It was good we need a stove and oven the oven was a little small but we made it work thank you will use again when I’m in the area again

It was a decent place to stay but not what I expected from a Marriott property

The room was clean. The bathroom drawers could’ve been unkept better and the door to the bathroom too. But otherwise clean and comfy.

The room was good. It had a full kitchen and a nice seating area. Throughout the stay the TV showed, "Welcome Ramon," wgich would be nice, but that isn't my name. I also did request housekeeping which did not happen. However, despite those issues, I enjoyed my stay.

Good till it wasn’t Stay was perfect up until I got a call for family medical emergency had to check out 1day early and they the property refused a single nite( out of three)refund never again

Beds were B +, air conditioner worked like a B+, and furniture and carpet were so outdated… including the cockroach outside our window!

Chicken was very easy and everybody was so helpful

ok It was OK, not great, not terrible. The refrigerator didn't work, the air worked but was missing knobs, the light switch above the bed worked poorly, I think the on off switch was loose. The entry door had a 1/4 inch gap along one side of the door to the outside but no bugs. For the price was OK.

Great staff, experienced good customer service, house keeping did a wonderful job and provides clean linen,towels and other amenities daily. I would definitely stay again.

The location is easy to find, the space in the house is large enough, the double bed is very comfortable, and it is enough for sleeping with children. Parking is free. The facilities are a bit old, but it is still okay for temporary stay.

We had an issue at another hotel and I believe it was motel 6 black canyon in Phoenix. They did not let my grandson rent out the room and canceled the reservation. We traveled all the way from California and was just notified that my grandson could not rent the hotel. With them canceling our stay we were looking to pay another 50 dollars on top of what we were going to pay. We were very upset. Luckily...

Wonderful experience the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly very clean and the new upgrades amazing. The prices are affordable and prime location for a day and night out! Would definitely recommend stopping by and staying there!

I am very pleased with the value even though they wanted a 200 deposit. Very large king sized bed a separate living room kitchenette full fridge. It is also handicap accessible. This is an outstanding value,@ 64$ a night. Safe no riff raff hanging around, the only drawback I would say is there is an ant problem present. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful answered all my questions and knew her job very well. Our room was the 3rd floor facing the highway we had a good view but the windows were blurred probably for privacy. Excellent overall experience. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning we stayed at the hotel. The staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. The room was large, enjoyed being able to relax in the seating area after a day of visiting family. Will definitely stay at Mainstay next time we are in town.

We booked a stay at Mainstay Suites over Spring Break while we visited our student. The check in went very smoothly, as Megan was very friendly and efficient to get us checked into our room. Parking was free. Hotel was pet friendly. The carpet in the hallways was worn, but once we got into our room, it was clean and very spacious. Rooms were clean, breakfast buffet was good. Eggs, fruits , coffee, all good! Right off the freeway so it was easy to go around town. They provide happy hour evening snacks with wine and beer every week monday to thursday .we stayed in suit for 2 weeks with 2 yr old kid. pool is very clean and not crowded. House keeping did a good job . I would recommend to family with kids to stay .

Great location. Cracker Barrel, Chevron, Circle K, Dunkin Donuts, Wendy's all in walking distance. Very clean. I would definitely recommend this Extended Stay location and in the future I would spend my money to live there. Also I wanted to say that some of the negative reviews sound fake. Bunch of bologna.

No complaints. The staff are accommodating. Very nice people. The room we were in we did not like because it had carpet and they let us change rooms for no extra charge. This place is nicer than all of the other hotels nearby.

My wife and I stayed here for over a week and everything was great. The staff was great and very helpful with everything we needed. We reserved a room for 7 nights and the price was very surprising considering it was well under $100 per night and the deposit was also surprisingly low as well. The room much cleaner than expected for an extended stay facility. I've had some not so good past experiences. Staff was great. Check in was quick and easy! Parking was free and accessible close to my unit/room. The overall property was very well maintained. Very close to many food places and gas stations. Just a few miles away chandler fashion center.

