Best experience I have had at a hotel. Left a cruise, left my wallet in a taxi . I was lost. Did not have the taxi name or number. A bellhop suggested that I call security. Received taxi number and also their phone # . I am ever so grateful , the food and staff were outstanding . Edward who worked the pool was exceptional.

100% would recommmend, staff is super friendly, valet staff was so attentive, beach amenities were so convenient. We chose this place as a weekend staycation and it was so relaxing that we didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING, the hotel had everything covered.

I would Not recommend this hotel for the price. It’s run down, not clean service was terrible. From Grumpy front staff to house keeping not being us a blanket and very dirty rooms.  It is within walking distance to cruise port.

This business hotel is great for a business trip. The facilities are excellent and the staff are friendly and welcoming. This time I attended a ********* business meeting held here. The location is very good and you can walk to the Marriott next to it. It has its own beach with 2 beach chairs provided every day. The hotel has its own bar where you can have a few drinks.

The hotel is very clean and located in a good area. Love the easy access to the beach. The front staff are fantastic. This was a very nice hotel with many nice amenities. My biggest issue is that there was only valet parking which they charged you 60 dollars a night plus tax bringing up the overall cost of the stay. This left us with a bitter taste as we were leaving.

Their breakfast was perfect and their associates were kind and helpful. We couldn't have any opportunity to use the pool but, it looked very clean. Their parking site is huge and you can find a parking spot even if you check in late at night.

Service was great. The porter was super helpfully; especially with parking. The concierge was very friendly and helpful as well. The room was clean and general up-keep was done throughout our stay; ie sheet changes, fresh towels and soaps. I would definitely recommend. And no, I am not a bot, and I have not been paid to say so. It was a very pleasant stay.

As a travel agent I would not recommend customers.  Bed sheet had make up on it and looked cheap quality.  Room needs a fresh lick of paint, carpet needs cleaning.

The room is nice and the facilities are quite complete, with a pool and a gym. The gym even allows for strength training! Ugh, why is everyone so competitive? Is everyone into fitness now? My colleagues are pressuring me to work out, too!

Great service at the front desk by Jerricka,Sofia and Paulina. But their heating system wasnt working and they had to provide me plug in heater also house keeping never filled up Shower gel and i had to call front desk and ask for it every day.

We had stayed at an overly expensive resort in Florida Keys but stayed here at The Westin one night before flying home because location was near airport and honestly it was nicer in this room than the resort… even better water bottles and Starbuck coffee! I wish we had time to try pool but we were happy with easy check in and parking and nice smell and look of hotel!

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. The location was good for us, as we were coming for an event, if you have a car, there will be no problems with the road. The beach is a 15-minute drive away. The rooms are excellent, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is around $30 per person, there are fruits, pastries, omelets, fish.

The price is moderate for 2300 yuan, but it is generally OK. It should be under 2000 yuan in the off-season. The swimming pool is nice. The hygiene is good. The shampoo bottle was broken when I checked in. I told the waiter and he replaced it in time.

The environment was great, we all loved it. It's close to the beach and has a large children's play area, which the kids loved to play on. After dinner, you can take a walk along the beach. We stayed at Hotel Maren following a cruise, and it was a 5 star experience all around! Staff (Sean in particular) were incredibly helpful and friendly. Nice hotel with a boutique vibe. Fantastic location within a few minutes walking distance to the beach. Had a ground floor room, no view and noisy due to other guests walking by and talking loud late at night. Would stay again if I needed a pre-cruise hotel. Rooftop pool was a nice surprise.

I booked a two-bedroom suite. The room was large, clean and sanitary. I was very satisfied! Highly recommended! The only drawback was that there were two thick pillars outside the window of the second bedroom, which affected the view.
