Hilton Garden Inn Carlsbad Beach in Carlsbad

You know I've been to this location a few times and every time I've gone it had an issue I've tried to give it chances thinking maybe it was just a bad day or wrong day or whatever but every time I go there's an issue tonight was no different from any other night staff doesn't greet you when you go through the drive-through or even when you enter the place the young man taking my order tonight seemed to be in a rush to get me through the drive-through when there was no other vehicles there nor was it 5 minutes to closing and he didn't seem to want to follow up with questions pertaining to my order such as what type of beverage or what type of side for the kids mill and he seemed agitated taking my simple order and upon seeing him at the window to pay still no greeting still very agitated and it was a simple cheeseburger happy meal with fries and a high C which he in a rude manner did not explain to me that they didn't carry that any more he blithely said fanta to so I ordered Apple juice which seemed to annoy him even more and then I ordered a big Mac meal which he didn't seem... you know I van go on and on, but I don't even wasn't to waste anymore of my energy on this, so I'll just say I won't be returning.
