Super 8 Phoenix Metro North in Phoenix

Hotel was clean enough and had a laundry, ice etc. No water provided in rooms but coffee and water in reception. Our room was in a separate.block. The biggest nuisance was nonleft luggage facility. We were keen to enjoy our last morning before heading to the airport. Our departure time was 11.45 but the hotel would.jot allow a 45 minute extension for one of our rooms for an improvised bag store. Consequently my last morning was spent watching a pile of luggage in reception whilst the rest of the team did Bearzona and downtown. Absolutely shocking intransigence. Plenty of hotels in Flagstaff, will pick another next time.

If you like smelling like a dirty ashtray and you like *********** then this is the place for you! Even the "non smoking " room smelled like a dirty ashtray. Also keep an eye on your car because it may be used for a romantic interlude between your local drug dealer and "Toots" the **********

Whoever owns this hotel has to know the maintenance problems- roaches, plaster falling of the walls. The owner can do alit to improve the experience of a guest by doing things that cost nothing. Like hire front desk clerks that smile when you walk in the lobby, and want the guest to have a great stay. Checking in to this hotel was horrible and unfriendly. I imagine the desk clerk is dealing with so many complaints they don't have the ability to smile and be friendly. If the front desk is encased in protective glass, that says the employees are not safe, so how does that make a guest feel safe staying here. I appreciate the gate to park if my car and belongings are in jeopardy by staying here, but it also made me feel unsafe. An exterminator is definitely needed at this property because the roaches kept coming . I do applaud whoever cleaned my room 242 12/6/2023. The room was immaculate, and the owner better give the room attendant the praise they deserve. Thus neighborhood feels unsafe and the police department should step up because businesses like this can't survive in an unsafe neighborhood.

This hotel was a nightmare. Filthy. Cockroaches in bed. Locks busted, TV ripped out of the wall. The most disgusted place I ever saw! Area was infested with homeless people, yhey looked like junkies.

I would give it a negative 10 stars. The worst place I have ever stayed at. The first room I was put in the TV was missing so I asked to be put in another room. They gave me a different room and that one had somebody else is cloth on the bed. They gave me another room and the TV was smashed and window was cracked. There were homeless people everywhere and sleeping under the stairwell doing *****. My door was kicked in and did not close right. The sprinkler head was taped over and the light in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. I found cockroaches and said something to the office and the response I got was “ this is Phoenix”. I had people knocking on my door at different times of day. Stay strapped to protect yourself. They would not cancel or give me a refund. So I spent good money to stay in a CRAP hole.

Roaches in the bathroom. Smell of cigarettes and mold from the AC, Non guests roaming the parking lot and walking by your car, bedroom doors. The bedroom door not locking unless the latch from inside was placed. Cigarette burns and stains on the comforter. The TV and WIfi not working. I havent stayed in a worse room ever.

The room was full of roaches the tub and walls were very dirty. The microwave had buttons missing and the timer didn't work. The bathroom cold water faucet looks like it had been melted. There was no fridge. The ac was taped together. The door required a large amount of force to open and close.

TRAVELERS SHOULD NOT PATRONIZE THIS PROPERTY!! The rooms are all infested with roaches, and after I had already checked in the desk clerk voluntarily told me there was a roach problem. One (that I know of) crawled over me as I was sitting on the disgusting cigarette burned bed spread (in the non-smoking room). The rooms smelled, but that wasn’t the worst! There were holes in the wall, the molding around the door was ripped off, the safety latch was gone. There was rotting dry wall in the bathroom with mold. The majority of people who I saw appeared to be transients. There were homeless people congregating behind the building next door. People were yelling and screaming all night. A helicopter circled the building with a spotlight for about 20 minutes around midnight. I have never felt so unsafe before. I booked and prepaid on the road and I believed because “Wyndham” had their name attached to it, that it would fit the minimum Wyndham standards. I was not in a position to book another place for that night, but I honestly could express how much I would encourage anyone to stay away!!

The facility is in deplorable condition. Door latch, broken, bathroom, light fixture falling out of the ceiling, floor was very dirty, smoke detector taken down. No ice bucket. No microwave in the room. I stayed there for years ago and it was in very good condition. Also, the neighborhood has gotten much worse.

It was the dirtiest place I ever seen broken glass no TV it was terrible
