Clean. Very good service. Pool area was not so busy and you can always fined free beds. Beach is huge and nice.
Needs better and healthy food options near pool. Breakfast Buffett is good but too expensive. Hotel is in a very good location but it is starting to show it’s age
The variety of things to do at the beach and pool area was nice. The food and drinks were pricy for what you’re getting. Room was nice, clean and comfortable.
Best experience I have had at a hotel. Left a cruise, left my wallet in a taxi. Did not have the taxi name or number. A bellhop suggested that I call security. Received taxi number and also their phone #
The rooms were lovely, it had a great hair dryer. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The balcony was huge and with a great view of the ocean. The property was huge with great amenities
Fantastic Family Getaway with Exceptional Service! We recently had a wonderful one-night stay at the Harbor Beach Resort. The room was excellent, featuring a surprisingly large balcony with a stunning ocean view
Luxurious hotel with a view that's outstanding. Staff is very friendly, professional and meet all our needs. Rooms are huge and extremely clean. Fantastic outdoor bar with pool
It's the third time we have stayed here. This time, it wasn't the same since they didn't have the bar by the pool, and the new restaurant is not the greatest
It is within walking distance to cruise port
PLENTY OF SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS ALL AROUND PLUS YOU COULD TAKE THE RIVER FAIRY UP AND DOWN. YOU COULD EVEN WALK TO THE BEACH. BUT WHY BOTHER WHEN YOU HAVE A FABULOUS POOL
They are committed and passionate. Thank you for their awesome service. It gave me and my wife a very good impression. The cafe in the hotel never showed the price for the items
I was surprised that the sandwiches and coffee that I bought were very expensive

Staff was friendly and helpful. Allowed us early check in upon request so that we could make it to our VIP experience. Received an upgrade during our stay that was unbelievable. Will Stay There Again!!
The shower drain was clogged, and it was disgusting to shower with the water running. (They have old bathtubs) Towels were beige (Once were white)
The hairdryer didn't work so we had to request a new one. A credit was given to us for the inconvenience, and I was still charged on my card although the amount charged was less than the credit given
Our bags took 4+ hours to arrive to the room. When they finally did arrive, items/cash were missing from the bags AND additional things (that are not ours) were found in the bag
Hotel is in a great location and they were clean, but service was horrendous and finding another person's toothbrush in your bag IS NOT COOL!
We went back down to reception and, after another 15-minute wait (again with no one there), they finally brought our backpacks. We went to our room to shower, as we had a dinner reservation at an Italian restaurant
Love this hotel. It is our second time staying and we will be back again! Highly recommend food and drinks at the pool bar
The lobby, pool and beach area are very nice. However, I expected the rooms to be just as nice but the rooms are outdated. There weren’t any dresser draws to put clothes away and the food and drinks are expensive
The hotel front office manager even upgraded my room because I felt like the other one had been smoked in. The staff in general is very friendly and professional. The valets were awesome and quick, quick quick
Director Maggie is perfect, and all the service is good, but the shower water is too small.
Enjoyed our stay, clean, good food and serve was excellent.

The pool was cloudy, and there were many napkins and other debris floating. The woman at the pool during the promotional photo shoot was very rude and called security simply because several guests expressed frustration
The hotel has a great location and nice facilities. Everything was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff and pool attendants were all very friendly and helpful
The hotel was clean and beautiful. Most of the staff were wonderful. However, we were disappointed when we were kicked out of the pool at 2:00 to prepare for a private event
Then the following day, we were asked to leave the pool area so that they could take promotional photos of the pool area. We were also disappointed that the pool had not been cleaned after the private event
We did challenge the excessive wait time but to be told the kitchen was totally backed up and we were not the only ones! Pool terrace was nice and a welcoming space and staff did their best but appear to be chronically understaffed which lets the hotel down badly
This was a very nice hotel with many nice amenities. My biggest issue is that there was only valet parking which they charged you 60 dollars a night plus tax bringing up the overall cost of the stay

