Needs better and healthy food options near pool. Breakfast Buffett is good but too expensive. Hotel is in a very good location but it is starting to show it’s age

The variety of things to do at the beach and pool area was nice. The food and drinks were pricy for what you’re getting. Room was nice, clean and comfortable.

The beds could have been bigger. I shared the bed with my son and it was too small for a Queen size bed.

I would Not recommend this hotel for the price. It’s run down, not clean service was terrible. From Grumpy front staff to house keeping not being us a blanket and very dirty rooms.  It is within walking distance to cruise port.

We arrived at night. If you have a long trip and are vegan, you're lost. The hotel doesn't offer any room service options, and when you order a delivery, they don't even notify you when it arrives. This business hotel is great for a business trip. The facilities are excellent and the staff are friendly and welcoming. My reservation stated breakfast was included, but the front desk staff said it wasn't. They only offered a $20 sandwich and coffee from the cafe. The buffet breakfast is an additional charge. >

This time I attended a ********* business meeting held here. The location is very good and you can walk to the Marriott next to it. It has its own beach with 2 beach chairs provided every day. The hotel has its own bar where you can have a few drinks.

The hotel was nice. The lobby, pool and beach area are very nice. However, I expected the rooms to be just as nice but the rooms are outdated. There weren’t any dresser draws to put clothes away and the food and drinks are expensive.

The hotel is very clean and located in a good area. Love the easy access to the beach. The front staff are fantastic. The only downfall in my opinion is I would have liked more variety in the restaurant options, if you don’t like Mexican you are very limited. The breakfast was very good. This was a very nice hotel with many nice amenities. My biggest issue is that there was only valet parking which they charged you 60 dollars a night plus tax bringing up the overall cost of the stay. This left us with a bitter taste as we were leaving.

I booked a two-bedroom suite. The room was large, clean and sanitary. I was very satisfied! Highly recommended! The only drawback was that there were two thick pillars outside the window of the second bedroom, which affected the view.

Our stay was overall okay, staff service was amazing. Transportation to the beach was provided, and we also had access to the Ritz Carlton beach club. The hotel was in a nice area walking distance to food and grocery store. The only drawback was that the showers were very difficult to figure out, and there was back mold present.

Their breakfast was perfect and their associates were kind and helpful. We couldn't have any opportunity to use the pool but, it looked very clean. Their parking site is huge and you can find a parking spot even if you check in late at night.

Service was great. The porter was super helpfully; especially with parking. The concierge was very friendly and helpful as well. The room was clean and general up-keep was done throughout our stay; ie sheet changes, fresh towels and soaps. I would definitely recommend. And no, I am not a bot, and I have not been paid to say so. It was a very pleasant stay.

As a travel agent I would not recommend customers.  Bed sheet had make up on it and looked cheap quality.  Room needs a fresh lick of paint, carpet needs cleaning.

The room is nice and the facilities are quite complete, with a pool and a gym. The gym even allows for strength training! Ugh, why is everyone so competitive? Is everyone into fitness now? My colleagues are pressuring me to work out, too!

We had stayed at an overly expensive resort in Florida Keys but stayed here at The Westin one night before flying home because location was near airport and honestly it was nicer in this room than the resort… even better water bottles and Starbuck coffee! I wish we had time to try pool but we were happy with easy check in and parking and nice smell and look of hotel!

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. The location was good for us, as we were coming for an event, if you have a car, there will be no problems with the road. The beach is a 15-minute drive away. The rooms are excellent, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is around $30 per person, there are fruits, pastries, omelets, fish.

The price is moderate for 2300 yuan, but it is generally OK. It should be under 2000 yuan in the off-season. The swimming pool is nice. The hygiene is good. The shampoo bottle was broken when I checked in. I told the waiter and he replaced it in time.

The room was very modern and updated-very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I didn't go to the bar, but it looked like they had a nice crowd which was reassuring. The breakfast was excellent- nice choices and great tasting.

We recently stayed at Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach for two nights after our cruise and had a mixed but overall positive experience. The front desk staff were great. We weren’t happy with our initial room, and they upgraded us at no charge to a room with a better ocean view. That level of customer service really stood out and was appreciated. My family and I stayed here for 5 days and it was wonderful! (Our second time booking this hotel). Our room was spacious (curved room) and clean. Staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The Steelpan restaurant is a great place to eat breakfast/brunch, and Raheem is a great waiter and has excellent customer service skills!

The staff was awesome! I could hear a lot of noise in the room. Unsure if it was construction or other guests being noisy. The bathtub water also was green. But the overall experience was good.

Older facility, A/C quit working, my room literally looked out at a wall, Staff was very polite and assured me I could be moved later in the day and no attempt was made to follow through with this, staff seemed to have zero authority to make any accommodations.

Beautiful hotel and great location especially if you have a cruise scheduled. Great spot for families with shallow and heated pool, on site playground, mini golf, and access to the beach as well. Property was well maintained, clean, and friendly staff! We enjoyed the live music at the pool in late afternoons while kids continued to swim. We would absolutely stay here again.

It’s an older hotel. Definitely wouldn’t call it a VIP hotel. The room was spot cleaned not deep cleaned. For example, the glass nightstand was dust free but the glass had food or drink spots on it. The bathroom faucets had soap scum and the shower had water marks on the tile. Didn't look like the shower walls were cleaned from the last person. It is also near nothing within walking distance.

We stayed here one night before our cruise. Arrived late and left early. More like a Motel 6 where the door opens to the outside. The bed was comfortable and good for shower and price was good. Great breakfast place across the street. There was a lot of construction in the area.
