Best experience I have had at a hotel. Left a cruise, left my wallet in a taxi . I was lost. Did not have the taxi name or number. A bellhop suggested that I call security. Received taxi number and also their phone # . I am ever so grateful , the food and staff were outstanding . Edward who worked the pool was exceptional.

100% would recommmend, staff is super friendly, valet staff was so attentive, beach amenities were so convenient. We chose this place as a weekend staycation and it was so relaxing that we didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING, the hotel had everything covered.

Spent a week here with my husband. We liked it. The staff were pleasant, we never waited long for our car, services or chairs on the beach. The view from our room was spectacular. This time I attended a ********* business meeting held here. The location is very good and you can walk to the Marriott next to it. It has its own beach with 2 beach chairs provided every day. The hotel has its own bar where you can have a few drinks.

Enjoyed our stay, clean, good food and serve was excellent.

The hotel was nice. The lobby, pool and beach area are very nice. However, I expected the rooms to be just as nice but the rooms are outdated. There weren’t any dresser draws to put clothes away and the food and drinks are expensive.

The hotel is very clean and located in a good area. Love the easy access to the beach. The front staff are fantastic. The only downfall in my opinion is I would have liked more variety in the restaurant options, if you don’t like Mexican you are very limited. The breakfast was very good. This was a very nice hotel with many nice amenities. My biggest issue is that there was only valet parking which they charged you 60 dollars a night plus tax bringing up the overall cost of the stay. This left us with a bitter taste as we were leaving.

We had stayed at an overly expensive resort in Florida Keys but stayed here at The Westin one night before flying home because location was near airport and honestly it was nicer in this room than the resort… even better water bottles and Starbuck coffee! I wish we had time to try pool but we were happy with easy check in and parking and nice smell and look of hotel!

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. The location was good for us, as we were coming for an event, if you have a car, there will be no problems with the road. The beach is a 15-minute drive away. The rooms are excellent, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is around $30 per person, there are fruits, pastries, omelets, fish.

The price is moderate for 2300 yuan, but it is generally OK. It should be under 2000 yuan in the off-season. The swimming pool is nice. The hygiene is good. The shampoo bottle was broken when I checked in. I told the waiter and he replaced it in time.

My wife and I stayed at this Ritz-Carlton for our first trip to Florida. To say it was outstanding is an understatement. The hotel, staff, room, service, and included/surrounding amenities are excellent. This hotel is clean and nice, but the $25 charge to check in 15 mins early seems extreme. The parking cost is also very high considering the price for the room is already high.

I think the restaurant prices were high and I had booked a room with ocean and intercostal view but when i checked in they said they upgraded me but i could only see a little of the ocean and none of the intercostal so i am not for sure if it was really an up grade

Not bad, there is hot water. It’s not easy to find hot water in hotel lobbies in the United States. Overall it's okay, relatively clean and the location is relatively convenient. The bed is not that soft either

Our overall trip was great. Jasmine helped us through the time that we arrived in we left. We decided to pay the extra money to check in early and stay late. It was well worth it. We loved the Jacuzzi. It was perfect. No one in there at all. We love the restaurant Village Café next-door had great food. Staff was very friendly. We had trouble with our door key the first day and they wound up having to change the lock itself. Apparently it was a known problem. Just not sure why they didn't change it between guest stays. Otherwise the stay was pleasant. They do need to put the do not disturbs signs in the room so we dont have to ask at the desk

Door lock had been broken and room did not feel secure. HUGE amount of mold inside PTAC. No one had cleaned or maintained these for years. The room itself was clean except for a large stain on the cheap sofa. Bed was great, toiletries OK. Decent mid-range stay, but the price for value was a little tough to justify. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The motel itself was nice, nothing fancy with basic amenities. Really enjoyed the proximity of beach & dining. My main complaint is no blackout curtains... extremely bright first thing in the morning. Other small complaint was the cleaning solution used to clean rooms was too strong & overpowering... I had to open all the windows to help get some of the smell out

The ac had to be on 64 to cool the rooms. Felt pretty humid inside. The lights where the 2 bed were didn’t work, door handles were coming off. The place wasn’t bad. Very close to the beach which is what we were looking for. Older place but nice area. Had may food options around. I’d give it 3/4 stars overall

Customer service was great… the room not so much. It was so dirty, lights weren’t working, remote control wasn’t working, the bed stinks, everything looked so run down. Wouldn’t recommend staying for the price.

The staff is pretty friendly except the lady that deals with the breakfast. Rooms are comfortable, however saw a few roaches and smoke was coming through the vents strongly which gave me a headache and I had two smaller kids with me 9 and 6. Altogether the stay was pretty good, pool needed to be cleaned more often but my kids had a good time.

The front desk/check in girl Lareina was very professional and accommodating. The hotel manager Janae was excellent as well. The staff was awesome. I had an issue with my a/c and Randy had it fixed in a few minutes. The pool and jacuzzi are always kept clean.

The front desk rep was very nice and understanding. She made us aware of what room was available and if we were not satisfied she put notes in that we will come to the office next day to change to non smoking room. Just to make everything smooth we just use spray from Bath and Bodyworks and elimated the smoking smell.

The breakfast was not nice, always the same and the bread was not fresh. We were not given cleaning service on any day, we had to tidy the room ourselves and take out the trash, they only gave us two cloths and we were 4 people, and the soap was very small. To ask for things you had to go to reception and on two occasions there was no one to answer.

I booked a two-bedroom suite. The room was large, clean and sanitary. I was very satisfied! Highly recommended! The only drawback was that there were two thick pillars outside the window of the second bedroom, which affected the view.

Great location. Rooms were not dated. Cleaning consisted of making beds. I had to call for towels. The pool was dirty, the pool grounds were dirty. The food was good and expensive. The staff were so so, no one provided a wow experience. The best two people were Cece, at the small coffee place, and the woman at the check in desk who watched my bag. The air did not get cool enough for me.