My husband and I stayed here 4/19/18-4/23/18 and we couldn’t be happier with the stay. Rooms were very clean and gorgeous, the pool area was fun, clean and comfortable
The property, the location and the room were really nice. I ordered an ocean view and the view was only partial. It would have been nice if it mentioned that before. Also, we experienced 3 roaches in our room.
The room was awesome with jacuzzi tub on the 21st floor views were breath taking, pools were nice. We were even able to wash & dry our clothes in our hotel room. Everyone was so nice, absolutely had a great time
All day long there’s a DJ entertaining either at the pool or the bar area known as the living room. Today we’ve been enjoying the DJ known as DJ Baby Bass she is phenomenal!
Spectacular pool! , opposite Del Mar and very good location. The valet parking is very efficient and cost me $50
Spent a week here with my husband. The staff were pleasant, we never waited long for our car, services or chairs on the beach. The view from our room was spectacular. A nice touch was Nespresso coffee in the rooms

Makes the stress go away from having people put towels down at 6am and then don't show up until noon
This was amazing as people actually had to be there and made the day much more enjoyable to be able to sleep in! S3 restaurant on site was amazing. The front desk people were great
Hilton also have its own section of beach which kept super clean. The room also provides a lovely and simple patio that's gated and leads to the pool. I just wish the patio door required a key card access
The hotel was excellent and had everything that we wanted and needed. A room with a view, bike rentals which we used and was so fun, amazing restaurants right on site
The pool area was really nice and I loved the 30 minute towel rule which allowed guests to only keep the towels on the chairs for 30 minutes or else they have to give up the chairs
the property was in a great location the staff were helpful and friendly
food was great and the terrace pool was lovely
The entire hotel was EXQUISITE. Our room was a dream . The pool and spa FABULOUS. The staff very accommodating
The greek salad was the best that I have had. The cheesecake was worthy of traveling for. The breakfast buffet was incredible. The water taxi stops right at the dock and makes stops up and down the intercoastal
The hotel got entirely refurbished and looks amazing. Very friendly staff and great location. The only negative is that food around the hotel is overpriced and average. Otherwise a fantastic hotel.
Take it at night too see all of the mansions lit up. Of everything I have to say that I was most impressed by the staff - to a person, exceptionally well trained, professional and friendly
The only things that I didn't like were the pens and the phone in the room(I found it difficult to hear). This is an an exceptional property!
The room was very clean, and the staff was very courteous. The facility, pool area and restaurants are all amazing.

