Comfort Inn I-10 West at 51st Ave, Phoenix1 / 27

Phoenix, 5152 W Latham Street (9 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The shower took at least 5 minutes to get hot. I also think that you should have breakfast until 9am.
Room clean. Staff friendly. But room had something going with significant ceiling damage, missing fire extinguisher
The carpets were super dirty we found a dead roach and finger prints in the first room I was offered and the shower handle was broken. Other than being an older place it was okay. Staff was nice alittle forgetful. We asked for towels and wash clothes and they forgot. No biggie we just bought our own. I give a 7 out 10 I guess
Toilet was clogged. The carpet was dirty woth noticeable spots. The floor tiles in the bathroom were lose.
Great place to stay on budget , I like it and I will be staying here again .
the carpet is all covered in stains, the elevator was scary to ride on, sometimes it would move slightly up or down before we stepped inside or out of it after the doors either opened or closed. the bed was old and uncomfortable and the towels were very old and had almost no “fluff” to them. the hot tub was dirty and never got hot and the area around the pool was dirty, every since lounge chair was...

A lot of people writing reviews for this hotel have clearly never stayed in a non-Marriott hotel before. But here's the fact of the matter- for as low as $60 a night, for a non-motel style hotel, you simply cannot beat it. Are the walls, furniture, and curtains stained in bizarre colors? Yes, but the sheets were beautiful and clean and the furniture was undamaged aside from the stains. Did it take...
Our stay was good. The place does need some work but overall it worked great. Gabby at the front desk was efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and large. The only negative was the pillows, they just smelled musty. The bathroom fan was incredibly loud. We would stay there again, it had a shuttle to the airport and can leave my car there.
I was very happy with this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and had a fridge. Check in and check out were quick and friendly, and the airport shuttle was great. It's a little scruffy in places, like frayed carpets and chipped paint here and there but I didn't have a problem with that. Would happily stay here again.
We were in a tight spot after missing our flight. Luckily Sleep Inn Airport is hear for us. The free shuttle and great customer service is greatly appreciated right now. Marc has been very friendly and welcoming while giving us useful tips to help our needs. He even supplied us with some basic toiletries to help before we needed to ask. Clean rooms, great service, and nice amenities have made us feel...
Pros - Hotel rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Good breakfast. Close to airport. Cons - hotel site lists free parking, but does not say that room must be booked through the hotel to get this. We had booked through third party so had to pay $49.00 for the week. Also, though the hotel is literally 5 minutes from the airport, we had to wait half an hour for the shuttle to pick us up.
Stayed here on a distressed traveler rate north of $100 something per room when we got stranded unexpectedly in Phoenix. Definitely a dive hotel. My toilet ran all night. I had to download a white noise app on my phone to drown out that sound. Nowhere close to eat other than the bar at the Hilton across the way. Expect a random $1.00 service charge aside from the regular rate. If you ask what it's...

It's just for sleeping, and you don't need to be too demanding.
There is a lot of maintenance going on , so the cleanliness is questionable. But low budget and safe
Clean rooms friendly staff it was a great stay we where kind of looking foward to the jacuzzi but they where renovating so it was closed but besides from that our stay was pleasant.
What time, best part is Pancake machine is rocking again! Makes the Fat Kid inside me, very happy! Kushi & Faith rock
staff was friendly. Breakfast poor and no one around to keep stocked. Had to ask someone to get a tea bag and was only offered three to "Pick" from. clean and bed comfortable. The manager was so friendly and explained they were making renovations.
The Sleep Inn Phoenix North is an excellent place to stay. The staff is very courteous, and the room was super clean. And loved the walk in shower, no tub to step over. We stayed there because my husband was having eye surgery and it was about a mile and a half away from the surgery site. It was a good call. Quiet and clean, and the manager was very nice and accommodating. A good choice all the...

