Great place, clean and well kept grounds. A little more attention can be placed on pools, jaquzzi, service and towel availability .

Have stayed there at least 10 times in one bedroom condo. We love proximity to Coaster, restaurants, the beach boardwalk and the spacious grounds with water view. Its just perfect and friendly professional staff too.

I cannot say enough things about this resort from the valet team to front desk to room service GREAT. I WILL ONLY STAY AT OMNI RESORTS from now on. THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE YOU MADE OUR 40th ANNIVERSARY MEMORABLE ❤️

The environment is first-class, and the kitchen and living room are convenient, which is very suitable for friends and family gatherings. The tennis court and pickleball court are particularly standard and fun

Love to travel, we always stayed at Westin, always great experience. Booked the Omni resort and spa not knowing anything about it but liked reviews. Once we pulled into resort we were pleasantly surprised

This place is SPECTACULAR, FANTASY ISLANDfor those old enough to remember. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE THIS PLACE. GO to check in for SUNDAY and MONDAY my mistake I did not have reservations for SUNDAY

Overall it was good since it’s next to the park entrance. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. Room was not ready at 4pm, so the staff gave us some hotel credits to spend

Only a few rides were open for early park entry so the benefit was not as good as Legoland Japan. First morning, the breakfast had more than an hour wait

Note: they will slow down the Submarine ride so you can safely get on and off

We had a great stay at the Legoland hotel. It is such a magical place for kids. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and my kids liked the bunk beds. The included breakfast had plenty of options

Parking requires an extra fee, and there are issues with the parking permit integration with Ctrip; there are more cost-effective options nearby, so it's a matter of personal preference

Wonderful experience even at 71 yrs old! I Love LEGO and it was so much fun! Electric cart rental was reasonable @ $80/day and friendly team members every where. Food was good and fairly reasonable

We had a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was top-notch — friendly, professional, and always helpful. The food was delicious, whether we were lounging by the pool or hanging out at Topgolf

The service was impeccable! My family and I stayed for 3 nights for a little summer vacation away. The family/kids pool was perfect for my little ones. Beds were comfy, pillow was just ok (sorry) not the best

Our son had such a blast with the pools, slides, and Topgolf that we decided to extend our stay another day — totally worth it! This place really knows how to make you feel relaxed and taken care of

Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed in a poolside room with two king beds, which was perfect for our family

As soon as we arrived, the concierge was welcoming. The staff are polite and accommodating. This is rare – but since it is a five star hotel, I’m glad they live up to the standards

The pool is in the front of the Resort next to a very popular restaurant. It’s not very quiet and not relaxing to set at

A bit outdated and smells old, but right on the beach and in dt Carlsbad. Full calendar of activities. Free parking 👍

The room was clean, the vast majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my second stay at the Inn this year. I really enjoy the property and location. Two things could use improvement

The common areas of the hotel were wonderful. The fire pits and lounge areas outside were great. It obviously hadn't been updated in some time. The shower area seemed very old and showed lots of wear

 they have a beautiful green lawn that overlooks the ocean with lots of lounging chairs that is decently, quiet and relaxing. The elevator is slow and old, and I preferred to use the stairs

It was nice of them to have water and cookies in the lobby. Bring your own pool towel unless you want to dry off with a hand towel

Really nice staff, facility and location. Only disappointment was that the pool was closed.

