Staff was courteous however, the restaurant and bar closed early. The pillows were to small and the mattress to firm. Other Ritz properties have different bedding.

We broke up our family vacation on the way to the mountains in order to stay at our favorite Ritz Carlton! Just a dab of luxury in the midst of down-home family time puts a skip in our step and eases tensions and stress.

The hotel is generally outdated, pillows and linens are in dire need of an upgrade. Spa and hotel staff were good, but restaurant and bar staff were rude and unaccommodating.

Room was not ready on time. They did upgrade us but the room’s bathroom was so dark we could not see. They then brought in a floor lamp for the bathroom. Someone signed for our Amazon package delivered to front desk but they couldn’t find it and never offered to reimburse us.

The hotel is too old. The room smells of decay. The recreation center closes at 5 o'clock. There is no scenery, no swimming pool, and basically no entertainment facilities.

Service was very kind and nice
There was mold in the bathroom shower, large tear in the rug and the furniture needs updating. Room service was average but everyone from front desk, valet and bell person was very good.

Overall very nice
Wonderful hotel , received 2 free welcome drinks . The hallway outside of our however , was under construction- looked like it had flooded . Was disappointed with that .

really good meal and fine dinning. it was our anniversary so they put flowers on the table and gave us a dessert. as with many upscale places you pay for the setting and location, not just the price of the meal. I just don't see how a 8oz filet by itself is 45$ plus $10 for each side. none the less it's a place for special occasions!!

Excellent food and the service was amazing. We were celebrating a family members birthday, the manager, Rob Miller, stopped by our table to ensure we were receiving superior service that helped make this evening special. Our food was cooked to perfection and dessert was wonderful! I highly recommend the Lamb Chop Fondu with the Pretzel Breadsticks for a starter! Their wine selection is wonderful and extensive.

Our family had an awesome experience last week at Elway's. My brother ordered the Wagyu steak and it was cooked perfectly. The valet employees were top notch and noticed the details. Our daughter was asking us if we had grabbed a toothpick on the way out and one of the valets heard her and went in to get her one. They pay attention to the little things and the service throughout our evening was exceptional!

I was extremely disappointed in the service we received. We had a reservation for 6 people at 11:45am 12/20/17. We were promptly sat. Water was delivered quickly. Drink orders were taken and quickly brought to the table. And then things went downhill.

It took another 10 minutes for the waiter to come back to the table to get the food order. All 6 of us ordered sandwiches from the lunch menu, no special preparations or crazy requests. The food did not come out for 45 minutes. When the food did come out, the plates were placed in front of the wrong people. This is not the level of service you expect at a high class restaurant, which I thought Elway's was. One plate was not brought out, and when we pointed it out to the staff, they tried to take MY plate and put it in front of the person who didn't have food (she was explaining to the staff that we ordered the same thing). I ordered the lobster BLT, and the kitchen forgot to put tomatoes on it. The sandwich was mediocre at best and I wouldn't order it again.

The waiter did not ever come to check on how the food was (in fact we hadn't seen him since he took the orders). We had to flag him down to get the check, another 45 minutes after we had all finished our food. Empty plates sat on the table in front of us for 10-15 minutes. Drinks were not refilled.

This was a lunch service on a Wednesday. The restaurant was busy, but not full. There were a TON of staff members running around, and we were sat in the middle of the restaurant. I have no idea why we weren't given the slightest amount of attention. I have no interest in ever going back to this restaurant again.

Service at the bar was great. I ordered breakfast but asked how the chops taste and the bartender stated it was delicious. After I finished eating the breakfast I ordered, the bartender delivered the chops I asked about...a free sample! That was awesome and the chops where great too.

With less than 3 people in the cafe and 3 baristas, it took about 5 min to get a simple brew of the day. The baristas were bickering with eachother the entire time very loudly which could be heard through the vicinity. Not that Starbucks should be an extremely relaxing place but the employees seemed to be very unprofessional with eachother.

Super busy spot but the baristas are fast and good at their job. If you don't mind waiting in line, it's a good spot to go to. Alternatively there is another Starbucks kitty corner to this one that is never too busy and also serves you well.

For all the Starbucks in the area, this specific one seems to persist in baristas that are rude and lacking in the decency to acknowledge people when asking a change to the way your coffee is made after being charged. I work at McDonalds, so I understand being frustrated at work, but it seems to me they are just rude for seemingly no reason. I don't recommend this specific Starbucks to anyone. There are plenty in the area, avoid this one if you can.

Came for happy hour, was not disappointed. The service was quick. Got two beers and a delicious pepperoni pizza for $14 , can't beat that. Would definitely come again to try the 3/4 burger.

I went here today for lunch and I loved it! The Kolch beer was super delicious, light and refreshing! I would recommend the bbq chicken chopped salad if you're looking to order a salad! Also, the onion rings are really good as well. If you're in downtown and looking for a brewery that has a cool vibe and isn't expensive, be sure to check this place out.

great place for lunch. very popular place to bring co workers. has a large patio area to sit at during summer. extremely busy most of the time. food is good for the price but the beer is awesome