near the airport but rundown amenities and very expensive for the one night stay. overall you get everything you need, though. there were 4 of us on the reservation but they only gave us 3 towels which was a bit inconvenient. overall decent location and experience, but a bit higher price than it is worth
The rooms are spacious and clean Free shuttle service
Went there for a business event, super worth the cost/benefit. Great bed, free airport transfer at all hours, breakfast included, and friendly staff. It's just 10 min by car from the city center. Would stay again if return to Phoenix! Easy access to the Grand canyon.
Recommended by a colleague, surprisingly nice. Considering the reasonable price, the location is perfect, just few minutes away from the international airport, and there’s a 24 hours free shuttle Think the hotel was recently renovated and it’s clean and neat. Btw the vending machines are right next to the reception, just in case jet lag in the middle of the night
Good location, good service, they do not have baggage storage. Very helpful front desk and very polite. I recommend for economic layover near PHX.
I loved this more stay more than i anticipated. The bed is soooo comfortable I didn’t wanna leave , it is sooooo clean I was surprised as i assumed it would be more like a bed and breakfast kind of quick in and out kinda stay, furniture well kept, and clean. I don’t think as a lady travelling alone though I’d be okay staying more than 2 nights just my take for security reasons, however but it was a...

Service was quick & easy and I was happy with the room selection
Staff are very helpful and polite
Very average, poor location, old environment
The room that I stayed at was not in its perfect condition, floor was a bit dirty, hotel gym is very limited, breakfast is pretty basic…nothing much to complain for the price…
On a road trip, this was a real pleasure after being in a much crummier place the night before. I realized how much nicer this was in all the little ways I might not have otherwise realized.
This hotel is a decent option if you're looking for a convenient location near ASU and aren’t expecting luxury. It’s affordable and functional but lacks a standout feature to make it memorable. I'd recommend it for solo travelers or budget-conscious guests staying for a short time.

Overall not bad, not good. They were painting the hallways during my stay. Limited breakfast. The room was good overall tho for the price.
Staff wasn’t the nicest, but our room was clean every time we same back. I wish they would have let us know ahead of time they were remodeling. On day we wanted to stay in and relax and we couldn’t because they were drilling into the walls and other construction.
Clean and comfortable with security measures. Would be nice to have extending makeup mirror at the vanity. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board a nice touch. Microwave and fridge very usefull. Linens a bit threadbare. Pleased to see Activa at breakfast, and the waffle maker.
Excellent accommodation for budget conscious travellers. Perfectly okay rooms with all expected amenities. Modest breakfast included. No complaints.
The Days Inn building is a bit dated, but it's clean and easy to get to the freeway. The only real negative is the smoke alarm low- chirp started going off at 4am. Very frustrating!
Would have given a perfect score but the manager/owner keeps the hot tub cold in the morning and 1 hr before closing at 10pm. This is not cool. We only go to hotels with hot tubs and want to use one throughout the day. We went in at 9am after breakfast and it was cold.... He winked at us and said he just turned it on.. Hmmm. Then that same night we finally finished a busy day and went in at 9pm. No...

While it is a beautiful property, clean and comfy, I don’t appreciate being charged a mandatory cleaning fee without being told upfront. I was only told about this fee during check in and after the time I could have canceled this booking. This made the room far more expensive than I want to pay. I feel it was predatory and poor business practice to blindside a customer with fees like that. I will it...
Great place to stay, very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Great eateries with a great Italian place in the same street!
Awesomeeeee I would definitely come back
Clean little poolside studio Good clean little poolside studio. Would stay again. The complex looks like it would exist in the 70’s but with a modern twist. Lots to do in the area
The room was clean, but no windows at all in the room, which wasn't pleasant. No on-site parking, so plan ahead. Room didn't have adequate storage space for taking clothes out of suitcase.
Very cute and unique cabana, the location is very close to ASU you have a decent selection of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking or driving distance. Cleanliness of the property and the room itself was great, I’d definitely stay here again in the future. Make sure to reach out to host for check in instructions so there are no issues. The host was easy to work with and communication was great...

