Reviews
2) The room was old and didn't look like the official photos at all. The cleanliness was terrible; there was leftover food in the refrigerator, hair in the bathtub, a broken bedside lamp bulb that wasn't replaced, and the digital clock was inaccurate. The previous guest had even set an alarm that woke us up in the middle of the night—these are all things room service staff should do, but they didn't. When we encountered them in the hallway, they had stern faces and looked unapproachable.
3) It's close to the cruise terminal, making it very convenient to catch a cruise. The open-plan building design is quite unique.
Shower water pressure not strong at all
Air conditioning ventilation water dripping whole day.
Ventilation fan in the toilet too loud and very noisy.
Three lifts are broken. Only two were working

Service was Excellent! All Smiles and Very Helpful!
Thanks for the Great Experience!!!
I Will be Coming Back!
We got Avocado toast, Sweet fries, Coconut burger, & Udon noodle bowl. The burger was delicious!! The noodles were incredibly filling. I thought it was going to be a light dish -- it was SUPER filling. Delicious either way. We finished our meal with a cold brew and a cookie. They served us some french vanilla creamer on the side that was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Could have drank it as a dessert or dipped our cookie in it.
The staff are always friendly and accommodating.
I also ordered the Nachos, and they had a sort of 'stale' consistency. I'm not sure if that's due to how they're baked/cooked, or if they were a bit old. Edible, and I'm not the type to turn food back to the kitchen, but definitely can get better and cheaper at even a place like Taco Bell :/
Gave 2 stars as drinks are cheap and atmosphere is okay...just not good service.
Server got caught up with her other parties before acknowledging me...
Waited a long time for second drink because she was preoccupied with other two tables...
Twenty-five years in the business opens my eyes to everything around me...
The food was great and on time...
The atmosphere is always good...
Too bad the server had to be so-so...
Left her a decent tip though...
Outback, you made my day.
Ordered my steak 12oz medium rare. It was awesome. We had the shrimps unlimited as well. Brilliant.
Definitely coming back!
Both were delicious even the steak, which I normally don't care for. Bryan was our server and he was beyond fantastic. He was definetely on top of it. All the staff were friendly.
Came back tonight and our meals were really good again and Brandon gave us great service and was very patient! Thank you!

Well, I gave it another try because it's about the only one around that sells Ipswich clams, and that's what I got, a whole pint! they were...better then nothing, and tough (like chewing leather), over cooked!
---------This place does not know how to cook sea food, period.---------
Service was also terrible, we asked for more tarter sauce so she brought us 1, asked for some lime, brought us 1 little cup with 2 small slices. we had to keep asking her over and over for more condiments. I mean, I had a huge pile of clams and my mother had clams and oysters. WE NEED TARTER SAUCE AND LIME please! Although, she was cheery.
A much better seafood restaurant is the "New England Eatery", it's way up around Melbourne though.
