Courtyard Denver Central Park in Denver

The hotel itself is wonderful — beautiful, clean, and very quiet. The staff were friendly, and everything inside felt safe and well cared for. There’s even a lovely enclosed courtyard that you can only access from inside the hotel, which makes it a great, secure spot for kids to play outside. However, the neighborhood surrounding the hotel did make me a bit uneasy. There’s a homeless housing facility directly across the street, and there are quite a few people in the area throughout the day. If I had been traveling with my husband, it wouldn’t have bothered me as much, but since it was just me and my youngest daughter, I felt a little uncomfortable when we were coming and going. Overall, it’s a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, but travelers — especially women or families traveling alone — may want to be aware of the surroundings.

The location was not the best. Nothing walking distance plus you wouldn’t want to go walking as there are numerous unhomed around the area.

Really nice hotel in a sorta sketchy area. Loved my stay and they had security on site. Recommended for sure!
