Staff was pleasant. Room was clean .. basic. Good for the price. Not noisy. Good location for our events.

There is no complimentary breakfast. Please add that to your description. Breakfast is available for a fee.

Staff. Front desk said I couldn't renew another day because she couldn't find my reservation on time which I made a half hour prior to check out she's being very rude and unprofessional

The front end woman was rude. We were told if we didn't like something we didnt have to stay!! Rooms were not great very big room tiny ass bathroom where the toilet runs all the time. I'll never stay again for the simple fact of dont stay if you don't like it. That is NOT a proper response in the hotel business.

My room was smoky, and there was no housekeeping over a three-night stay. I forgot a valuable item in my room, called the desk within a couple hours of checking out, was promised a callback (either way), and haven’t heard from anyone since. Two stars.

staff was nice, location was perfect for our concert at Grizzly Rose and bed was comfy, room outdated and worn but clean

This place is way past its prime and only writing that because there are 4 meeting rooms for conferences. Sketchy location, dirty hallways, an outside door that stayed propped open with a rock because the key wouldn’t open it, disgusting room with hair in the bed and the bathroom, and didn’t know about the free breakfast but there wasn’t one. Only stayed here to go to a show at Grizzly Rose. Two women were complaining about their room when we checked in and the fact they couldn’t get a refund.

Trashy room. Bad paint. Trim damaged. Toilet constantly running. Don't let the lobby fool you. This wasn't worth the price. I'd definitely pay $50.00 more

the hotel is a bit run down but the rooms was nice and big, Pergo flooring which is way preferred over carpet, comfy king bed….other reviews are true, you get what you pay for…..but great hotel for the price when you factor in you’re 2 miles away from downtown Denver and all the attractions, at a price under $100.

Run down old Radisson hotel that’s been renovating for years now. Majority of the rooms aren’t even available. What little staff they have are not pleasant or accommodating at all. Called the front desk because very loud construction was going on at 9 am on a Sunday morning and they told me to piss off pretty much. Cheap and inhospitable overall

Room was very clean and in a really good location. I lined the part where you pay w/card-＞ NO DEPOSIT!!! :3