The patio was a standard size, but had a nice side view of the ocean and lower pool area. The dinner via room service was very good and the staff was even better. Valet service for my vehicle was very prompt
Not the best but good location. Other than the pool bar (closed at 5pm), there are no TVs anywhere on property except for your room. We stayed over NYE and wanted to watch some football
Front desk staff were warm and welcoming and super helpful. The room was clean, the sheets and towels were soft and comfortable. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Ft. Lauderdale.
There is also a full bar with tvs that you can enjoy poolside with separate seating and tables for sun bathing and dining. The property offers a fill service spa as well as a custom cart rental for beach cruising
Beautiful hotel, I stayed in a junior suite. It was spacious and very clean. The towels are so soft. Right across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants.
Great room; amazing housekeeping services; incredibly comfortable bed; nice gym; great staff; loved the access to the beach; wonderful pool bar
However, I was normally too tired for these to have an impact. The amenities were awesome here. Here is what I used and liked:
- Multiple bars/restaurants that were all good. - Pool with plenty of towels and sunscreen
Our stay was overall okay, staff service was amazing. Transportation to the beach was provided, and we also had access to the Ritz Carlton beach club
The rooms have space and the beds were comfy , the pool was amazing and the food was excellent.
The staff were amazing and accommodating! The pool and lobby is absolutely beautiful. The room itself was clean and very luxurious for a city view. Overall, the stay was 10/10, would highly recommed!
I stayed on a higher floor so there was some music/noise coming from the rooftop bar, and I could also hear the elevators (room close to elevators so it happens)
- Free Shuttle to and from the Beach (highly recommend)
Also in a great location walkable to downtown Fort Lauderdale and to the Brightline station
The porter was super helpfully; especially with parking. The concierge was very friendly and helpful as well. The room was clean and general up-keep was done throughout our stay; ie sheet changes, fresh towels and soaps
Their breakfast was perfect and their associates were kind and helpful. We couldn't have any opportunity to use the pool but, it looked very clean
The room is nice and the facilities are quite complete, with a pool and a gym
The gym even allows for strength training! Ugh, why is everyone so competitive? Is everyone into fitness now? My colleagues are pressuring me to work out, too!
Was nice stay will book again
The front desk stuff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good ! This is our second stay and j will be coming again .
Their parking site is huge and you can find a parking spot even if you check in late at night
We had stayed at an overly expensive resort in Florida Keys but stayed here at The Westin one night before flying home because location was near airport and honestly it was nicer in this room than the resort… even better water bottles and Starbuck coffee! I wish we had time to try pool but we were happy with easy check in and parking and nice smell and look of hotel!
I love the amazing service that I have received during my stay here from making sure that I am provided with everything I request to putting me in a room on the highest floor with the most beautiful city view of ft Lauderdale
The price is moderate for 2300 yuan, but it is generally OK. It should be under 2000 yuan in the off-season. The shampoo bottle was broken when I checked in. I told the waiter and he replaced it in time
Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. The location was good for us, as we were coming for an event, if you have a car, there will be no problems with the road. The beach is a 15-minute drive away
Throughout the stay whenever he saw us he’d stop by and greet us and make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Edwin, the bartender, did an outstanding job handling the crowd and orders
You would expect the options to be found in a fine dining restaurant. All in all a 100/10 stay and can definitely say anytime we stay in Ft. Lauderdale it will be at this location
They go above and beyond to ensure that my stay is nothing short of perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful gestures throughout my visit, I always feel valued and well taken care of
The room was very modern and updated-very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I didn't go to the bar, but it looked like they had a nice crowd which was reassuring
The hotel team is simply amazing! We would like to specifically mention the restaurant team who are very welcoming and accommodating, and the food is on par with the best restaurants we’ve ever been to
Amazing staff, clean rooms and the on site restaurants were excellent as well as the staff there
The rooms were clean, the view was amazing and we truly enjoyed the efforts to maintaining a clean hotel.
Wonderdul stay at the Hyatt Centric. I lost a bundle of cash (over $500) in my room and it was retrieved and returned to me by housekeeping. Thank you to both managers who assisted and the great service provided

My 4 friends and I stayed at the Sonesta Fort Lauderdale this past week for spring break and it was AMAZING. The service was incredible and the direct access to the beach made the whole experience very luxurious
The best part of the trip was definitely Ruben, who helped us with chairs every morning down by the beach. He was so kind and provided hospitality that made us feel welcome
The restaurant food is beyond delicious! We were also right across the street from the beach so a huge plus! With the rooms we got we had two beach chairs during our stay from 9 to 5 daily! Our view was beach side which was beautiful!
Me and my 4 friends stayed here for the week during our spring break! It was amazing!!! The easy access to the beach was the best part
Ruben who was the man selling lounge chair to rent for the day was exceptional! He was super kind, offered great amnesties and would occasionally come check on us and see if we needed anything!! Ruben definitely made the beach trip a 10/10 with his kind manor and excellent service!!!
He set up the perfect spot for us and was very accommodating and kind both times we went to the beach

