Great place, clean and well kept grounds. A little more attention can be placed on pools, jaquzzi, service and towel availability .

Great resort with several pools and slides for adults and kids alike. Few restaurants and marketplace on property. Food trucks park on the plaza too Activities for kids and movie nights are fun and varied

The kids loved the pool, slides and splash pads! Everything was clean and the restaurants on site were good. The rooms were nice and new, but several other areas could definitely use some updating. The staff was great!

The hotel has suffered some set backs in the 2 years since we’d last been there. Especially in common areas like the pool and arcade. Service was overall not great

Have stayed there at least 10 times in one bedroom condo. We love proximity to Coaster, restaurants, the beach boardwalk and the spacious grounds with water view. Its just perfect and friendly professional staff too.

The service is always the best here. Stayed here for a golf getaway with my buddies and really enjoyed myself. Loved both courses; but the North is by far the better course. The rooms have been updated and are amazing

With a variety of rides suitable for all ages, you are definitely going to find something you will enjoy. I'll be back soon since I have an annual pass which provides discounts to all the retail stores and restaurants

Third year at LEGOLAND for spring break—and a few standout shoutouts: Rez at Mini’s Lounge is top-notch. Great cocktails, even better conversation. He remembered my drink and hooked us up with awesome local tips

Overall it was good since it’s next to the park entrance. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. Room was not ready at 4pm, so the staff gave us some hotel credits to spend

As a mom of three young kids visiting Legoland solo, I was a little nervous about managing it all—but I was blown away by how smooth and fun the entire experience was! Every single employee we encountered was kind, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome

Only a few rides were open for early park entry so the benefit was not as good as Legoland Japan. First morning, the breakfast had more than an hour wait

The service was impeccable! My family and I stayed for 3 nights for a little summer vacation away. The family/kids pool was perfect for my little ones. Beds were comfy, pillow was just ok (sorry) not the best

Our son had such a blast with the pools, slides, and Topgolf that we decided to extend our stay another day — totally worth it! This place really knows how to make you feel relaxed and taken care of

Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed in a poolside room with two king beds, which was perfect for our family

The pool and jacuzzi were closed. I selected this hotel so my son could swim and we could jacuzzi innthe evening. I would have booked a different hotel had I known

It was a last minute booking that went smoothly. I had a great nights sleep. Walked across to the beach. Staff very hospitable and everything accessible.

Should disclose this prior to letting people book or discount. Since we couldn't swim, we decided to tey to watch a movie the TV was unplugged. Plugged it back in and there was no remote

The pool was closed the reason why I choose and I get that they afforded us a different place to go swimming but was easy. The toliet and water pressure and the heat of the water was not good

The front desk was inviting and answered all questions. The room was roomy, clean, arranged well, kitchenette had whatever you may need if used, Bathroom and shower clean. Towels smelled fresh, yep, we smelled them

Very nice place inside and out. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Great breakfast, free parking, very short drive to shopping and dining options. Will definitely stay there again when we're in town

Great location and service. Room is so clean. Soda bed is big too. Good spot for sleep a night and move on. Free breakfast is not much choose but still good. Coffee is 24/7 is a plus!

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The young woman who checked me in, was polite and pleasant as well.

We liked the amenities and upkeep with cleanliness. Staff was responsive to our requests or concerns. Airport noise was disturbing during early morning sleep.

Don't be fooled by the exterior of the hotel. I have necer seen towel hanging bars made out of brown wood. I usually stay until check out time at other hotels but this one

It’s a nice hotel in an ideal location. The amenities are great with a large grass area with tables and overlooking the ocean. An adult only hot tub and a family pool and jacuzzi too

Customer service was the best we have ever had at any hotel/resort we have stayed at. All staff from front desk to all the house keeping that helped us were so nice and friendly. Property and pool were also very clean

Our room was comfortable and had everything necessary. Nice view of the pool. My only complaint is that the floor in the room was dirty. I felt like I needed to keep my flip flips on.

I personally feel it's pretty good. I haven't stayed in other hotels in the United States. You just have to bring your own slippers and toothbrush. The bed is also American style. Everyone has different standards

The property is large and very lush so it feels like you’re somewhere else not at all near a mall. There’s also a direct connection with the Windmill Food Hall which is great for everyone

So many places say theirs is and it’s not but this one was very comfortable. Only downside is the beds are super hard. Feels like a box spring with a thin mattress pad over it

Such a great hotel for the price and location. You’re right across the street form the Carlsbad Outlets and the Flower Fields

The second room was in a quieter area. The rooms seem a little outdated. The towels in the rooms and pools felt like sandpaper. This is not a 4 star hotel though

Property was great for our family. I wish the pool was bigger or we were told at check in that we had access to the affiliate hotel next door. The bartender told us on our last day

I would recommend the Westin or Hilton, not this one. The spa is at the Westin… The water dispenser in the gym was broken. The pool slide was closed so we had to use the Hilton’s. Our coffee in our room was not refilled

The property was great, especially for families with children. It has a heated pool, splash pad, playground, and hot tube. Also great to have a full kitchen. Excellent views.