My son goes to school here and loves the campus. He is thriving here academically and personally. His professors are available to him and he feels comfortable in asking for assistance when needed. There are security guards at all entrances and a walled in campus. It feels very safe within the campus. They have lots of food choices and a nice large coffee shop . I have been several times to visit him...
Nice updated hotel. Just sucks they have double beds and not queens. Pool area is fantastic and dining is nice. Elevators could use some updates but overall will definitely come back and recommend this hotel. Good service as well.
The place is really nice and clean, the customer service is amazing there. The only thing I did not like was the size of the beds, the room I purchased was the Junior Suite, 2 Double Beds. The beds are full size beds so since I have kids that move a lot in bed it was a pain having a small bed. I wish the beds were queen size and also the room was pretty small compared to other similar hotels. The real...
Decided to get the double suite and it was a great choice. There were doors that separated the bedroom from the living room area which was great for when people were visiting. There was plenty of space and also a leather futon that once folded down, it's a bed. Room was clean, pool was pretty, and customer service was excellent. Perfect location for visiting GCU students.
Visited for school residency. Room is clean and comfortable. Restaurant has a fun atmosphere with good drinks. Pool area looks amazing and has plenty of comfy seating. Shuttles to the school are convenient.
As alumni I am sure I am basis. But on this trip this has been the nicest place I have been at. Sure there is construction, but that is good as the University is growing. It is right off 17 which is helpful in finding it. Food is amazing and staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. It dose have a motel lay out, but in this weather is nice. It also has a nice pool area...

Everything was just perfect. I've stayed for one week and I wanted to stay more, so I will return very soon. All the Staff is kind and efficient, it's a Very nice place to stay.
Getting into the motel is kinda difficult. I found the room easy enough visited a friend staying there. Room was ok looked like they clean them well enough overall I have no complaints about my visit there
Could have been a lot cleaner with less transient traffic and more thouroughly customer service trained staff with less attitude and a bit more competency.
Nothing but good even though they really need to think about some vending machines for the times people just want to munch without driving all over the place!!!
Cozy rooms to stay in here. Near the I-17 freeway. But not too noisy despite being right off of a major highway.

Some remodeling had been completed, and the staff was friendly: however 1. There really isn’t any place to eat nearby and they don’t have any breakfast, just coffee. However, the coffee was good if that’s all you want. 2. There wasn’t a soap dish in the shower. 3. There were two thin towels, and one washcloth and no bath mat. 4. The sofa is in a separate room and faces a blank wall.
The website said breakfast was included. I got there and was told that the serve coffee.
Control not functioning and shower head not properly clean ,,,bed is ok and sink ok and little ants crawling in the bathroom...
The room was clean, but had no wash cloths, water glasses, or coffee pot. The staff was pleasant but gave us wrong information about our parking confirmation so we spent the next morning reparking and filling out paperwork, so had a late start to the airport.
Decent budget hotel - lots of renovations but super nice staff
It was clean and had all you needed with reception open 24hrs. The only let down was it was advertised as breakfast included and turns out they don’t do breakfast anymore. There is however a few eating places and gas station that has a supermarket only 5mins walk away!

We stayed at this resort a few years ago so when it showed up as a place we could go to again we jumped at the chance. The units are big, clean and very well taken care of. It does have a pool and a couple of hot tubs that you can sit in after hiking.
Great staff Room clean Need to update TVsand appliances
Spacious condo in timeshare resort. Staff was efficient and friendly. Grounds were clean. Units themselves are pretty dated and look like they were furnished in the 70s. Better than staying at a mid range hotel in the area for the money.
Like staying in your own apartment Like staying in a one bedroom apartment. I even had my own 1 car garage! Bed very comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. Only downsides were no breakfast available and had to pay for Wi-Fi. Located in a semi-secluded area and very very quiet rooms.
Check in and out of easy and quick. Condo was clean and pool was perfect!
The front desk receptionist kept selling. The swimming pool was small. The room facilities were a bit old.