I wouldn’t recommend upgrading. I stayed in a pool view king bedroom & my view was better than the ocean view. The walls were extremely thin and the first night we had to call in a noise complaint

The hotel is right on the beach, very beautiful! Unfortunately, it was foggy the day we arrived, so we couldn't see much of the sea view! The breakfast was nice, the kind you order, but it was included in the hotel room rate and was very good

Very nice room, had a minor plumbing issue, they moved us quickly to another room. Stay was great, staff checked in daily with us. The beach is across the street. The location was very close to downtown/ restaurants

We met lots of interesting people by the pool and everyone was friendly! The hotel location was perfect with the rocky cliffs leading to quiet, private beaches that aren’t packed

The front desk was inviting and answered all questions. The room was roomy, clean, arranged well, kitchenette had whatever you may need if used, Bathroom and shower clean. Towels smelled fresh, yep, we smelled them

Very nice place inside and out. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Great breakfast, free parking, very short drive to shopping and dining options. Will definitely stay there again when we're in town

We stayed here on the weekend of 17th-18th Feb when every hotel in San Diego was sold out. It really worked out well for us and we were most impressed with customer service we received at the hotel

Some other points : Pros : Nice clean rooms Quick Elevators Lots of Parking short drive to Flower Fields and Carlsbad Outlet Excellent Customer Service. Cons: Shower-head or shower pressure could be better

We had an amazing stay! Everyone on the staff was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We loved being able to check in early, and the continental breakfast was delicious

The room was super clean, and the hotel’s location was perfect—just a short drive to Legoland and the outlets. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Customer service was the best we have ever had at any hotel/resort we have stayed at. All staff from front desk to all the house keeping that helped us were so nice and friendly. Property and pool were also very clean

Our room was comfortable and had everything necessary. Nice view of the pool. My only complaint is that the floor in the room was dirty. I felt like I needed to keep my flip flips on.

I personally feel it's pretty good. I haven't stayed in other hotels in the United States. You just have to bring your own slippers and toothbrush. The bed is also American style. Everyone has different standards

The property is large and very lush so it feels like you’re somewhere else not at all near a mall. There’s also a direct connection with the Windmill Food Hall which is great for everyone

So many places say theirs is and it’s not but this one was very comfortable. Only downside is the beds are super hard. Feels like a box spring with a thin mattress pad over it

Such a great hotel for the price and location. You’re right across the street form the Carlsbad Outlets and the Flower Fields

Such a great stay for family’s, loved the upgraded suite, shuttle, movies by the pool, just a great time

Property was great for our family. I wish the pool was bigger or we were told at check in that we had access to the affiliate hotel next door. The bartender told us on our last day

I would recommend the Westin or Hilton, not this one. The spa is at the Westin… The water dispenser in the gym was broken. The pool slide was closed so we had to use the Hilton’s. Our coffee in our room was not refilled

We did get access to the Hilton’s pool but the key the hotel staff gave us didn’t work. So we just got a key from the Hilton staff. Someone else in another review said the walls seem paper thin and I have to agree

The coffee machine at the restaurant broke on our last day. There was construction going on during the day. Although not loud in the room, it was next to the pool and outdoor eating area so not relaxing

The property was beautifully landscaped inside and out, even construction apprear to be in the works. I do hope to return again, and stay right with this location.

Nice pools and separate adult and kid pools for those wanting to swim laps. Arcade for kids and a small play structure as well

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Was able to borrow sand toys to take the Beach and they had complimentary swim diapers available. My daughter loved the activities that are planned daily

I’ve lived next to it for my entire life and come here every summer to swim, always friendly staff and always clean grounds

We loved staying here so much. It was within walking distance to Legoland and had so many fun amenities for the kids.

Nice hotel with a kitchen that is fully equipped. The pools are nice and the gym is pretty good. The train can be loud but doesn’t run all night. Views are above the first floor so stay on an upper level

The staff in the lobby were attentive and Tram the concierge was very helpful with great information about local restaurants and spas that all offered discounts. My only nit was the furniture was a little dated and worn

The decision to book at Carlsbad Seapointe was great! There were four of us and we booked a 2-bedroom suite. It was spacious clean with a well-appointed kitchen. We walked to the beach which was just across the street

The stay was a Mother’s Day gift for my sister. The apartment was very clean and laid out nicely. We loved the short distance to beach. One thing to improve - the garage entry gate seems unstable and needs work

