Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort in Flagstaff

The hotel room and bathroom were extremely clean. The room was spacious. I loved that they have a robot that roams around the casino with water bottles to grab. The only negative thing I would say it when we ate at the Steakhouse for dinner, the service was lacking. It was not crowded at all and our waitress took 1 hour just to bring us a cup of soup. We had to ask about our meal a good while after we ate the soup. I wish I would have saved the money on the steak and just gone to the pub for food. But the hotel was an excellent stay in my opinion.

All was perfect except I booked it for the casino which was closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Amazing Staff

The room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the casino suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.

This has to be one of the nicest casinos in all or Arizona. Rooms were luxury style and very comfortable. The drinks were reasonably priced and well made. Casino floor was very clean and so were all the machines and tables. One of my best casino stays ever!

We LOVE this resort. We got in early, and called them and let them know and they allowed us to check in early, (No fee charged) The resort is very lovely. Check in was easy and informative. The rooms are clean, spacious and have a wonderful view. The pool area is clean with plenty of space and towels. The water could have been just a tad bit warmer though. We ate at the buffet that is inside the casino, and the food was delicious! They have so many options to choose from, and the head chef was so helpful. He is very attentive. There were times I was looking for something, and didn't really speak loudly about what I wanted and he told me where to find it EVERY time. I HIGHLY recommend the Bingo. For less than $40 you play lots of games and the ladies in the room will explain everything in great detail and the prizes are amazing. We had such a great time here and will come back every year since it is the stop before the Grand Canyon. Check out was simple.

I love this place. I haven't visited very often. When I have I am very happy with the service. The rooms are beautiful. The pool is huge and always clean. The staff is crazy friendly. Not to mention the bars, restaurants, and casino area all 5 starts from me. Oh, I can't forget to mention the kids gaming room. Thank you twin arrows for making your place a family place.

This casino resort is the the best one we have visited! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The casino is also very clean, spacious, and well lit. My biggest compliments are to the staff! We had excellent service from everyone we spoke to; front desk personnel, restaurant staff, casino attendants, housekeeping services we all friendly and ready to help. We will definitely stay here again!

This casino in the middle of nowhere has an amazing cafe with the BEST chicken fried steak that I've ever eaten. The casino itself is well designed and the player club sign up is quick and easy. Great return on the slots as well! I definitely can't wait to return here!
