1) Both front desk staff were great! 👍
2) The room was old and didn't look like the official photos at all. The cleanliness was terrible; there was leftover food in the refrigerator, hair in the bathtub, a broken bedside lamp bulb that wasn't replaced, and the digital clock was inaccurate. The previous guest had even set an alarm that woke us up in the middle of the night—these are all things room service staff should do, but they didn't. When we encountered them in the hallway, they had stern faces and looked unapproachable.
3) It's close to the cruise terminal, making it very convenient to catch a cruise. The open-plan building design is quite unique.

The service is good. The Hilton digital key didn't work. The front deck just gave me two regular card keys and never tried to fix the digital key issue.

Close to cruise port and good customer service. The hotel rooms are very dated and need a face lift especially at 425.00 a night

Except that it's not on the beach, everything else is pretty good. The breakfast is rich, the environment is elegant and atmospheric, the parking is convenient, and the room is big.

Love this place. We stayed here before our Carribean cruise and it was great. Happy our for guests in the lounge and free breakfast and really good. Staff is all very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here while in Fort Lauderdale

Room was pleasant facing east. Morning sunshine on balcony and into bedroom. Bathroom opens directly into bedroom so might disturb partner. Housekeeping was a little off. Used towels needed to be on floor to be replaced, no note on that. Good breakfast buffet but did get very crowded and difficult to find table. Pleasant 7 day free drinks and snacks early evening. Used valet, they were helpful and worth the $3 extra. Nice pool.

Just ate here for the first time. I'm from out of town and I will definitely make sure to come back here when I travel through! Food was amazing and well detailed and picture perfect, and staff was super friendly. Definitely makes becoming vegan or vegetarian so much more delicious!

This place is so yummy! The portions were perfectly filling! Even non-vegans will enjoy what they order.
We got Avocado toast, Sweet fries, Coconut burger, & Udon noodle bowl. The burger was delicious!! The noodles were incredibly filling. I thought it was going to be a light dish -- it was SUPER filling. Delicious either way. We finished our meal with a cold brew and a cookie. They served us some french vanilla creamer on the side that was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Could have drank it as a dessert or dipped our cookie in it.

My sis wanted to go to this place. Very good place. The PROBLEM is, there is NO WARNING on your burgers that THEY COULD CONTAIN SOME NUTS. Me and my sis ARE ALLERGIC TO ALL KINDS OF NUTS. A WARNING MUST ALWAYS BE PLACED FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE ALLERGIC TO THINGS LIKE NUTS. A SIMPLE WARNING COULD HAVE HELPED, OTHERWISE ME AND MY SIS WOULD NOT BE ITCHING OUR MOUTHS OUT.

This place is good but will be super busy during normal eating times. The staff is typically friendly, everything is made fresh so you will wait a little longer for your food. I only gave this place a 4 stars because it seems like almost every time I go in there they are out of the dish I go in for, the price you pay for fresh food. They also have a different menu on Sundays that was quite limited. Unless they have changed there smoothies bar closes earlier then the kitchen which means no milkshakes after a certain time.

Decided to have lunch at this location. Ordered wings with fries and washed it down with a couple of ice cold modelo's. Cant remember the bartenders name, but she was certainly quick and efficient. The wings were great! Couldn't ask for more than that.

Excellent location with plenty of parking. True to name, there's a huge TV just about anywhere you sit. Large bar accommodates big crowds. Friendly service and nice restrooms sum it up. Lunch menu could use an update. Most dishes pack enough flavors to satisfy. VIP card is a fun bonus saving you money if you visit frequently.

Today, I had my first bad meal. My friend Gail & I go every Friday for lunch every week. They've got great lunch special's. We will go next Friday. However I will order something different. My roast beef sandwich had very little meat. Gail's rueben was great.

