Amazing experience! I was luckily enough to enjoy the luxury and beauty of this resort and all of the experiences that came with it on a company work trip. From start to finish everything about this trip and stay at this resort more than met my expectations. Everything from the beautiful grounds and gorgeous upkeep of the resort, to the helpful and accommodating Omni staff - supporting our company with our work events and great service overall, to the shopping and dining and guest amenities, my experience couldn’t be more great! Our company is grateful to the Omni staff for everything that was put in to making our experience as amazing as it was. Everything from the table set ups and preparation, to the happy hour gatherings to our mandatory dinner and delicious buffet set up! I couldn’t be more happy with staying at this resort and the experience I had. This will be a trip and experience I never forget!

yes the breakfast was fresh. They just forgot to put the cheese on the omelette. Everything else was good.

The hotel has suffered some set backs in the 2 years since we’d last been there. The hotel was much dirtier. Especially in common areas like the pool and arcade. Service was overall not great. All the Valet staff is amazing! They give a great first impression. Our front desk check in was cold and unwelcoming, a pretty stark contrast. The folks in the market were also all really great. The restaurant was hot or miss. Had a terrible dinner in Vue our first night there. Service was abysmal and our salad was obviously not washed because there was sand in it. Had a great breakfast there the day we left. So maybe don’t go for dinner?

The kids loved the pool, slides and splash pads! Everything was clean and the restaurants on site were good. The rooms were nice and new, but several other areas could definitely use some updating. The staff was great!

Beautiful property and resort. Very helpful and friendly staff. Resort restaurant food is good but a bit pricey. I would stay here again and I would recommend to friends.

The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are spacious. We were there for New Year’s Eve and there was no availability for dinner. We couldn’t even use our free drink tickets. We tried ordering through the QR code and it was glitchy for hours and really hard to follow the website. We had to leave the grounds to find our own food. When we were finally able to use the QR code we ordered breakfast and the breakfast was terrible and incredibly overpriced. I think it was ordered through a third party. It was confusing and really inconvenient. Are the guests supposed to starve? Luckily we only stayed for one night because we were bored and hungry and were very disappointed. I thought it was a high end resort but I was wrong.

Sewage smell coming out of sink asked multiple times to have someone come up and they never sent anyone, hair in shower upon arrival. Honestly felt poorly run.

The service is always the best here. Stayed here for a golf getaway with my buddies and really enjoyed myself. Loved both courses; but the North is by far the better course.

The rooms have been updated and are amazing. Looking forward to my next visit.

It is one of the best Omni experiences we enjoyed after Mount Washington, NH and Bedford, PA. The resort was exceptionally beautiful and well kept and alive near the center plaza. We got a nice room overlooking it with plenty of space for our family. People were exceptionally nice - whether it was bar traza folks on when we went to order for kids, got stuck at the parking when hotel key said invalid property or the person who held the pool door open for us or the house keeping lady running to proactively ask me whether we need cleaning when we were opening the door or nice front desk young lady who found my watch, so many nice people, may be it is a Carlsbad thing! Christmas experience was great with a big tree in plaza and thanks for special gifts in Santa socks. Pools are great and has hot tub and kids' slides and water play area as nice bonus.

Many of the room features didn’t work, like the balcony light, Kurig machine. The furniture was very old and dinged up
