We didn’t revive a service we are looking for check in guy was nice but when we go and ask for water bottle lady gave us attitudes

This was the best stay for two adults and three kids under age 8. The staff was great the room was very comfortable and clean, there was enough space for all of us to be able to stretch out and relax. I recommend if you are going through phoenix and need a place to sleep then here is your sign. Price was great. I will go back.

The linen had blood stains and yellow stains. I took pictures and reported to the front desk.

My room was fine. Just disappointed with the breakfast. We spent 2 days there. Was told breakfast would be ready @6am. 6:15 wasn't even set up. 2nd day we went down at 6:30 still not breakfast. Was very disappointed

Clean room, Asst. Mgr Kyle was exceptionally helpful. Hyatt Place Phoenix North was advertised, when they finish the remodeling I'm sure it will be even better!

I loved my stay here. The staff were so nice and friendly. They took the time to get to know me. They truly went above and beyond. The breakfast was incredible. The hotel was in a quiet, peaceful area. Also In N Out being 4 min drive from the hotel, can’t beat that. 10/10 will be coming back

When we first arrived the front desk guy wasn’t to helpful especially us coming in from a long drive from California.He eventually was able to accommodate us.We left and return for check in time and the second front desk person was lt more nicer and very helpful.Overall the stay was good the breakfast selection was perfect.

The room was dirty with stains on the walls. The corner floor corroded. The carpet old and smelly. The bed was lumpy and not comfy at all. The faucet by the pool was not turned off, ran the entire time. It was reported to front desk but they were already aware and maintenance did not know how to fix. Water is wasted. The front desk person said he could not give us another because that is all they could do for rooms. Parkimg had poor lighting. It was not a good place to stay.

The property is under renovations but even the renovated rooms have maintenance issues. The staff is very helpful and works hard to address them. The breakfast is good and it is free. Parking tree. Close to freeways but also noisy. Reasonably priced. Parks and restaurants are nearby.
