The front desk staff were very welcoming and even escorted me to the elevator. The gym was incredibly well-equipped with a great atmosphere, and the room was spotlessly clean.

Shout out to Saida at the front desk, she's so helpful and friendly, thank you so much for your help with the suitcases, Saida! I love the location, the space and its bottle saving initiative. Jazz nights are fun!

Well the hotel is clean, with good location
But the service team very basic, for example we checked in in 11:30 AM
The property check in is 3 PM , but the room was ready so they wanted extra 150$ for 3 hours, when all the stay is 200 for night, first time happening to me that the room is ready and for 2/3 hours they want an additional night cost
Also for cleaning the room I ask at 2 PM why it was not clean yet ? So they send someone (no sign was on the door)

Nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are great and the service friendly. Do consider the parking situation though - the only on-site parking is valet and costs $71.50 per night (as of July 2024)

Pros:
1. The bed is incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. It's the best welcome at night and the hardest goodbye in the morning.
2. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
3. The room walls are effectively soundproof? I didn't hear my neighbors at all, which was fantastic.
4. The location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, (Eggslut is just around the corner).
Cons:
1. There is a $32 daily destination fee that wasn't included in the booking or communicated at check-in. It's unclear what this fee covers, especially since amenities like water are only available in the hall and cleaning service was only requested every 3-4 days. I was only informed about this fee upon check-out, resulting in an unexpected additional charge of over $400.
My stay was good, but the hotel needs to improve communication and be transparent about additional fees (destination, gratuity etc).

Good location, the breakfast is ala carte. The bed is super comfy it swallows you and wont let you leave it! I love the bed! In-room vanity products are all Balmain.

Amazing service & hospitality! The guys running the place are so sweet. The arugula goat cheese salad was a much larger portion than I was expecting, which I was very appreciate of. Prices are totally reasonable & i will definitely be coming back. This is by far one of my favorite dinner spots in Beverly Hills.

I love Johnny rockets. The old Melrose store was much more consistent with the food. This store just can't seem to make a simple burger without making a mistake been back many times to try to get it right they keep failing. I think this store is a franchise the service level is not the same as the old store. I guess it's lounge burger then
