Renaissance Denver Hotel & Conference Center in Denver

Pros: Great location, staff was friendly and professional. Fresh fruit-infused water in the lobby. Lots of comfy seating and outlets. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was good temperature. Safety was great since you have to have a room key card to access any floor in the elevators. Gym was easy to use and clean, lots of machine options.

Cons: the pool could’ve used more frequent skimming of the top (bugs, leaves, etc), right outside the elevator smells like feet.
The open concept/layout, while giving a great view down to the lobby, means you can hear all the noise/conversation from your room. Wish they had given an option to have a quiet section for those who go to bed early to not have to hear everything into the night.

there is a staff member who smokes right by the entrance every day, so we had to rush through with our baby.

Right next to an Avis/Budget so very easy to rent a car if you need it!

My husband and I were serviced by Victor. He was very informative about things to do in Colorado and helpful with getting us check into our rooms! The breakfast was average continental and the game room and gym was pretty nice. The beds could afford to be more comfortable but it was doable. Overall, we would definitely book again.

Pilot here for a major airlines. Stayed here a week for training event. From the moment of check-in and throughout the entire stay, this Renaissance was extremely pleasant. Customer service is above and beyond. Missed a shuttle to the training center once and was late front desk staff Mr. Victor was quick to provide assistance and gave me a ride himself. Room are very well kept and clean. Entire teams is amazing. Highly recommend this place 👌.

We’ve absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the hotel itself has such an open, airy design that instantly feels relaxing. The Skyhawk Lounge is our new favorite spot—it has such a cool vibe. We were upgraded to a top-floor room with stunning views, which made the experience even more special. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The beds and bedding are incredibly comfortable—some of the best sleep we’ve had in a hotel. Overall, the atmosphere is fantastic, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both comfort and style!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance Denver. The guest services was friendly, the hotel was clean and well decorated. Honestly the thoughtful art and decoration really set this place apart from other hotels. It felt like a giant scrapbook of travels and whoever they hired to decorate the space put a lot of thought, time, attention to detail and love into the job. My room has these little paper looking airplanes flying across the ceiling and I think that is a thoughtful touch to incorporate art into the space like that. I was on the 9th floor and over looked the city from a balcony. It was a awesome view of the sunrise every morning. We had breakfast to the buffet and it was delicious! Nothing fancy but it was clean, tasty, fresh, and well stocked. I can't complain about anything except the area of town it was in, however the hotel is set up like a small fortress!! I felt safe and knew my car was safe because I paid for onsite parking. They had wonderful security and we had no issues during the 4 days we were in town. It's close to everything and lots of shops walking distance. Id definitely stay there again and you really can't beat the price for all they offer.

My husband and there were on a quick in and out, a one night stay. We made it to the hotel hours before check-in time and while we did have to wait, Glenda did her absolute best to get us in a room as soon as possible. She was super accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. She always had a warm and welcoming smile on her face and it was much appreciated. We went to the bar area that evening and had a great pizza and local beers recommended to us by William. William was phenomenal and gave us great service. We enjoyed his enthusiasm. Overall, great stay! Thank you Double Tree Team!

I LOVE THIS SHELTER! So accommodating to the urban campers taking over Colorado. I was able to do all my Fent and Crystal here in the comforts of my tax paid room!! Probably the best investment our FANTASTIC governor purchased. I love this and the Embassy Suites off Hampden! Tons of great liquor stores near by you can just take bottles from too!!! HIGH-LY RECOMMEND
