Pros:
Friendly staff throughout. Very clean rooms. Great for quick stays.
Cons:
Not many food options near by. Have to drive to get to them. Hotel is un-assuming (every one of my Uber drivers missed the entrance). The view from the street facing rooms is of the metro train. The restaurant is strictly breakfast only and the food quality is sub-par. The pool is broken as it has timed tub jets that don't operate.

The room was nice however the staff at front desk were not so friendly. They definitely could use some customer service skills training. The pool was very small and Ice cold.

The rooms were big. Staff was limited so had to go down to the front desk for additional towels, but that wasn't any big deal. Breakfast was good with variety. We could sit in the lobby until our rooms were ready.

Everything was ok. Probably will not stay here again. The breakfast was horrible, honestly the worst breakfast ive ever had at a homewood, which is a big reason why we stay at these properties. Conversing with valet or housekeeping was difficult as they were spanish speaking only. Valet personnel were very though, but it was housekeeping that seemed very annoyed I did not understand her when she spoke to me in spanish. I am learning but I cannot understand quick speaking thats mumbled. Valet in itself was expensive and was not on the listing that this hotel is valet only. It was very difficult to even find how to enter the hotel. Cleanliness was ok. Not disgusting but not really very clean either. I liked the location of the hotel. Staff was pretty respondent and quick when something was needed and the housekeeping staff who brought them were very nice.

The hotel charged us for the reservation even though we payed ******* for the reservation. Did not notice until now. Contacted them and they been no help.

It’s clean. A space like this in Miami is very large. It’s the same as what you can see in the pictures. It matches the actual situation!
There is breakfast and a gym downstairs. It is very convenient. It is very close to the city center. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. It is just downstairs.

The room is large, the price is very high, and the service is also very good. It is very close to the Downtown, but the surrounding environment is slightly lacking.

Stayed for a week for medical consultation at Jackson Memorial Transpalnt Institute. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Morning breakfast and evening social was great!! We will stay here again!! Easy access to downtown and lots of shops just a stone's throw from the hotel. Thank you so much!!

One week ago I ordered a platter for takeout that was missing an item when I got home. I called and was told to claim it next time I go. Today (one week later) I went for takeout and they said they had no record of it and would do nothing. I guess having a satisfied customer is not important to them... so from now on I'll just go to Maroosh instead!

Not too expensive, lots of options on the menu. Great food. Takes a little while to get your food but it's worth it.

I ordered vegetable lo mein and there were literally 3 matchstick carrots in it. I specifically asked for extra vegetables to be added but clearly that didn't help. The noodles tasted good though.

Horrible. Ordered General Tso's, it was dry, over cooked, and almost no sauce, so that made it extra dry. I'm only posting this because their prices are higher than comparable restaurants, so I assumed quality would be slightly better. Horrible. Who screws up General Tso's?
