Hometel Suites in Los Angeles

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Hotel is dirty and disgusting, we tried booking for one night and called to inquire and he told us we were “not allowed to” and hung up the phone. Front desk is completely disrespectful. Outside smells like rotting fish because of the restaurant it’s dirty and the bathrooms are disgusting. Pretty sure bed has bugs too we were itching all night.
He should be shamed of himself for speaking to people like that, he shouldn’t even have a job there. Downright rude and disrespectful. Shame shame shame on you.

I got here the first day. I noticed as soon as I got in my room that there was hairs on my bed and under the pillows and hanging from a towel in the bathroom. Just a long strand of hair. I also let them know about it and they told me they can switch me rooms the next day did not do that. As well as I let them know that the room phone didn't work. Which I need for court reasons with my child. And the mini fridge. I let them know as soon as I got there that the mini fridge doesn't work. They were nice enough to let me store my food in their employee fridge for that night and then they told me the next day that they would switch out my mini fridge because it was pure hot. The light turned on but it was hot. I left at 6:30. in the morning didn't get back to the hotel room till 9:00 p.m. they told me they fixed it at 10:00 a.m. when I called down to let them know that my refrigerator still doesn't work after I just picked up all my milk and things that are going to spoil. The lady told me well. What do you want me to do about it. I highly do not recommend you booking through here it is way overpriced. The water doesn't get hot. They don't tend to the rooms correctly. But they don't actually clean them. They just tidy them up but don't actually like wipe anything down or sanitize it. I would never stay here. I would go back to the original hotel that is right next door. It's called the h hotel. That place was amazing and beautiful inside and very clean. I would rather spend the extra $200. Than come back here.

It only cost $100 per night to stay here and got exactly what we paid for. The room was HUGE but dirty, with a pervasive "old chlorine pool" smell. The room was very humid and warm. The AC contributed to the odor. Opening the window only helped a little as the street noise was intense even at 1am. The bathroom fan did not work. Several lights in the room did not work.

The parking is free but extremely tight. We were lucky to get the last spot in the underground parking area and our Honda Civic barely fit. The front desk staff were nice and friendly.
