One of the worst experience i have ever had. Hotel system was down and they didnt see our reservation and waited for almost 3 hours. After that they said they have no rooms available. After trip.com assistance we have got the room.

I was shocked after i entered to the room. This can not be Double Tree hilton hotel it seemed 3 star hotel. Air condition works like old machines too noisy and couldnt sleep

The front desk staff was very patient, but the hotel facilities were a bit old, the room had a peculiar smell, and the elevator often malfunctioned during our stay.

The hotel is not up to the four-star standard at all. The facilities are simple and the carpet is dirty. I strongly do not recommend staying here again.

The room was nice. I arrived at night. I saw some homeless people around. You must have a car if you need to go out.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is old and run down but still charging over $200 /night. Without breakfast! Hole in curtain, stained dirty rug, chipped furniture, broken refrigerator, needed to ask for towels & coffee in room since there was not daily service. Will not return.

A very old hotel with very low floors. Except for the clean bed and quilt cover, everything else is not good. I made a reservation very early and said in advance that I would be traveling as a family. Two rooms were arranged together. However, they were arranged in different floors. We were far away from each other. Would stay again.
