Amazing hotel in a beautiful location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent restaurants and amenities. Wonderful staff. I cannot overstate how strongly I recommend staying here. They have a Starbucks that opens at 6am. Pool. Beach bar. Spa.
The hotel is large; the lobby is modern and bright. Front desk folks are friendly and helpful. They didn't have any king beds left although we had reserved one so they gave us two queens (we were ok with that but not with the two doubles they initially said we would have to have). Room is clean and bright. For the level, the towels could be thicker and not as scratchy. We have a city view room which...
Everything was top-notch. The only reason the room received a 4 star instead of 5 is because of some defect in the track of the "barn-style" sliding door to the bathroom. It would not close fully. This made staying in a shared room extremely uncomfortable to the point of any time either of us had to "go", we went to the lobby. For showers in the morning, we gave each other a heads-up and departed the...
This resort is so close to home and is our go to for a quick getaway. The staff are all so friendly, the resort itself is always taken care of and the location is great. The ambience at night time is the best with the fire pits and a late night walk on the beach. We have stayed here numerous times and have yet to be disappointed. The resort style pool is awesome as well after a long day relaxing on...
We loved this resort as a picky family of 5. Can't say enough great things. We barely noticed it was under construction because we were so pleased with everything else and the work was well hidden. Beautiful large property. One of the nicest pool areas in Fort Lauderdale. Clean private beach. Plenty of chairs at both pool and beach - never had to rush. Many food options if you want to stay on the grounds...

This time I attended a ********* business meeting held here. The location is very good and you can walk to the Marriott next to it. It has its own beach with 2 beach chairs provided every day. The hotel has its own bar where you can have a few drinks.
Enjoyed our stay, clean, good food and serve was excellent.
The hotel was nice. The lobby, pool and beach area are very nice. However, I expected the rooms to be just as nice but the rooms are outdated. There weren’t any dresser draws to put clothes away and the food and drinks are expensive.
Unfriendly staff, rooms not ready on arrival as late as 4pm, great views but poorly equipped (not enough light in the room, one of the few lamps was defunct, bats and restaurants overpriced, no breakfast before 7am
Overall decent stay. A lot of random fees! Wish we could’ve seen mermaid show on 12/16 but was cancelled due to weather. Still waiting on a call back for a refund for the $138 I paid for the show
Wonderful customer service and resort amenities.

It’s a Westin so you know it’s going to be nice. We spent four nights. If you want to be right on Ft Lauderdale beach it’s a good choice. They have a walkway from the pool over the street to the beach which is nice. The one thing I did not like is the bathroom had a louvred sliding barn style door and a window into the room with louvered shutters - so there is absolutely no privacy in the toilet.
The staff was very helpful and cheerful. The on site food options are excellent, as are all the restaurants we visited in just a very easy walk from the Westin.
This property was below average for the price of $500/night. Small basic room for the kingsized bed. Finishings are basic. The location an lobby are nice, but the room I stayed in was not luxury.
The manager was out in the lobby, greeting people as they came in. He also had great interactions with his cleaning staff. We had a problem with the coffee maker in our room and MJ was excellent in helping us.
Nice hotel but not up to the usual Westin standards. Needs some investment to bring the hotel up to standards. But good location great and helpful staff makes up for the somewhat shabby appearance.
Good location. Easy beach access. Lobby and rooms appear updated. Hallways appear in need of a refresh. Many restaurants within short walking distance.

Excellent hotel, we stayed in a suite with an ocean view for our baby moon. The room was spacious and beautiful. Loved the aesthetic and light & airy feel. The service was top notch, every person from valet, front desk, cafe, pool etc were all warm, friendly and genuinely seemed happy to serve guests needs. The only thing lacking was the pool side food. We got the lobster roll and it was underwhelming...
We had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort for four nights while on vacation, and it was a fantastic experience! The resort is conveniently located right off the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the ocean. The amenities were high-end, providing everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our two-bedroom partial ocean view suite was perfect...
Our first night, the toilet didn't work. Management sent someone over to unplug the toilet every time it was used until we could be moved to another room the following day! I hope no one else gets stuck in that room. Something needs to be done about that toilet before the room becomes occupied again. Aside from that, I was not impressed with house keeping. Upon arrival, the bathroom had toothpaste...

This has been my 3rd stay at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Resort and I will continue to return. The rooms are spacious, clean and full of light. The views are wonderful. The location is perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants and bars and a quick ride to Los Olas Blvd.