The room was spotless and Jerecco at the front desk was courteous and very informative. I felt safe and comfortable.
I’ve stayed here before and it’s a great value for Motel 6 and in general the area is safe and quiet. Rooms are fairly standard and it’s a great place to stay when you have a flight the next day.
The person I interact with the most is Jerrica, and I have to say she’s fantastic! Every time I come in to confirm my reservations, she’s right on it. She knows exactly what she’s doing and always manages to make me feel welcome. Jerrica is so polite and respectful, and she goes out of her way to help me with anything I need. I really appreciate her and just want to give a big shoutout for having her...
Jerrica always provides exceptional customer service. The woman that works 3rd shift also does a great job making sure the property is safe & quiet at night. She makes great coffee and ensures the guests have a good stay!

The rooms were clean, the staff responded well to my needs. I won’t stay at any other hotel, I’ve been a customer for 20 years.
The room looked extremely old. Shower looked dirty and elevator didn’t work for a few hours.
Pros: clean, easy check in, large rooms, great location Cons: have to pay for parking, our room was 3rd floor street side so a lot of traffic noise
The staff, room, food, simply everything was fantastic! We needed to be close to St. Joseph Hospital, and it was literally 3 blocks away. The staff were super helpful and gave additional savings since we were there as visitors to the hospital. Definitely a 10 out of 10!
Room was spotless, amenities great. We were awoken before 8am to an alarm that seemed to come out of the fire alarm. Did not appreciate this. Otherwise stay was wonderful
Overall our experience with the actual staff and hotel was normal. You can see in our room where some stuff was a little overused or out dated but nothing crazy. My biggest complaint was that I unknowingly booked at the same that the AZ national livestock show was in town. The hotel was packed full of families and the ones on our floor were extremely loud. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were cordial, our room was spotless and breakfast was delicious.
The room was clean and spacious. As a single female traveler, I don’t like having a room adjoining to mine. I wasn’t expecting that. Also, felt overpriced for the level of hotel. But because my family member was hospitalized at Mayo, I suppose I was paying for the convenience of being close. If that were not a factor, I would not stay there again. Mehhh Accent chair filthy handles seat Couch when opened was full of crumbs n trash couch was crooked broken legs Totally messed up our extended stay the second night we were there due to appt at MAYO CLINIC however due to shuttle yes we would reserve again but diff suite.
Room was dirty. No lotion or anything stocked on counters, shower was dirty and had hair in it. The cabinets and couch had filthy splatters. The bed was comfortable but we couldn’t believe the condition of a room so close to Mayo Clinic. People start there during treatments and in would expect cleanliness.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The room was large and well equipped, and everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is an excellent value hotel near Phoenix airport, with great service. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit.
I stayed only one night for a connecting flight, but the room was comfortable, which gave me a good night's sleep. It's not very close to airport. After luggage claim, call front desk and they will assign a shuttle bus to pick up you in 10 minutes. You can also book a shuttle to airport while checking in.
Overall, it was good. It was clean and well-equipped. The location wasn't perfect, but it was still good. The staff were friendly. I was a bit surprised when they charged me $250 before check-in, saying they would pay for any problems with the room. Did not know that the property charges $7 per vehicle per night. First time of being aware of this. Stayed at property before and never had to pay for parking.
Customer service was excellent and very welcoming. Rooms were big and clean, bit too cold for my preference but luckily aircon was easy to adjust. Breakfast was ok, but would´ve prefer more fresh components. Location was good, felt that you are outside busiest city centre but public transport route went next to hotel and Heard museum was within short walking distance.
The room was spotless and very spacious. I loved how they accommodate with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from.
Room was clean but lacked a sofa. Friendly staff. Location is good for downtown activities.
Needed a nearby hotel while visiting family at Banner Hospital. This was one of the most reasonably priced highly rated hotels in the area. It was safe, clean and quiet. The room was very comfortable. There was a complementary full hot breakfast.
Great Place to Stay Check-in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We liked the convenient on-site parking and that there were restaurants within walking distance. However, we were surprised by an unexpected parking fee.
