This time I attended a ********* business meeting held here. The location is very good and you can walk to the Marriott next to it. It has its own beach with 2 beach chairs provided every day. The hotel has its own bar where you can have a few drinks.

Enjoyed our stay, clean, good food and serve was excellent.

The hotel was nice. The lobby, pool and beach area are very nice. However, I expected the rooms to be just as nice but the rooms are outdated. There weren’t any dresser draws to put clothes away and the food and drinks are expensive.

The hotel is very clean and located in a good area. Love the easy access to the beach. The front staff are fantastic. The only downfall in my opinion is I would have liked more variety in the restaurant options, if you don’t like Mexican you are very limited. The breakfast was very good. This was a very nice hotel with many nice amenities. My biggest issue is that there was only valet parking which they charged you 60 dollars a night plus tax bringing up the overall cost of the stay. This left us with a bitter taste as we were leaving.

Spent a week here with my husband. We liked it. The staff were pleasant, we never waited long for our car, services or chairs on the beach. The view from our room was spectacular. We had stayed at an overly expensive resort in Florida Keys but stayed here at The Westin one night before flying home because location was near airport and honestly it was nicer in this room than the resort… even better water bottles and Starbuck coffee! I wish we had time to try pool but we were happy with easy check in and parking and nice smell and look of hotel!

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. The location was good for us, as we were coming for an event, if you have a car, there will be no problems with the road. The beach is a 15-minute drive away. The rooms are excellent, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is around $30 per person, there are fruits, pastries, omelets, fish.

The price is moderate for 2300 yuan, but it is generally OK. It should be under 2000 yuan in the off-season. The swimming pool is nice. The hygiene is good. The shampoo bottle was broken when I checked in. I told the waiter and he replaced it in time.

The bar experience was flawless, the property was in perfect condition, perfect location, all staff members were extremely kind, competent, helpful and professional.

The staff was awesome! I could hear a lot of noise in the room. Unsure if it was construction or other guests being noisy. The bathtub water also was green. But the overall experience was good.

Older facility, A/C quit working, my room literally looked out at a wall, Staff was very polite and assured me I could be moved later in the day and no attempt was made to follow through with this, staff seemed to have zero authority to make any accommodations.

Thank you for a really good stay. The room is nice and spacious even though a little dated. We enjoyed the Soda Shop for breakfast and the main restaurant. Fran and Nanjulie and Joan were wonderful to work with. Fritz was great we missed the parasailing but hopefully next time. Beach was beautiful as were the pools. Beautiful hotel and great location especially if you have a cruise scheduled. Great spot for families with shallow and heated pool, on site playground, mini golf, and access to the beach as well. Property was well maintained, clean, and friendly staff! We enjoyed the live music at the pool in late afternoons while kids continued to swim. We would absolutely stay here again.

It’s an older hotel. Definitely wouldn’t call it a VIP hotel. The room was spot cleaned not deep cleaned. For example, the glass nightstand was dust free but the glass had food or drink spots on it. The bathroom faucets had soap scum and the shower had water marks on the tile. Didn't look like the shower walls were cleaned from the last person. It is also near nothing within walking distance.

Our room overlooked the ocean and it was absolutely beautiful as was the room.

Everything was just ok. Not as nice as the website led us to believe.

The staff is pretty friendly except the lady that deals with the breakfast. Rooms are comfortable, however saw a few roaches and smoke was coming through the vents strongly which gave me a headache and I had two smaller kids with me 9 and 6. Altogether the stay was pretty good, pool needed to be cleaned more often but my kids had a good time.

The front desk/check in girl Lareina was very professional and accommodating. The hotel manager Janae was excellent as well. The staff was awesome. I had an issue with my a/c and Randy had it fixed in a few minutes. The pool and jacuzzi are always kept clean.

The front desk rep was very nice and understanding. She made us aware of what room was available and if we were not satisfied she put notes in that we will come to the office next day to change to non smoking room. Just to make everything smooth we just use spray from Bath and Bodyworks and elimated the smoking smell.

The breakfast was not nice, always the same and the bread was not fresh. We were not given cleaning service on any day, we had to tidy the room ourselves and take out the trash, they only gave us two cloths and we were 4 people, and the soap was very small. To ask for things you had to go to reception and on two occasions there was no one to answer.

I booked a two-bedroom suite. The room was large, clean and sanitary. I was very satisfied! Highly recommended! The only drawback was that there were two thick pillars outside the window of the second bedroom, which affected the view.

Great location. Rooms were not dated. Cleaning consisted of making beds. I had to call for towels. The pool was dirty, the pool grounds were dirty. The food was good and expensive. The staff were so so, no one provided a wow experience. The best two people were Cece, at the small coffee place, and the woman at the check in desk who watched my bag. The air did not get cool enough for me.

Don't expect too much from the service, just get by