Love staying here have stayed at this location a couple times. Always friendly courteous staff Cameron at the front desk always has a smile on his face. The manager Leslie is great much better then the last one. Place is always clean they are always adding something new and keeping it updated. I would say one of the nicest more well kept extended stay ive stayed at. Will keep coming back

Ask for a room away for the highway! We didn't sleep good in Room # 100 and we could hear tha vans passing by. Breakfast was great in the morning. Make sure you get your refundable security deposit back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet clean, except for some of the wall light switches. There were three sinks in the room (bathroom, kitchenette, and outside of the bathroom). It would have been nice to have had hand towels at all of the sinks. All told, I had a nice stay and would recommend staying at this hotel.

The customer service was excellent. The room was very nice and comfortable bed. Loved this hotel a lot.

Not worth it. Continental breakfast wasnt great. Food will be gone within 5 minutes. Then had to wait 10-15 minutes til new batch comes again. When opened sofa bed, was bare with no sheets, blankets, or extra pillows. When asked the front desk, response was, “we have no more.”

For the price everything met my expectations. Breakfast was good, staff was polite and accommodating. We used the pool for a quick swim and the kids had fun. The freeway is a little noisy but it’s not overwhelming. If you need a cheap stay for a day or two this is a good spot.

As we all know, hotel inflation is dramatic. Finding a simple clean room near a major airport in the USA is not a fun experience. Phoenix is no exception. EZ 8 is a big property and about $16 by taxi TOO Sky Harbor.  Convenient for a 7-11 and a McDonald’s nearby.  The rooms were ok and the Price $67 was the best I could do. The choices are limited.

The room was clean comsidering the quality of the place. It's a little run down but that is to be expected when you pay these prices for a room.

The girl that checked us in seemed a little stressed and not real sure what she was doing and several people had to come back and have their keys redone because they couldn't get in the room and I was one of them. The guy who took care of the checkout in the morning so they were working on remodeling and really cleaning up and changing cuz I asked about a couple things but the mattress was good I checked...

The service is very thoughtful and there are patrols at night.

This place used to be run down but since they've gone Under New Management about a year ago or so I have seen so many positive changes in this establishment. The rooms are cleaner they even have better staff and security. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is on a very tight budget and need a room overnight in Phoenix Arizona.

What a fabulous Bed and Breakfast. The hostess very accommodating. Breakfast perfect. We stayed in the Library Suite, the king bed was super comfortable with patio door to the lovely grounds. Great location with many great choices for dining out.

Great place to visit and stay. Very clean. Great outdoor settings and centercourt area to relax and enjoy the sounds of the fountains and birds. Centercourt area is also an inviting place to relax, read, eat or drink. Joan does a fantastic job with her morning breakfasts brought right to your door!

Stay here for couple days. Clean room with very cozy lighting and window blinds that are able to fully block out sunlight. Service is beyond excellent. Staff will proactively make sure everything is well by messaging. Complimentary breakfast with nice choice of protein/carbs/drinks. When comparing to other accommodations I had stayed in around the area of similar price range, this one is the best

Yes. The a/c kept the room comfortable. The staff in the dining area were very kind and approachable and helpful. Those two young ladies that take care of the breakfast area, were always willing to help in any way possible.

This is my first time to be in AZ. I stayed at this hotel for my 1-week business travel. This is a very good hotel for me. It’s pretty clean everywhere and receptionist (very kind) helped me a lot in this week. Daily Coffee is fresh and I like it. I highly recommend this hotel. Also, daily housekeeper cleaned my room pretty clean. The most important thing they got the safe lock in the room.

Stayed one night on our way to Sedona. Great value for the price! Excellent selections for breakfast. Better than average for a Holiday Inn Express. I left some items in the room and they were so kind and helpful in packaging and sending them home.
