Clean. Very good service. Pool area was not so busy and you can always fined free beds. Beach is huge and nice.

I am ever so grateful , the food and staff were outstanding. Edward who worked the pool was exceptional

Very professional staff, bed was not comfortable felt like rolling hills, extra charges for everything, food in restaurant just ok, I did like the pool area and private beach, the room was good sized however not worth the cost, I’ve stayed in Turks and Caicos at least 5x and it was more affordable there with more for the buck

Lots of kids running around and owning the pool areas and lobby all day. If you are looking for a quite couples weekend this would not be the place. High Resort fees and daily parking fees

Best experience I have had at a hotel. Left a cruise, left my wallet in a taxi. Did not have the taxi name or number. A bellhop suggested that I call security. Received taxi number and also their phone #

Luxurious hotel with a view that's outstanding. Staff is very friendly, professional and meet all our needs. Rooms are huge and extremely clean. Fantastic outdoor bar with pool

It's the third time we have stayed here. This time, it wasn't the same since they didn't have the bar by the pool, and the new restaurant is not the greatest

PLENTY OF SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS ALL AROUND PLUS YOU COULD TAKE THE RIVER FAIRY UP AND DOWN. YOU COULD EVEN WALK TO THE BEACH. BUT WHY BOTHER WHEN YOU HAVE A FABULOUS POOL

They are committed and passionate. Thank you for their awesome service. It gave me and my wife a very good impression. The cafe in the hotel never showed the price for the items

I was surprised that the sandwiches and coffee that I bought were very expensive

The shower drain was clogged, and it was disgusting to shower with the water running. (They have old bathtubs) Towels were beige (Once were white)

Staff was friendly and helpful. Allowed us early check in upon request so that we could make it to our VIP experience. Received an upgrade during our stay that was unbelievable. Will Stay There Again!!

The hairdryer didn't work so we had to request a new one. A credit was given to us for the inconvenience, and I was still charged on my card although the amount charged was less than the credit given

Hotel is in a great location and they were clean, but service was horrendous and finding another person's toothbrush in your bag IS NOT COOL!

We went back down to reception and, after another 15-minute wait (again with no one there), they finally brought our backpacks. We went to our room to shower, as we had a dinner reservation at an Italian restaurant

We have a nice dinner at the Italian restaurant, then we were at ****** for some time and went to our rooms to sleep, it was midnight. We were falling asleep when we heard a woman screaming louder and louder

My husband and I stayed here 4/19/18-4/23/18 and we couldn’t be happier with the stay. Rooms were very clean and gorgeous, the pool area was fun, clean and comfortable

Staff was excellent, services were top notch and the room was comfortable and spotless. Will definitely be back again!

The room was large, clean and sanitary. I was very satisfied! Highly recommended! The only drawback was that there were two thick pillars outside the window of the second bedroom, which affected the view

The room was awesome with jacuzzi tub on the 21st floor views were breath taking, pools were nice. We were even able to wash & dry our clothes in our hotel room. Everyone was so nice, absolutely had a great time

The lobby, pool and beach area are very nice. However, I expected the rooms to be just as nice but the rooms are outdated. There weren’t any dresser draws to put clothes away and the food and drinks are expensive

The hotel front office manager even upgraded my room because I felt like the other one had been smoked in. The staff in general is very friendly and professional. The valets were awesome and quick, quick quick

Director Maggie is perfect, and all the service is good, but the shower water is too small.

We did challenge the excessive wait time but to be told the kitchen was totally backed up and we were not the only ones! Pool terrace was nice and a welcoming space and staff did their best but appear to be chronically understaffed which lets the hotel down badly

This was a very nice hotel with many nice amenities. My biggest issue is that there was only valet parking which they charged you 60 dollars a night plus tax bringing up the overall cost of the stay

This left us with a bitter taste as we were leaving

The only downfall in my opinion is I would have liked more variety in the restaurant options, if you don’t like Mexican you are very limited. Overall, the stay was fantastic and we will be back

Whatever you do, ask to be away from the elevator! We were only there for one night but got a room next to elevator and the noise is quite insane. You could hear the elevator all night

The breakfast arrangement is absolutely carnage with at least a 20 min wait to be seated followed by a 60 min wait to receive your food

The service was top notch, every person from valet, front desk, cafe, pool etc were all warm, friendly and genuinely seemed happy to serve guests needs. The only thing lacking was the pool side food

Excellent hotel in a very special place. The views were amazing and we loved our stay. The pool was perfect and thanks to the location, we had wonderful morning run at the beach. We’ll be back!!

