The carpets were super dirty we found a dead roach and finger prints in the first room I was offered and the shower handle was broken. Other than being an older place it was okay. Staff was nice alittle forgetful. We asked for towels and wash clothes and they forgot. No biggie we just bought our own. I give a 7 out 10 I guess
Toilet was clogged. The carpet was dirty woth noticeable spots. The floor tiles in the bathroom were lose.
Great place to stay on budget , I like it and I will be staying here again .
the carpet is all covered in stains, the elevator was scary to ride on, sometimes it would move slightly up or down before we stepped inside or out of it after the doors either opened or closed. the bed was old and uncomfortable and the towels were very old and had almost no “fluff” to them. the hot tub was dirty and never got hot and the area around the pool was dirty, every since lounge chair was...
Not what we hoped for!
This was the most disappointing Comfort Inn we have ever stayed at. The room had an unpleasant odor. The carpet was disgustingly dirty. The window coverings need to be replaced. Actually, the whole building should be next step for renovations.
Quiet, clean, and matched the description on the website. Good water pressure in the shower.

It's just for sleeping, and you don't need to be too demanding.
staff was friendly. Breakfast poor and no one around to keep stocked. Had to ask someone to get a tea bag and was only offered three to "Pick" from. clean and bed comfortable. The manager was so friendly and explained they were making renovations.
The Sleep Inn Phoenix North is an excellent place to stay. The staff is very courteous, and the room was super clean. And loved the walk in shower, no tub to step over. We stayed there because my husband was having eye surgery and it was about a mile and a half away from the surgery site. It was a good call. Quiet and clean, and the manager was very nice and accommodating.
A good choice all the...
The motel was being updated, but the staff was attentive and friendly, the free breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, and the pool/jacuzzi were end each day.
When we got into our room, the fridge didn’t work. The air-conditioning didn’t work in the faucet didn’t work. They put us in a room. It was minimal cleaning.
Had no idea the place was under construction. If I had, would not have stayed there. The building is not secure. Transients/homeless hanging around trying to sneak in to stay in room that are being remodeled (those rooms are not locked).
Not emougb towels.

The rooms are spacious and clean
Free shuttle service
Went there for a business event, super worth the cost/benefit. Great bed, free airport transfer at all hours, breakfast included, and friendly staff. It's just 10 min by car from the city center. Would stay again if return to Phoenix! Easy access to the Grand canyon.
Recommended by a colleague, surprisingly nice. Considering the reasonable price, the location is perfect, just few minutes away from the international airport, and there’s a 24 hours free shuttle
Think the hotel was recently renovated and it’s clean and neat. Btw the vending machines are right next to the reception, just in case jet lag in the middle of the night
Good location, good service, they do not have baggage storage. Very helpful front desk and very polite.
I recommend for economic layover near PHX.
I loved this more stay more than i anticipated. The bed is soooo comfortable I didn’t wanna leave , it is sooooo clean I was surprised as i assumed it would be more like a bed and breakfast kind of quick in and out kinda stay, furniture well kept, and clean. I don’t think as a lady travelling alone though I’d be okay staying more than 2 nights just my take for security reasons, however but it was a...

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, & breakfast was good, with lots of options & fresh food. The parking area was well lit & had plenty of spaces for the guests while we were there. It was really quiet in the building which was nice. We didn't get a chance to use the pool unfortunately, but we did get a chance to sit outside near the pool, while eating breakfast & others were swimming while...
This was good for a quick overnight before the next destination on my trip. The thing I noticed most was even when entering the building, but especially in the room, you could smell the water... it smelled like rotten eggs/sulfur. I could smell this when brushing my teeth and using the bathroom sink. The room was fine and bed was pretty comfy. The best part was how friendly the staff was - they were...
Room clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and accommodating. AC a little noisy but other than a nice stay.
I really like the size of the rooms! I don’t feel cramped at all. The mattresses aren’t the most comfortable… but not a dealbreaker.
We only had a 1 night stay but it was great. Check in by Michelle was friendly, and the room was big, well equipped and the bed also huge, comfortable and clean. The air con and fridge were very loud but we didn't need them thankfully so could silence them. We were facing the car park and road but it seems the hotel was very quiet and all you could hear was the odd door, elevator whine and cars outside...
The exit and entrance door on the other side should be closed after midnight. It was very noisy with the people going in at 2am.

Service was quick & easy and I was happy with the room selection
Staff are very helpful and polite
Very average, poor location, old environment
The room that I stayed at was not in its perfect condition, floor was a bit dirty, hotel gym is very limited, breakfast is pretty basic…nothing much to complain for the price…
On a road trip, this was a real pleasure after being in a much crummier place the night before. I realized how much nicer this was in all the little ways I might not have otherwise realized.
This hotel is a decent option if you're looking for a convenient location near ASU and aren’t expecting luxury. It’s affordable and functional but lacks a standout feature to make it memorable. I'd recommend it for solo travelers or budget-conscious guests staying for a short time.

