are above average except for happy hour appetizers. Service is average.

Heard about Jack Daniels Rib special on Thursdays for $15. Large delicious very tender fall off the bone meat without being buried in sauce. Fries and coleslaw also good with ribs. Went back with friends who also enjoyed ribs and beers on tap. Highly recommend for now to check it out.