Absolutely loved our stay at Lago Mar Beach Resort! This place is a hidden gem in Fort Lauderdale. Room size is great. More than enough space, beds were comfy and very cozy in general and the room was clean. Room spaciousness is what stood out most. Location is phenomenal. $20 uber ride from airport, right on the ocean, private resort pool is great. Dining and drinks on site. Service is fine. This property is located in a residential neighborhood at the south end of Ft. Lauderdale. It is a quiet setting, family friendly and car dependent. The entire resort is in need of a facelift both aesthetically and structurally. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. My stay at the Bahía Mar Beach Hilton in Fort Lauderdale was absolutely unforgettable. The first thing that stands out is its amazing location—just steps away from a beautiful beach with soft sand and warm waters. It’s perfect for sunset walks or simply relaxing under the sun. Checked in for one night before our Princess cruise trip. The facility outside is clean and comfortable. However things went downhill from here. Great location, close to beach and cruise boats. Relaxing foyer. Good pool. Staff very helpful.
Here in town and wanted to be near the convention center, and the Renaissance was the most appealing of the options in the area. The lobby looks new and the service was fine. The elevators, rooms and corridors all look very dated. We booked a junior suite but it was not what we expected it to be. Ended up staying for 1 night instead of 5.
Location, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff is Amazing. The ONLY unexpected thing was the thin walls (at least our room...) and mattresses comfort. At 5:30am you could hear everything from the people around you and the bed was definitely, not the best to rest. However, the rest is so well kept, and staff is so Amazing that I would still give it a 5 star as not everyone would find this,...
Beautiful hotel in a busy area. Between the waterway, a major roadway and being near the airport, it's a high traffic area but it feels remote when you're inside. It's clean, quiet and roomy. We just returned from our stay at the Ritz Carlton Fort Lauderdale. Almost all of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could possibly be. The weather was perfect and the ocean was so warm So much to do and see within easy walking distances. We will most definitely return.

This review concerns the Sheraton at Cypress Creek in Ft. Lauderdale. This property is adequate for a short term stay. However, you cannot avoid the huge problem of broken and slow elevators. Not acceptable IMHO.
Pleasant surprise Great stay. Ryon and Laverje were awes! Professional helpful, friendly and informative thanks
Florida here we come! the sun shine state Check in was seamless with my membership with Marriott. Front desk staff was courteous and offered the required information. Property looks to be bit old and refurbished! (more to be added/edited)
It is very suitable for friends who rent a car or travel by car. Parking is free and it is very close to Exit 95 of the highway. As for other aspects, the basic overview is average. The front desk staff hardly speaks, perhaps because they face all kinds of guests every day. But don't expect too much, it's OK.

Great location. Rooms were not dated. Cleaning consisted of making beds. I had to call for towels. The pool was dirty, the pool grounds were dirty. The food was good and expensive. The staff were so so, no one provided a wow experience. The best two people were Cece, at the small coffee place, and the woman at the check in desk who watched my bag. We only booked because this hotel has a walk out to the beach off the back end... Well, let me tell you.. We found a gem that we will visit as much as possible. Loved access to beach and friendly helpful staff. Only issue was dead bolt on door did not lock and toilet paper holder was loose on the wall and toilet paper came off every time. Reported to front desk and they said that they would notify maintenance. Was not repaired while we were there. Deck chair needed repair. Note: Partial ocean view.
Great location, very friendly staff and would highly recommend. We are staying again this weekend and stayed last year too. Will definitely be back!!
Nice but past it's prime. All the gutters leaked, no ice machine on the floors; only one off the main floor. No vending machines at all. Need to work more on the details of the room. Making sure the décor is intact. Light fixture was lopsided, same with pictures. I’m the bathroom I noticed there were nails sticking out of the walls, and paint needs another coat. Amenities need to be better. Toilet water was not clear. That’s an indication there could be something wrong with the pipping. Need to pay much more attention to the rooms.

Hotel and front reception is nice. The restaurant is delicious and the inside staff is excellent! However a gentleman from the parking staff really brought down my perception of this hotel. If it wasn't for the bed being like cement, it would be excellent. Room did show some decent wear that may be time to replace some items. Great access to beach and restaurants. Friendly staff.
Very noisy traffic. Average restaurant Property is showing its age Not great hospitality
