I did cancel the trip before the check in time and they did not waive the money. Terrible experience and it was my first time going there

Yes the breakfast were fresh . The room serves was not good two days of my stay had to call for room service and go to the front desk for service . Do not agree with the $30.00 charge to my account and if I do not use daily I am charged away did not know went I book will not use your hotel any more.

Breakfast is ordered, not buffet. The location is good, on the extension of the main street. The parking lot is large, which is convenient for self-driving.

The reception agents are horrifyingly unfriendly and never once cracked a smile. Not coming or going. And don't bother asking about a price for items in the unmanned gift shop because you will be met with hostility. The rooms are not clean. There is a layer of drywall dust on everything. Eating at the restaurant is lovely with the grime of construction and constant sounds of reciprocating saws. The fees for parking and "resort amenities" is laughable. There are no amenities. I guess you can use a bike if you can get help getting one unlocked. Oh, i forgot, if you do tip the front desk person they will be a bit nicer....only after you had over the cash. The location is great. The rest is about as 2 star as you can get.

Beautiful hotel on Duval! Convenient parking and a short walk to everything. Pool was closed due to renovation, and the elevator closest to our room only went to the 2d floor. Then, you had to take stairs or swap elevators to get to the first floor. Construction had lobby feeling like no A/C but once they finish all that I could see this being 5 star worthy. We also arrived early and only expected to park but they had a room ready at 1pm on a Tuesday so we checked in which was great. There is a $30 fee which you can use towards bar or breakfast. We got 2 drinks and still paid $18 after 30 fee and left a cash tip. I'm still confused how we got that extra 18 after 30 credit but...

I’m a say there’s no better place on Duval Street to stay. They are going through some renovations so keep that in mind but it’s still worth staying here. If you get to stay in the suite, I must say I don’t think there’s a better view in town. Breakfast is as good or better than any other experience in town. I got to meet the chef he is so personable coming out and greeting guest is food is extravagant from the oxtail over polenta to the guava and cheese French toast everything was prepared Exquisitely. You have to try chef Juan’s Food. Customer service was spectacular. Everyone is very friendly. Everyone makes it a point to make sure you feel comfortable and let’s not forget that’s a hard thing to find in an island. Another amazing thing was even though I was on Duval Street in the middle of the party. You really couldn’t hear any of it inside the room.

Had a horrible experience with this hotel and would not recommend it until remodeling is completed. There was no pool, no fitness area and the AC didn't work properly. The room was 75 degrees and never cooled down. No one told us of these issues and was still charged the resort fee/destination fee. They did give a 30 dollar food voucher but the 2 days we used it we was charged an extra 30.00. We checked out Friday and no breakfast buffet was available so the voucher was worthless unless we wanted a cold item from there "store"