We got the lobster roll and it was underwhelming and very dry. Not what we expected just because everything else at the resort was great. Location is perfect if you want to be in walking distance of everything

The staff were amazing and accommodating! The pool and lobby is absolutely beautiful. The room itself was clean and very luxurious for a city view. Overall, the stay was 10/10, would highly recommed!

The rooms have space and the beds were comfy , the pool was amazing and the food was excellent.

Gerald was very helpful when their was a room error and was fast to respond. The pillow sheets needed to be changed sone had stains but very small that why i gave a 4 star on cleanliness

But overall 5 star stay the staff was amazing especially the bars tenders

Staff overall are welcoming but not all-the Sparrow nightclub reservations attendant on the ground floor could use a overdue coaching. She was both indignant and unbothered-but not helpful in the slightest

Initial impressions of the property were good. The hotel room could use second or third good cleaning though. Also-The tap water in the bathroom was Yellow

Our first stay at hotel 66 and this hotel complex was fantastic from arrival to leaving firstly on arrival the team at the door helped with luggage with kindness and respect a great start then George at the reception desk  another assist to the business kind helpful respectful always with a smile 😃 thank you 🙏 room was excellent not the best view but it was a basic room and far better than expected...

Also hung out at the pool a bit and even happened to come by on Thanksgiving and get a couple big plates of food from a little catered event they were having there

Everything about this property is top notch. Service and servers are amazing. Pier Top bar on the 17th floor was spectacular great entertainment. Make a reservation to insure seating. We will definitely stay again

This is by far the best hotel experience I have had in a long time. Sometimes a hotel has a 5 star rating with 3 or 4 star service

Be forewarned that there are extra fees to be paid at the hotel, e. the only parking they offer is valet for $45/day, and there is a $35/day resort fee

Resort fees includes 4 hour bike rental which you should take advantage of. The restaurant on-premise is pricey, but, features a nice outside bar

Beautiful hotel, I stayed in a junior suite. It was spacious and very clean. The towels are so soft. Right across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants.

Hotel was nice and clean, comfortable beds, breakfast delicious, restaurant stuff really nice!

Their breakfast was perfect and their associates were kind and helpful. We couldn't have any opportunity to use the pool but, it looked very clean

Their parking site is huge and you can find a parking spot even if you check in late at night

The porter was super helpfully; especially with parking. The concierge was very friendly and helpful as well. The room was clean and general up-keep was done throughout our stay; ie sheet changes, fresh towels and soaps

The room is nice and the facilities are quite complete, with a pool and a gym

The hotel also have ice machine facilities on some floors of the hotel. The gym and free towels are great. Only thing I would comment is that the hotel only offers 2 sunbeds per booking

There’s lovely cold water there for when it’s so warm outside. The pool is fantastic and open until 10 pm. The rooms are nice, clean and modern and have nice bathrooms. Brilliant hotel with lovely bar staff as well

All the other staff including Housekeeping, bar staff, concierges, front desk, valet and maintenance staff are great! Would 100% stay here again and recommended to people

The staff are lovely and so helpful! The valet staff were so lovely to us when we first checked in. When you first enter the hotel you get a lovely clean look and smell

Also, the beach umbrellas are $30 a day which honestly I thought is quite unfair especially considering the man who served us at the beach was rude

The Steelpan restaurant is a great place to eat breakfast/brunch, and Raheem is a great waiter and has excellent customer service skills!

We had stayed at an overly expensive resort in Florida Keys but stayed here at The Westin one night before flying home because location was near airport and honestly it was nicer in this room than the resort… even better water bottles and Starbuck coffee! I wish we had time to try pool but we were happy with easy check in and parking and nice smell and look of hotel!

