Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast had a good variety. Plenty of room for our standard poodle. Highly recommend for families traveling with pets.

Great friendly staff,very good breakfast,beds were kinda firm for our taste but the the room was so weird.bathroomopened next to side of the bed and tv was off to the side,and seemed more like a solo buisness trip kinda room,not a 3 day couple visiting family room.again awesome staff.

Somewhat upscale, with extended stay and ADA-friendly suites, all with kitchenettes. The “sofa bed”, however, is a short-backed sofa that flips into a double-bed-sized flat surface you can lay some sheets and blankets on, but it is not a mattress and is not comfortable as a bed or sofa. The breakfast offerings were varied and good, including two pans of hot dishes. BBQ grills and tables outside are available for use. Lots of kids’ sports teams stay here, so be prepared for lots of kids in the breakfast area. Our corner two-bedroom suite was quiet though. Three TVs available. Nice stay, but pricey at around $250 a night in the busy summer, plus you pay $16 a night on top of that for parking. Exercise room and pool are nice. Managers at service desk were helpful in arranging an extra cleaning when my immunosuppressed husband got home from the hospital,

We stayed here for a full week. Hotel was clean, room spacious. The kitchen with dishes and silverware was appreciated but we didn’t use it. Hot buffet breakfast was served every day and the menu changed slightly each day. Gym was small and minimalist but OK. I would ask for firmer pillows but otherwise no other issues. Location is convenient to the airport and Anschutz Medical Campus, but not much food available within walking distance. Overall a pleasant mid priced hotel that we would stay at again.

They charge for parking!
The rooms are fine, but what p1ssed me off was that they charge extra for parking, which wasn't mentioned anywhere when I booked. This isn't a downtown hotel with a parking garage or anything - there's absolutely no reason they need to charge for parking here. It's a total money grab.

Service sucks people suck food sucked. If u can't handle customer service maybe you should try a different line of work. I'll deal with alot I get it's not easy dealing with people, but 30 mins waiting on my order to be right, I'll just take my money and go somewhere else cause this is unacceptable.

This is the worst BK location. They ALWAYS make every single car pull forward, so it's a mess to begin with, then they walk from car to car while your order gets cold trying to find out who's food goes where... Why on earth can't you get your food at the window like every other fast food joint?! Plus food is only hot about half the time...

Normally I don't submit reviews but this incident is inexcusable. Went to this location today for lunch (around 4:10pm) and it was rather busy. As I'm walking in, I hold the door for another older man & what looked like his daughter. As I get in line, I notice this man, no uniform, no affiliation with BK at all, go into the kitchen and start handling food WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. Another female customer approached the counter & asked where this man had come from. I told her he walked in behind me & went straight to the kitchen. I left this establishment and will NOT be returning. Apparently anyone can just walk in and start making your food...

Visits (dine-in and take-outs) to this branch, all satisfactory. The "Whopper" is my favorite amongst fast food chain burgers. Quick, fast service. Hope they maintain upkeep after recent remodel.