Excellent accommodation for budget conscious travellers. Perfectly okay rooms with all expected amenities. Modest breakfast included. No complaints.
The Days Inn building is a bit dated, but it's clean and easy to get to the freeway. The only real negative is the smoke alarm low- chirp started going off at 4am. Very frustrating!
Would have given a perfect score but the manager/owner keeps the hot tub cold in the morning and 1 hr before closing at 10pm. This is not cool. We only go to hotels with hot tubs and want to use one throughout the day. We went in at 9am after breakfast and it was cold.... He winked at us and said he just turned it on.. Hmmm. Then that same night we finally finished a busy day and went in at 9pm. No...
The bathroom is clean and water pressure is good. The staff are friendly. There are sufficient parking .

A fine boutique inn that has a very thoughtful design to its casita rooms, great grounds, and fine staff that are pleasant to deal with. In addition, there is fine dining at Lon's located at the Inn. A very pleasant experience.
Very nice, private location. Pretty, well-maintained grounds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area. Casitas are spacious, but a bit bland with plus-size "southwestern" furniture. Beds/bedding comfortable. Bathroom good; nice hot shower, but a bit more water pressure would be nice. Coffee pods for Keurig tasting stale; at this price range premium coffee should be offered. In-room breakfast...
If you're looking for a PERFECT resort experience, this is the place. Rated by Conde Nast Traveler as one of the Top 5 Resorts in North America, the service level here is incredible. Beautiful, historic grounds, quaint comfortable casitas, and a 5-Star restaurant/bar. Excellent wine cellar, 2 Sommeliers and a Bar Staff of talented Mixologists.
A lovely resort with everything we wanted. Lon’s is an amazing restaurant for brunch, dinner and everything in between. The team was amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Our room was, as always, wonderful (clean, comfortable, spacious) and the grounds are beautiful. BUT...the robes are small, lightweight, not at all luxurious, and there was only warm (bordering on tepid) water in the shower. My husband had also pre-ordered champagne to be left in the room, and they had "no record of it" (though they did deliver that fairly quickly). It seems for the price Hermosa Inn...
Everything was so peaceful and comfortable. The benches everywhere, the serenity, the understated luxury all added up to a lovely stay. We couldn’t see another building or hear a single car, which was remarkable considering the location near business centers.

A lot of people writing reviews for this hotel have clearly never stayed in a non-Marriott hotel before. But here's the fact of the matter- for as low as $60 a night, for a non-motel style hotel, you simply cannot beat it. Are the walls, furniture, and curtains stained in bizarre colors? Yes, but the sheets were beautiful and clean and the furniture was undamaged aside from the stains. Did it take...
Our stay was good. The place does need some work but overall it worked great. Gabby at the front desk was efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and large. The only negative was the pillows, they just smelled musty. The bathroom fan was incredibly loud. We would stay there again, it had a shuttle to the airport and can leave my car there.
I was very happy with this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and had a fridge. Check in and check out were quick and friendly, and the airport shuttle was great. It's a little scruffy in places, like frayed carpets and chipped paint here and there but I didn't have a problem with that. Would happily stay here again.
We were in a tight spot after missing our flight. Luckily Sleep Inn Airport is hear for us. The free shuttle and great customer service is greatly appreciated right now. Marc has been very friendly and welcoming while giving us useful tips to help our needs. He even supplied us with some basic toiletries to help before we needed to ask. Clean rooms, great service, and nice amenities have made us feel...
Pros - Hotel rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Good breakfast. Close to airport.
Cons - hotel site lists free parking, but does not say that room must be booked through the hotel to get this. We had booked through third party so had to pay $49.00 for the week. Also, though the hotel is literally 5 minutes from the airport, we had to wait half an hour for the shuttle to pick us up.
Stayed here on a distressed traveler rate north of $100 something per room when we got stranded unexpectedly in Phoenix. Definitely a dive hotel. My toilet ran all night. I had to download a white noise app on my phone to drown out that sound. Nowhere close to eat other than the bar at the Hilton across the way. Expect a random $1.00 service charge aside from the regular rate. If you ask what it's...

We stayed at this resort a few years ago so when it showed up as a place we could go to again we jumped at the chance. The units are big, clean and very well taken care of. It does have a pool and a couple of hot tubs that you can sit in after hiking.
Spacious condo in timeshare resort. Staff was efficient and friendly. Grounds were clean. Units themselves are pretty dated and look like they were furnished in the 70s. Better than staying at a mid range hotel in the area for the money.
Like staying in your own apartment
Like staying in a one bedroom apartment. I even had my own 1 car garage! Bed very comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. Only downsides were no breakfast available and had to pay for Wi-Fi.
Located in a semi-secluded area and very very quiet rooms.
Check in and out of easy and quick. Condo was clean and pool was perfect!
The front desk receptionist kept selling. The swimming pool was small. The room facilities were a bit old.
It was an amazing stay. The property exceeded my expectations. Lots of eateries and shopping close by!