Drinks are cheap. But service can be pretty slow. Or very slow. I'm guessing shift change happens at 9pm, just sat for 30 minutes trying to flag any employees to get a refill and check. Had honest conversation with my friend about just walking out as we were being completely ignored (we didn't). Table was next to the bar in a high traffic area, not a single glance from the manager or anyone else after 9. I'd say this is an exception, but I've seen a few times that once food is ordered and arrives, servers disappear into the void.
I also ordered the Nachos, and they had a sort of 'stale' consistency. I'm not sure if that's due to how they're baked/cooked, or if they were a bit old. Edible, and I'm not the type to turn food back to the kitchen, but definitely can get better and cheaper at even a place like Taco Bell :/

Seated right away even though there was no greeting by hostess...
Server got caught up with her other parties before acknowledging me...
Waited a long time for second drink because she was preoccupied with other two tables...
Twenty-five years in the business opens my eyes to everything around me...

First and foremost, I am not a burger type of person, but this Louisiana Burger was AMAZING not to mention the SWEET POTATO FRIES were the BEST fries I’ve had in EVER!!!!! I highly recommend this place, and WILTON(employee), was very friendly and informative about the menu. I’ll definitely come back.

Excellent burgers, done to your taste. There are a variety of styles for you to pick from, all cooked to order. Order & seat yourself, no table services, but they'll bring you your burgers and condiments. Unique eateries like Gilbert's are rare & few in between now a days so treat yourself and order a Cajun burger. You can hardly go wrong.

Really enjoyed our meal. The specials are different every night and always wonderful. Great pizza, salads, and pasta dishes are what we have. Also our favorite are the mussels for a start. They have a lot of other options as well. I would be remiss if I did not also talk about the service. They are so accommodating and always a great attitude. Ron and John make us feel so appreciated.

4 stars because our waiter wasn't that great. Food was pretty good. Cooked well. Waiter did not understand us sometimes and vice versa. Granted, we had 13 people so I could imagine it would be difficult. Should've had 2 servers.

Outback is my fav restaurant of all, but this particular location was TOP NOTCH! A step above the others! The bread came really nice & warm with soft butter, the blooming onion was cooked perfectly crisp. not soggy nor greasy on the bottom. The petals came off 1 or 2 at a time. The House salad was the freshest lettuce and cut veggies Ive ever had. And my sirloin steak came out really hot, cooked to perfection; seasoned excellent, juice but cooked well and cut so easily! And the baked potato was freshly baked, Ive had some in the past that come out dark inside and this one was fresh out of the oven. To top it off the waitress was tentative to all my needs and the manager came by to follow up and make sure everything was good.

My husband and I shared an entree (6 oz sirloin)and appetizer (wood grilled shrimp)
Both were delicious even the steak, which I normally don't care for. Bryan was our server and he was beyond fantastic. He was definetely on top of it. All the staff were friendly.

Today, we had one of the best meals at this location! Everything was perfect, and Courtney was excellent!

Great deals on New England seafood. If you want the best deal in South Florida on Maine Lobster their twice weekly special can't be beat. Great chowder. Clams needed a proper soaking -full of sand. Skip the crabcakes. Doughball not much crab.

This place rocks! Definitely worth visiting if you're in Fort Lauderdale and looking for the best clam chowder south of Boston. Great staff and fun atmosphere, dining room is a little small but wait if you have to it's worth it!

If you're a fan of New England seafood, you need to try this place! Their lobster and stone crab is amazing, their lobster bisque and clam chowder is the best, and I highly recommend you check out their Sunday brunch which is also terrific! They even have great burgers if you aren't a fan of seafood. I'll be going back there tonight!

Fried clams were not bad but I made the mistake of ordering the lobster too, I'M FROM NORTHERN MAINE, I know about lobster, they cooked it WAY too long (15 min) and it was like eating tough rubber! I guess that's the way they do em all there. Anyway, the lobster was terrible! Worst I've ever had! If I go back, just will get the clam

I don't like clam chowder but this one is so good I like it now. Excellent lobster bisque too. Not on the menu but had the Connecticut style fried lobster roll as recommended by a local and it was delicious. We will definitely be back here soon.