Resort was great! Perfect for families with children! A short 5 minute walk to Legoland was a big plus also! Will definitely be staying here again in the future! Naz at the front desk was nice and helpful with everything we needed

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Was able to borrow sand toys to take the Beach and they had complimentary swim diapers available. My daughter loved the activities that are planned daily

Nice hotel with a kitchen that is fully equipped. The pools are nice and the gym is pretty good. The train can be loud but doesn’t run all night. Views are above the first floor so stay on an upper level

Didn’t see any staff accept front desk - no one came by to see if we needed more towels or anything but there was a card with someone to call if we needed anything

The decision to book at Carlsbad Seapointe was great! There were four of us and we booked a 2-bedroom suite. It was spacious clean with a well-appointed kitchen. We walked to the beach which was just across the street

, the smoke alarm went off cooking breakfast called from desk they said they would send maintenance the alarm went off for about 15 min no one EVER came glad there wasn’t a fire

Everything was so beautiful very kid friendly I wish I knew you had so many things to do on property I can’t wait to visit California just to come back to this hotel thanks for making it a lovely stay Michael at the front desk was the best

The staff in the lobby were attentive and Tram the concierge was very helpful with great information about local restaurants and spas that all offered discounts. My only nit was the furniture was a little dated and worn

This is a nice family oriented place to take vacations. The beach is just steps away, legoland and the San Diego zoo and wild animal park are close

A very easy hop across the street to the beautiful beach. Pool and hot tub area was nice. Rooms are a little musty but that's expected near the coast & pool. So nice they had chaos to borrow

The hotel is directly across the street from the beach. This place is a little dated but hey, my family of four had a great time. Supposedly they are remodeling next year

Very enjoyable to look out at the ocean! Could walk to good restaurants and shopping. No charge for parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints whatsoever!!

The staff was great! Starting with Fred in reception, to the gals in the rec room. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was more than what we expected. The pool and jacuzzi really hit the spot

You can't see into the bathroom but the light is super bright so whenever someone got up to go to bathroom during the night it lit up the whole room

Carlsbad reset We always have a good stay at Springhill Suites, awesome customer service and always next level clean. The roof top is one of the best features at the hotel

The room stated ocean view, and while I could "see" the ocean, I will never pay that much (or probably stay there) again. The view was of buildings with a barely view of the ocean. ovee soke hoises

1) Art Haddock - the manager is a total professional. He is very easy to talk to and is extremely customer focused. I appreciated his efforts to make my stay pleasant and problem free

I have been staying at this location on all my visits to California since 2010. This has been the most pleasant due to the efforts of two individuals who went the extra mile

2) Vanessa (sorry - cannot recall last name) at the front desk is a very energetic and caring individual. She is also very approachable and is customer oriented

Chain motel, the overall feeling is OK, we stayed for two consecutive nights due to the distance, the service is OK. The room is a bit small, there is a laundry room.

Thankful that we were given the refund for checking out early.

A little inconvenient spending 3 nights there, with 4 kids and no fridge access but we survived!! Housekeeping ladies were awesome and all in all, we had a great trip to Legoland and the room was great for the price!!

The thing that did it for me was that I found hair in one of the towels. I had to find a different place for the other 2 nights and I didn’t even bother asking for refunds

The room is ok, but it faces the highway, which is a bit noisy. The soundproofing is about 85 points. It is next to the highway and very convenient to find, with a gas station right outside.

It’s convenient, clean and cheap hotel, good place with commercial area. Equipped with fridge and microwave. 3 minutes away from Legoland, 2 mins away from Costco.

Hotel is clean and in a great area for restaurants and things to do. Staff is excellent.

the rooms were very spacious, the bed was so cozy that you felt right at home. the housekeeping staff was great as well

katie at the front was always amazing & always had a great attitude even early in the am which is hard for most people. they had pots and pans & anything else you needed on hand

We stayed here to go to the street fair. The room was really good but there was a very bad smell in the hallway the whole time, luckily not in the room. Front desk people were great, very friendly

Very friendly vibe at hotel and excellent walkable location to downtown Carlsbad Had to request basic cutlery, plates etc for kitchenette but staff was happy to accommodate.

I found my stay more than satisfactory for me or a family. Close to the activities in Carlsbad Village, yet a fair price.

Even with a sound machine on, the sound of clanking doors gave me a headache and I couldn't sleep. So just don't get a room by a door that people will be going in and out at all times

The sanitation and environment are all good, there is a swimming pool, vending machines at the front desk. It is not far from the beach.

The front desk was super friendly. My issue was the location of our room. It was right next to the door leading outside to the pool. So all I heard all morning and night was that door clanking shut

We were across the hall from the laundry room, which got bonus points for convenience Holiday Inn has always been a predictable experience, and this was no different

My husband and I went to see a show and was given wonderful directions and the breakfast was great too the waffle syrup but it’s nice clean. They have every yogurt, the bagels, etc

The people at the front desk, specifically Mark, really go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly and your stay is comfortable, I would absolutely come here again, clean beds, hot water and a great staff

Breakfast waffles were good, but i saw a black guest and her son. Take and make 9 waffles using all the batter and coughing up a storm at cereal bar. Nasty jungle people.

the rooms overwhelmed you with the smell of pinesol. Location is convenient and in good safe area

They can order a few more items in the breakfast buffet
