Book with caution. After my flight was delayed & therefore causing me to miss my shuttle north I booked this hotel due to the 24 hour shuttle. When I arrived they asked what time I needed the shuttle back & I said 11. Came down at 11 & they said "the shuttle is 11:20". I had already booked my shuttle north at 11:40 which I couldn't change. Room smelled of musty/mold, there was constant noise so sleep was hard, & breakfast had some good hot options but overall was lacking of things like fruit & healthier choices.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. Always polite and never had a problem. This last time we checked in they asked us if we were parking in the parking lot. Well of course we did. They said they charge you extra to park.....we were confused, we paid for the room for the night plus we have to pay a 10 fee to park? It's not about the small fee its about the fact that they are charging an extra fee to park!

Clean updated rooms, front desk staff was all business, no hospitality. You have to fill out a huge form to park there, and then they charge you $10 to park. TV was not connected to the Internet, despite being a “Smart TV” entire downstairs and elevator smelled like weed.

As customer we shouldn't support businesses trying to sneak in extra cost.
They charge $10 for parking your vehicle at their lot for few hours.
What is next? Charging you for using the shower while staying here?
That alone tells you everything for their business.
I'm never staying here again.

Do not come here; this place is not worth the time. I used to be a frequent traveler here. The staff has only gotten worse, they let go the one person who knew what they are doing and now have people that lie to you acting like someone checks the parking lot for your parking tag, when it's just a way to make extra money. Don't bother paying the extra ten bucks, don't think the food you are getting is good it's all microwaved, the eggs aren't really everything has Mexican seasoning too it and the cereal is stale. I suggest staying with Hilton, which is by far a better deal, and Tru even has a fancy pancake maker that lets you make your own pancakes. Beware, they also have black mold growing in the building.

Front desks were nice and helping. Free parking and breakfast. I wish they provided drinking water and shower cap in the bath room.

The airport shuttle worked well so I went there comfortably. It was clean, the room was big, and it was on the first floor, which was great. I wanted to have breakfast, but it was a shame because it was a night flight.
