We left too early to enjoy their breakfast but place was very nice, comfortable beds, kitchen was a nice surprise. I will stay here again

Plumbing issues in room 325. Runny Loud faucet all night. Had to plunge the toilet. No maintenance on site I believe. Elevator gave creepy vibes. Like it wasn’t going to work

My stay was mostly good.
The property is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are nicely set up with large TVs and a comfortable layout.
However, during my stay, the toilet in my first room started leaking badly — the bathroom floor nearly flooded within minutes. The staff moved us to another room quickly, but it was noticeably smaller and cheaper than the one we had booked. Unfortunately, we weren’t compensated for the price difference or offered a free night, even after requesting one. We ended up having to pay full price again for another night in a dufferent room like the one we originally had.
Overall, a nice property with great staff, but the way the room issue was handled was disappointing.

Everything was good! Except the service at the breakfast area. The woman at the buffet was so unkind.

The two ladies I dealt at the desk were very rude. I checked in at 3 on Wednesday and was told even though I paid online and had an itinerary to show I still needed to pay in person. She told me I couldn’t get receipt until check out. Upon check out at 8am the next lady told me she couldn’t print me a receipt after I tried to explain that I was charged twice she told me to do what I needed to do. There was a gentleman there at night that was friendly and helpful. While he was there I was able to get assistance without looking for someone at the desk, he was the only one ever standing at the desk. Any other time house keeping has to find someone or I has to knock on the office door.

Bathroom had no grab bars anywhere making the tub/shower very unsafe. Floors were dirty as I found after walking in my white socks. Would be ok at half the price.

I stayed here for 4 nights. I asked for housekeeping 2 days in a row and both times my room was not serviced, I also had to keep asking for towels and take out my garbage. I’m not sure what almost $900 pays for but it definitely wasn’t basic services. Will not return

The hotel was pretty clean itself, except the bathroom. It looked a little dirty and rundown. the staff The first night was pretty friendly The rest of the days The staff wouldn’t even smile, or acknowledges as we walk by which is OK. But I would prefer a more friendly atmosphere. I also like that there was Tesla chargers in the parking lot.

I received a confirmation I thought that it was already paid. When my family went there, the customer service said they need to pay. It was embarrassing. I sent somebody to pay with my card since I was sick. but they refused to take it coz they want the guest to pay for it herself. It was disappointing.
Trip.com customer service, promised to call me back to settle this issue, but I never heard back from anybody. I end up cancelling this booking.

The room is very good, has a kitchen and is fully equipped with everything. Airport transfer is convenient. Breakfast was very rich. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is really convenient if you are transiting.