the bed and pillows were really comfortable. room service was impeccable. the wonderful staff are easily the best aspect of this hote. they are wonderfully polite, helpful and funny to interact with.
Every thing was exceptional, the only hiccup was the wait to get into our room. There was a convention and it took some time to get the rooms ready.
We had the best vacation here to celebrate our anniversary and they were so attentive
Older facility, A/C quit working, my room literally looked out at a wall, Staff was very polite and assured me I could be moved later in the day and no attempt was made to follow through with this, staff seemed to have zero authority to make any accommodations
It would be a nice Hilton, but it’s not a Ritz
Or they should diferent class of Ritz as this one is nowhere near the ones in Paris, NY or Montreal.
Seul a very nice hotel
Check in wait was long and failed to communicate. Nice staff and facilities but not 4-5 star. Disappointing for the price
Everything was exactly as depicted. It was so far from everything though :(
Very convenient to airport & cruise port with shuttles each way!
For the price and waiting for a cruise it was okay. Add in taking a cab if you plan on shopping or going out for dinner. It was about $20 everytime we went some place.
It’s on a major highway so no walking anywhere
The staff were great and very helpful with everything.
The rooms were a good size and clean enough. It’s a very busy place and it feels a little worn. I would stay again if it was for a cruise and one night
The hotel location is very closed to Cruise pier and also supply free airport and cruise pier pick up and drop off.
Property was well maintained, clean, and friendly staff! We enjoyed the live music at the pool in late afternoons while kids continued to swim. We would absolutely stay here again
Fritz was great we missed the parasailing but hopefully next time. Beach was beautiful as were the pools. Great service at the bar all and all a great vacation thank you
Beautiful hotel and great location especially if you have a cruise scheduled. Great spot for families with shallow and heated pool, on site playground, mini golf, and access to the beach as well
Loved the resort and location. Food and service were top notch and our room was beautiful. Our only complaint was the fee for beach chairs and loungers… that felt unnecessary given the cost of the room.
Very nice hotel with great amenities. Staff was great and beds were also very comfortable. Nothing bad to say and we will stay here again on our next visit
But the staff is kind and the location near the port is wonderful - good place to stay for a holiday before or after your cruise
I don't usually stay at a resort like this but wow it was nice a little pricey but sometimes you just got to do that
Wonderful location and very friendly staff. They have their own beach with chairs, umbrellas and food service. Also great for families is the lazy river and family pool.
Incredible beach view and access with food/beverage service on the beach. It’s a family friendly spot both inside the resort, the pool and beach side. Restaurant on site has tasty food as well
Overall the stay was fantastic. Upon arrival we had an issue with our room. We are offered a different room which we declined
The issue was resolved, our resort fees were waived, and a complimentary charcuterie board was sent to us
Our room overlooked the ocean and it was absolutely beautiful as was the room.
The pool was nice and I enjoyed lounging with the iguanas you will find around the pool. Overall, I think the hotel will be quite beautiful once renovations are completed
Very organized and clean place. Good location and amenities.
We spent 1 evening prior to a cruise at the Royal Beach Palace. Room had been renovated and the bed and the bedding were very comfortable. Actually the bed was more comfortable than some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in
We stayed here one night before our cruise. More like a Motel 6 where the door opens to the outside. The bed was comfortable and good for shower and price was good. Great breakfast place across the street
No amenities at the hotel but directly across the street is a Bar & Grill where we had a most enjoyable evening. There is also a bakery in the same retail strip
Overall great value for your money particularly for a short stay. I’d be happy to stay there again

Our room was oceanfront which could have been more beautiful but we were on the 6th floor with a big view of the pools covered deck. Other that that great stay!
Great stay. Room was nice and the view was better. Definitely going back. Staff was amazing.
Couple items they could improve that were probably isolated this time. This was our second time here. Notified desk that the thermostat fell off wall right away, never fixed during the stay
Accommodations were very nice. We were in the smaller balcony rooms on 12th floor. Doorman Sean is awesome as well as the servers. Free drinks were nice amenity and good brands
Several times there were obviously non guests using the couches on the outdoor lobby entrance way. One was actually the outlet to charge his ankle monitor
Food visible on furniture that I cleaned up when we arrived. One thing they need to keep an eye on before it gets out of control
