Heater kept room comfortable. Room was clean, bedding smelled clean and fresh. Breakfast bar was running low by 9am, get an early start cause they weren’t restocking. Staff friendly.

Room was small and outdated. First appearance it looks updated but up close they slapped on some paint and updated the decor.

Staff was great and overall stay was good except the property is not well kept. The bathroom (toilet seat) was broken and the shower did not work properly. The coffee maker in room did not work, however, there was coffee available downstairs along with continental breakfast.

I would give this place 5 stars for the entertainment alone. The performers are from the college, and also the wait staff! I love that!!! Way to support our young talent. The added bonus, the food was wonderful. I want to also give a shout out to the staff, they were perfection.. I was very impressed with this restaurant. I enjoyed the entire experience, from begining to end.

This restaurant is a great date night or family fun destination. If you spend a night at Black Barts RV Park, then you absolutely should include enjoying a good dinner at this sweet little steakhouse. The lively venue includes the perfect blend of comfort food (fluffy, fresh baked biscuits w honey butter; succulent baby back ribs and steaks; and so much more) with SINGING WAIT STAFF! My husband and I were so entertained and left feeling full and happy. Plan on spending $25-plus for a full dinner but worth every penny!

Don't miss this place. It is a must do. The food was wonderful and the entertainment was even better. The entire wait staff consists of talented engaging performers. True professionals. They are amazing. I had a top notch experience. Will definitely come again if I am ever in the area.

This place is a kick. Great service, great food, and while you eat, the waiters sing around you and from the stage, and I mean sing good! We will be back! I did see some responses by people saying that they weren't sure how people could give a four and five star rating to this place. For those people who just have a little bit of a problem I would remind you that you're camping, you're just looking for a great meal and if you happen to be there one night where your food wasn't cooked it to your specification then just write it up to people do make mistakes as far as service I experienced good service

The food is okay. The chicken, lamb and steaks have good favor and were cooked done and to order. However, nothing was hot except the baked potato. Butter wouldn't melt on the broccoli or the biscuits. The fries were barely warm, but only the first couple eaten. The sourdough biscuits are hard and dry. The wait staff is extremely slow. If you only have an hour and a half then only get the main course and start asking for the check before you are done eating. The bus staff were also slow to clear plates and would touch items before asking if we were through. They picked up salad items and then asked if we were done. We were not finished, but did not want to eat from the things they touched since there was obviously no hand washing happening. The staff are college age and are also the entertainment...they sing songs. Many songs were from animated movies and they were fun to sing along with. There were 3 of us dining. We drank water, skipped the appetizer and dessert. Our bill was $120.

When we went (Around Thanksgiving), there were only three employees working and a packed resturant. Our waiter told us that a lot of people called off that week to go travel home (It's near a college, so a lot of college workers). Food was fine, service was just sooooo slow. We weren't in a hurry, so I really didn't mind. I just go annoyed because I drinking tons of water, and I had to wait 30 minutes for a refill.

Ugh. Where to start? I've been here twice. The first time, service was lackluster at best. This last time was especially unfortunate. The place was almost completely empty but we were told we had to wait 10 min for them to get a table ready. Not a big deal, except they never returned to seat is our even tell us where we were sitting. We finally pinned down another employee who begrudgingly seated us. We ordered. Took quite a while considering we were the only ones theywere cooking for. When the food arrived, two of the dishes (which were supposed to be two of the same order) were completely different menu items when they arrived. We pointed it out immediately and waited again. This time the correct meals arrived but what was supposed to be warm or roast was still cold - not icy and not lukewarm but definitely cold. At thatpoint we have up and waited for everyone to finish their meals.

We have been visited several Denny's restaurants in California, however this is the first time that we received an exceptional customer service, we are very pleased and we fully reccomend it.

Food was decent enough - about what you'd expect for a restaurant like this. Flavors were good, presentation was good enough, just everything wasn't quite hot. Staff was friendly and helpful, took care of an issue in ordering caused by someone in my party without hassle. Was seated with a view straight through the kitchen, and things seemed a little messy, but that's just appearances. Didn't have to wait to be seated, didn't have to wait too long for food. Overall, not bad.

Delicious Steak - 6 Oz was just the right size for me. Everything was perfect. The bread they brought out at the beginning and kept bringing out was the best I ever had, a dark brown wheat bread - so delicious!

This is a great Outback location! The staff is very professional and friendly, and the bartenders know their drinks. The food itself was also great, and they have surprisingly good prime rib, which was very unexpected. I will be returning to this Outback location in the future.

I can't leave a review about the food, because we never got seated. We arrived at 5:45, were told it would be a 20-25 minute wait. We were fine with that, but the 20-25 minutes stretched out further and further with group after group being seated ahead of us (some walking in the door much later than we did.) The poor hostess was doing her best, and when I inquired how much longer it would be, she said there was one group ahead of us. Then she proceeded to seat 3 more groups ahead of us. Some kind of weird reservation thing, I gather? We finally left at 7 without being seated. If we'd been told it was going to be so long we wouldn't have bothered waiting in the first place.

Great server Hannah helped us in wonderful spirits. I am a vegetarian and we had a gift card. So in lieu of that service was exceptionally a wonderful experience in a steak house as a vegetarian and also good food options?? They are doing something right that's for sure! Hiring friendly helpful staff!

My wife and I stopped by for lunch recently and had a really good meal. The service was excellent. I know, it's a chain. But for a chain the food was really good, better than I remember Outback Steakhouse as being though I hadn't been to one in a few years. I would eat there again. Note my five star review is based on what Outback Steakhouse is...a medium priced restaurant chain. In that vein the Flagstaff location is five stars.