Sister's getaway weekend saved! This was a last minute booking because there was a power shutdown in the location where we had planned to have our sisters weekend get away

A very easy hop across the street to the beautiful beach. Pool and hot tub area was nice. Rooms are a little musty but that's expected near the coast & pool. So nice they had chaos to borrow

The pool is heated and the rec room has a very nice selection of dad's to rent

Everyone was super nice there, all staff members had a smile and always said good morning or have a goodnight…anything with manners they were on top of it let’s say! Our room didn’t have an ocean view but that’s ok it was 2 seconds to the beach with an easy crosswalk! The room was clean and ready for us when we got in, you can tell it’s an old building but they up keep it very well I’d say!

The hotel is directly across the street from the beach. This place is a little dated but hey, my family of four had a great time. Supposedly they are remodeling next year

Excellent view of the ocean. We were in a partial view room on the corner. No noise. Large room, nicely furnished. I will come back again.

Great for couples and families. Beach is across the street. Shops and restaurants are walking distance. Staff and housekeeping were great.

I have been staying at this location on all my visits to California since 2010. This has been the most pleasant due to the efforts of two individuals who went the extra mile

1) Art Haddock - the manager is a total professional. He is very easy to talk to and is extremely customer focused. I appreciated his efforts to make my stay pleasant and problem free

2) Vanessa (sorry - cannot recall last name) at the front desk is a very energetic and caring individual. She is also very approachable and is customer oriented

She has the potential to take on a management role since she is a self starter and anticipates customer needs and knows how to handle tricky situations

Thankful that we were given the refund for checking out early.

Very nice place. They had free coffee in the morning in the checkin area. Nice pool for amenities. Great location close to everything you need in Carlsbad.

Carlsbad reset We always have a good stay at Springhill Suites, awesome customer service and always next level clean. The roof top is one of the best features at the hotel

We had a good experience staying here. The only thing was the bathroom has a sliding door that is frosted

Underground parking is safe, clean and there’s plenty of it (two levels)

Ive been to other motel 6 in my time n honestly great customer service rooms are clean n cozy n comfortable. I think location is great! Everything is always clean. Ive come back 3 times here. Today is my 3rd time

It’s convenient, clean and cheap hotel, good place with commercial area. Equipped with fridge and microwave. 3 minutes away from Legoland, 2 mins away from Costco.

The thing that did it for me was that I found hair in one of the towels. I had to find a different place for the other 2 nights and I didn’t even bother asking for refunds

The room is ok, but it faces the highway, which is a bit noisy. The soundproofing is about 85 points. It is next to the highway and very convenient to find, with a gas station right outside.

Hotel is clean and in a great area for restaurants and things to do. Staff is excellent.

Even with a sound machine on, the sound of clanking doors gave me a headache and I couldn't sleep. So just don't get a room by a door that people will be going in and out at all times

The sanitation and environment are all good, there is a swimming pool, vending machines at the front desk. It is not far from the beach.

The front desk was super friendly. My issue was the location of our room. It was right next to the door leading outside to the pool. So all I heard all morning and night was that door clanking shut

We were across the hall from the laundry room, which got bonus points for convenience Holiday Inn has always been a predictable experience, and this was no different

We stayed here to go to the street fair. The room was really good but there was a very bad smell in the hallway the whole time, luckily not in the room. Front desk people were great, very friendly

katie at the front was always amazing & always had a great attitude even early in the am which is hard for most people. they had pots and pans & anything else you needed on hand

Great for construction workers and travelers. I have stayed at several Extended Stays this year and this one seems that a lot of trash in the lot and back of the hotel

My husband and I went to see a show and was given wonderful directions and the breakfast was great too the waffle syrup but it’s nice clean. They have every yogurt, the bagels, etc

The people at the front desk, specifically Mark, really go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly and your stay is comfortable, I would absolutely come here again, clean beds, hot water and a great staff

They can order a few more items in the breakfast buffet
