The hotel is located very close to Santa Monica Pier and to the beach . The rooms are big and clean and very easy to navigate around the scenic areas.

Hotel room is nice. Although I caught a bug in the room. I didn't really appreciate the concept of the destination tax but apparently it seems to be quite common amongst the hotels there.

The service was bad. I book 5 days 4 night and u would like an early check out . The hotel refused to help me and understand my situation and immediately rejected and hang up my phone when they did not understand me. Trip told me to check with hotel but the hotel refused.

Hotel is clean and new after renovation. Staff is friendly. It takes like 10-15 mins to walk from hotel to the beach. Yet, the air conditioner is not functioning well, it always becomes hot in the mid-night.

It's a 10-minute walk to Santa Monica Beach.But there's a lot of homelessness on the road. I can't get around late at night.
The hotel staff is very good. The man wearing glasses is a little cynical when checking in.
The room I reserved was the smallest and the lighting was very dark. Keep that in mind.