While it is a beautiful property, clean and comfy, I don’t appreciate being charged a mandatory cleaning fee without being told upfront. I was only told about this fee during check in and after the time I could have canceled this booking. This made the room far more expensive than I want to pay. I feel it was predatory and poor business practice to blindside a customer with fees like that. I will it...
Great place to stay, very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Great eateries with a great Italian place in the same street!
Awesomeeeee I would definitely come back
Clean little poolside studio
Good clean little poolside studio. Would stay again. The complex looks like it would exist in the 70’s but with a modern twist. Lots to do in the area
The room was clean, but no windows at all in the room, which wasn't pleasant. No on-site parking, so plan ahead. Room didn't have adequate storage space for taking clothes out of suitcase.
Very cute and unique cabana, the location is very close to ASU you have a decent selection of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking or driving distance. Cleanliness of the property and the room itself was great, I’d definitely stay here again in the future.

My son goes to school here and loves the campus. He is thriving here academically and personally. His professors are available to him and he feels comfortable in asking for assistance when needed. I have been several times to visit him...
Nice updated hotel. Just sucks they have double beds and not queens. Pool area is fantastic and dining is nice. Elevators could use some updates but overall will definitely come back and recommend this hotel. Good service as well.
The place is really nice and clean, the customer service is amazing there. The only thing I did not like was the size of the beds, the room I purchased was the Junior Suite, 2 Double Beds. The beds are full size beds so since I have kids that move a lot in bed it was a pain having a small bed. I wish the beds were queen size and also the room was pretty small compared to other similar hotels. The real...
Decided to get the double suite and it was a great choice. There were doors that separated the bedroom from the living room area which was great for when people were visiting. There was plenty of space and also a leather futon that once folded down, it's a bed. Room was clean, pool was pretty, and customer service was excellent. Perfect location for visiting GCU students.
Visited for school residency. Room is clean and comfortable. Restaurant has a fun atmosphere with good drinks. Pool area looks amazing and has plenty of comfy seating. Shuttles to the school are convenient.
As alumni I am sure I am basis. But on this trip this has been the nicest place I have been at. Sure there is construction, but that is good as the University is growing. It is right off 17 which is helpful in finding it. Food is amazing and staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Getting into the motel is kinda difficult. I found the room easy enough visited a friend staying there. Room was ok looked like they clean them well enough overall I have no complaints about my visit there
Could have been a lot cleaner with less transient traffic and more thouroughly customer service trained staff with less attitude and a bit more competency.
Nothing but good even though they really need to think about some vending machines for the times people just want to munch without driving all over the place!!!
Cozy rooms to stay in here. Near the I-17 freeway. But not too noisy despite being right off of a major highway.

Decent budget hotel - lots of renovations but super nice staff
It was clean and had all you needed with reception open 24hrs. The only let down was it was advertised as breakfast included and turns out they don’t do breakfast anymore. There is however a few eating places and gas station that has a supermarket only 5mins walk away!
Came to phoenix for the first time as a little trip with my friends. We booked a hotel that was just awful but this one was soo much better. We were wandering around for hours hoping to find a good decent room for a good price and Howard Johnson provided it. Checked in around midnight, stressed and exhausted. This place provided a nice good night rest for 3 nights. It was pretty cheap too! Roughly...
The room was clean and front desk was nice, but the area is a little bit sketchy. I could hear a couple arguing loudly outside, slamming doors. Later, it sounded like someone was arrested right outside my window. Someone tried to open my door and then banged on the door around midnight (probably a drunk guest). There is not really a desk to work at, but there is a small table with chairs. The property...
I was very satisfied with my room and stay. Yes it is a bit dated, but everything worked, I had 2 nights of restful sleep and everything was clean and the bed sheets were changed each day. For less than $70 it was a great deal. It left me money to spend on other important things. They got us a great taxi and the operator was great, reasonable costs each time. I would not hesitate to stay there again...

I’ve stayed here before and it’s a great value for Motel 6 and in general the area is safe and quiet. Rooms are fairly standard and it’s a great place to stay when you have a flight the next day.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The room was large and well equipped, and everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is an excellent value hotel near Phoenix airport, with great service. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit.
I stayed only one night for a connecting flight, but the room was comfortable, which gave me a good night's sleep. It's not very close to airport. After luggage claim, call front desk and they will assign a shuttle bus to pick up you in 10 minutes. You can also book a shuttle to airport while checking in.
Overall, it was good. It was clean and well-equipped. The location wasn't perfect, but it was still good. The staff were friendly.
