This unit has a garage available as well as plenty of public street parking. Every first and third Monday of each month the city of Oceanside conducts the street sweeper before 10am. Make sure you are parked in the garage to ensure you’re not blocking the street during that time or you will be ticketed.

This rental has been furnished with brand new furniture, linens, pillows, bath towels and other necessities.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and a separate bathroom with a tub/shower.
There is a shared Washer/Dryer hookup downstairs, the laundry key is on the set of keys provided. Keep in mind, we have other tenants on the property as well. If it’s busy, there are laundromats just a few minutes down the street on the coast.
