The staff are very friendly, we've checked in easily. As well as the room is nice and clean. I think the only bad thing about the room is that the hot water in my bathroom is very low, a bit cold for me. In addition, the hotel does not provide slippers and toothbrushes, but provides shower gel and hand soap. Breakfast is available and free for everyone, but there are few varieties and styles, only sausages, eggs and fruits, pancakes and coffee milk every day. The room has air conditioning, which can be hot or cold, which is a good thing. Overall, it is still very good and very convenient to the Grand Canyon.

The receptionist is very warm and polite. The hotel is new and clean. There are many restaurants just outside the hotel, which is convenient and fast!

The service is warm, we booked two rooms, she gave a suite, the room is clean, there is a refrigerator, a microwave. Very suitable for Chinese needs.

Menu items were cold I think because the room was cold. Staff could have used some support in getting the food items out when food was empty.
More whole grain options please.

Good, but not great. The rooms were very clean and recently renovated - the ground floor rooms all have vinyl wood floors which makes it great when traveling with a dog.
Unfortunately, we left after our first night due to the heater being extremely loud. Every time it kicked on it would wake us up and we got very little sleep because of it.
Their dog fee was small (I think like $10) and all the staff were super welcoming. Plenty of dog poop stations right outside the room.
We would come back during the summer when the heater isn't needed.

Check in was fine, checked in early with A 20early fee. Our room was clean for the most part, our bathroom shower wasn’t sparking and there was still mud on the floor in the bathroom. Our hallway to the room smelt like dog pee. The pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows I’ve ever had to use. We stayed multiple nights, definitely not again more than one night.

Overall, the hotel was great and worked well for our family of 7. Check-in was efficient and the woman at the front desk brought us a cot at our request within minutes. Our biggest issue was the woman in charge of the breakfast- we eat kosher and I asked to see the packaging of the various products so I could check for kosher certification. All other hotels we have stayed at have always allowed us to check the boxes and packaging. This one was very unkind and impatient- she would not allow me into the room where the boxes were kept and would not bring me a box to check. While I was with my 9 year old son, she basically slammed the door in our faces. When I asked to see the box for the bread she said "it's just bread". While that's true, we can only eat things with kosher certification. We were there 2 nights- I didn't bother asking the second morning. Otherwise, the rooms were great and we enjoyed our stay. Not sure I would stay there again but as long as your family has no dietary restrictions, it is a great hotel.

Great salad and food bar but don't order the ribeye steak. A beautiful steak anywhere else but there. They took a great piece of meat and turned it into a rawhide that even a dog wouldn't want.

We live in Prescott Valley & drove almost an 1 1/2 hour to get here to meet family from out of state. We arrived at 8:05 pm. Almost 1 hour before closing. I was very displeased with our food! I got the unlimited salad bar & my husband got the classic burger. I expected way better food especially paying $45.00 for crappy food! That hamburger was the grossest looking grey thing & he said tasted bad too! The salad bar food was old & cold (supposed to be hot)! So embarrassing cuz I chose this place. Sizzler used to be pretty good food years ago This was the 1st visit to this restaurant & the last!

This was our third visit. We like to stop here on our trips from California to GA, NC and TN. The service has always been friendly and fast. I have ordered the same meal each time.. Rib eye steak and sauteed spinach. It has been consistently good and cooked to perfection. I recommend Sizzler.
The restrooms have always been clean. The salad bar always looks fresh with plenty of options. The overall appearance, inside and out, is well cared for and clean.

Was in Flag for business stopped in for dinner. Had steak and lobster.
Food was hot, fresh, delicious! Lobster good size for price, steak grilled perfectly. Although for a Wednesday very busy, got my meal quickly.

Manager on duty brought her kids with her to work and is allowing them to run barefoot through the kitchen and the restaurant while she sits in the dining room hanging out with her friends. Terrible service, ordered the buffalo chicken pizza to have it served with no buffalo sauce! At one point all kitchen staff walked from behind the counter to get the managers attention, each with a kid in their arms. Come to find out the kitchen staff was hosting a family reunion in the kitchen during business hours. Very poor service and extremely unprofessional.

I showed to pick up my pizza through their drive thru, they drop it on the floor ask me to come back in 10-15 minutes which I do no complaint. Show back up in 15 minutes then they tell me they made the wrong thing at this point I am really irriated , ask if I would like to wait again. I ask for a refund and the poor little helping they drive through has no idea how to do it and the so called manager it just giving orders how to do it instead of helping also the same that dropped the pizza in the first place..customer service poor

AWESOME FOOD! AWESOME STAFF! Thank You for your wonderful food! The workers there were so friendly! My server was cute, happy, friendly & had a beautiful smile. I got my fill. I will most certainly come back again with a huge appetite! Keep Rockin' It Pizza Hut! ???

Super friendly, helpful, and patient. We're from out of town and don't eat here often so we were a little slow figuring out the pricing and menu. Great service!

The guy in drive thru around 9pm taking orders was completely rude. Acted like we put him out. Very impatient. We ended up leaving and going another restaurant. Steer clear!