I love the amazing service that I have received during my stay here from making sure that I am provided with everything I request to putting me in a room on the highest floor with the most beautiful city view of ft Lauderdale

The price is moderate for 2300 yuan, but it is generally OK. It should be under 2000 yuan in the off-season. The shampoo bottle was broken when I checked in. I told the waiter and he replaced it in time

I am still at the hotel as I am writing this review but my experience has been nothing but amazing from the day that I arrived. The service from the front desk to house keeping has been amazing

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. The location was good for us, as we were coming for an event, if you have a car, there will be no problems with the road. The beach is a 15-minute drive away

Throughout the stay whenever he saw us he’d stop by and greet us and make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Edwin, the bartender, did an outstanding job handling the crowd and orders

Absolutely loved our stay at Lago Mar Beach Resort! This place is a hidden gem in Fort Lauderdale. The private beach is clean and peaceful, and the resort itself is stunning—perfect blend of luxury and relaxation

Stayed here for one night while visiting FLIBS. I wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. We want to return for a proper vacation

Very convenient to airport & cruise port with shuttles each way!

For the price and waiting for a cruise it was okay. Add in taking a cab if you plan on shopping or going out for dinner. It was about $20 everytime we went some place.   It’s on a major highway so no walking anywhere

The staff were great and very helpful with everything.   The rooms were a good size and clean enough. It’s a very busy place and it feels a little worn. I would stay again if it was for a cruise and one night

The hotel location is very closed to Cruise pier and also supply free airport and cruise pier pick up and drop off.

Stay: August 9, 2024 We had a great experience at this hotel. During check-in, there was a brief issue with their computer system, but the staff quickly made up for it by offering complimentary drinks to my wife and me

The rooms are nothing short of spectacular, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. I always feel like I’m stepping into a serene oasis, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the room

The ONLY small thing we wish would be changed for future guests and stayers would be to extend the outdoor pool hours a little longer (but they are open very early which was a bonus)

I stayed here for my anniversary and everything was perfect. The room was amazing, clean and spacious. We were right next to the pool and spa which was perfect for us because we wanted to do a spa weekend

This property was beautiful from start to finish. A great location across the street from the Water. We really enjoyed the two Jacuzzi spas on the pool deck upstairs. And we had excellent service.

the bed and pillows were really comfortable. room service was impeccable. the wonderful staff are easily the best aspect of this hote. they are wonderfully polite, helpful and funny to interact with.

Fantastic service including full lunch/drink service at the pool or the beach! Only small issue I would mention is the pool hours. I have traveled to Florida 15-18 times in my life and visited other warm climates

I have never experienced a pool closing at sunset, or during this time, 6pm. With temperatures still being in the 80’s it would have been nice to have a nighttime swim

My stay at the Bahía Mar Beach Hilton in Fort Lauderdale was absolutely unforgettable. The first thing that stands out is its amazing location—just steps away from a beautiful beach with soft sand and warm waters

You can tell they genuinely care about making your stay special. The rooms were also a pleasant surprise—comfortable and tastefully decorated. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean was breathtaking

The other missed this hotel has is The one of the parking gate is not working While we seated outside the bar patio, we went to the front desk asked for the outside fireplace to be turned on, the front desk said they will send someone but no one showed up

We loved our stay and will definitely return. The hotel staff were terrific, helpful and friendly. The beach was great with towels, loungers and cool water. Many lively spots in walking distance

We left to go to grab food and the desk asked if they would like them to move our stuff, we said sure and Sean was on it, everything moved and set up by the time we got back! He was a great source of information about the surronding area as well

The environment was great, we all loved it. It's close to the beach and has a large children's play area, which the kids loved to play on. After dinner, you can take a walk along the beach

The hotel was quite clean; since it's relatively new and the facilities are good, there weren't any problems. I thought it was great, and the staff were very attentive and helpful

We checked in and a few hours later a group of girls checked in next to us. They were girls being girls, so loud giggling, yelling, typical
